Great insurance agent! He explains everything thoroughly and does his due diligence to ensure that you understand everything. He is an all-round nice guy and easy to work with...and honest! Called on Wednesday and was told computers were down and he took my information to call me back on some quotes. Tried to call at 4 PM Thursday no answer on the phone. Called three times on Friday finally got an answer and he hung up on me before I could tell him who was on the phone. Guess I’ll get my insurance elsewhere
