Mark came out and asked me what I was experiencing with my fridge. I told him about the weird chemical smell and had the old air filter, which also had the smell. He took one sniff and knew that a liquid Styrofoam leak happened. He was not able to do anything about it himself but gave me advice about getting in touch with the manufacturer to see if the manufacturer could do anything for us.He didnt have to do this, but he didnt charge me anything since he didnt have to do anything with the fridge. I really appreciate that.If I ever have another appliance issue, Im definitely calling Dolans.

If I could leave 0 stars I would the technician had me waiting for over 5 months to get my dishwasher repaired. I was told it needed a part and it would take time. My initial call was April 21 2021. He didnt call or follow up. I called in July to find out the status he came back July 25th after my complaints., stayed for 5 minutes said he needed something else and would be right back and here we are in September with no communication. I even tried to prepay to make the process faster to no avail. The crazy thing is the problems he stated werent even the bad and I found someone on Angis List who came out the same night got the party from Lowes and Im all fixed. This company is terrible!

Have a theromodore range that I did not want to replace - been back and forth with other companies which all recommended replacing. Decided to try one more company and called Dolan’s, so happy I did. They not only fixed the problem but the customer service was above and beyond. Will be using only them from now on.
Mark was very helpful. He accurately diagnosed the issue with my 22 year old Maytag washer/dryer which is working fine now that the power issue in the home was addressed. I have an solid unit that keeps on working and dont need to buy a new unit as they seem to have a shorter life span and greater risk of failure.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service was so bad I will find every place possible to post my review.Owner doesn’t understand the most basic principals of customer service.
Very prompt and courteous, explained exactly what was wrong and had the parts on the truck to fix my dryer, it literally took the gentleman less than an hour. Fantastic.
Mark - Disorganized and Uncommunicative. I had to keep calling to get basic information on status of repair. Even after it was completed I had to call for confirmation whether or not the work was done. Left no receipt or warranty information. Always calls back from blocked number-the business address is an unoccupied building. - dubious to say the least.Follow up: stove burners continued to malfunction after the repair. A different tech came out to service the unit and declared that the part we paid for was never replaced by the first repair guy from the same shop- needless to say, no refund on the part or the first service call. Claimed he couldn’t remove it because it was ‘stuck’ and he didn’t have any tools to ‘unstuck’ it.
Mark was friendly and expert. We will be sure to call again.

We were charged $125 for a serviceman to tell us our dishwasher could not be fixed. This seems exorbitant - most appliance repair services seem to charge $60-$80. Sears, for instance, charges $69 if you choose not to go with their appliance repair service after getting an estimate. I will not be calling Dolan again.
