The barbers are very personal and great at making you feel like a close friend. The haircuts are top tier and so is their service and attitude. Truly dedicated to their work. I wish every barber was as invested into their clients as these guys are. Really happy my brother Ish introduced me to them

Its a great atmosphere, always on time and clean. I look forward to my haircut from them each month! Chase and Mark are both excellent at their trade and can keep an engaging, funny conversation making it a perfect haircut experience.

Been going to Mark since he first started up on Main St. in Manayunk. His cuts never fail to disappoint and the price can’t be beaten. I always leave a generous tip because I feel I should be paying more than I do for the quality of the cut. He even helped me find a place to get my hair cut while I was studying abroad in Rome this semester. Quality guy, quality staff, quality cuts, and unreal pricing.

I live around the corner form the Ardmore location and have wanted to stop in for a year! Tuesdays are their only walk-in days so I gave it a shot. Chase was my barber and could not have been more personal nor more skilled at his craft. He was engaging and all about making sure I was happy with my haircut. Which I was!!! Go online and create an account so you can make a reservation appointment. They do all types of services for regular cuts, beard work and my all time favorite....a straight shave. Haircut was $26 and I gave chase a tip. Needless to say......Ill be back. Thanks Chase and MYMBS!

I dont have enough room to write how professional this shop and the barber, mark really is. Its nice having the satisfaction of sitting in that barber chair and not only knowing that mark truly cares about your haircut but who you are as a person as well. Every time Im in the shop I feel like Ive known mark and the customers for years because thats the type of vibe the shop has. I 100% recommend getting your Haircut from make your mark barbershop. Im a woman, and after twenty years of long hair, I decided to get my hair buzzed two years ago, citing irritation at the upkeep--however, from the outset, every salon and barber I went to following the initial cut couldnt execute a reasonable hairstyle on me. Many times theyd seem decent at first, but after a day or two, itd become apparent that the style was choppy, unruly, uneven, etc etc, and couldnt tolerate being in the wild.Because of that, I was reluctant to get my hair cut again too soon just to have to wait a few more months for it to grow out from a bad cut and start all over again, but I finally decided it had gotten out of hand and I needed to take the plunge. Luckily, I work at a store near Make Your Mark and Chase and Mark often stop in for lunch or coffee. They d cut some of my male coworkers hair really nicely, and so after asking them if theyd be alright taking me as well, I decided to stop in this Tuesday (thats their walk-in only day) to get my look cleaned up.Chase was the one who did my hair, and honestly, I cannot cannot cannot stress how happy I am with the results! He listened patiently and attentively to my concerns respecting my previous haircuts, and very indulgently let me watch the whole process in the mirror, even warning me when he was going to turn me away from it haha. He kept asking for my input and didnt rush ahead, so I was able to slowly get in my head how much I wanted him to cut my hair, and into what shape. I went into that shop looking wild, and came out look crisp. And more importantly than the initial look, my hair (which is curly bordering on frizzy) withstands bed and hat hair like a charm, something NONE of my other cuts have done in the two years since my hair was shorn. Plus, the price is absurdly reasonable given the quality of the cut..I have nothing but good things to say about the store, and about Chase for being such a chill, thoughtful, and skillful barber. Both the store and the people operating just cannot be beat. If youre looking for a new barber, these are your guys.

I did an appointment, the guy told me to be at 5:00pm and when I arrived they told me that they closed at 4:30pm.
