Absolutely a great experience. I was able to bring my computer in and have it fixed within 15 minutes. Hours of headaches resolved just like that. These guys are great. 10 out of 10, if I have any more issues I will come back to them.

I had my laptop restored here after infection by a severe virus/rootkit. The technician I met was helpful and knowledgeable and the restoration was successful. They charged ~$100/hr for same-day service (and less for lower priority) which is is not cheap, but is reasonable for professional level service. When I accidentally left my mouse there, they called me the next business day to let me know they had found it. Ill be coming back.
