First timer and last time.. I came to do my pedicure and the lady had no clue what tools to use. I didnt say anything I gave her a chance but once she started painting my nails (white) she was struggling. I asked her if someone else can paint them and they started talking Asian. Which for me is so disrespectful. Had no idea what they were saying but you could tell they were saying sowmthing about the situation. Diffently wont come back! Not for me

This nail salon is located in a strip mall with a lot of parking. The salon is medium sized and one of the most quiet nail salons I have ever been to. I paid $47.38 for a gel manicure and standard pedicure- which I feel is a fair price. The salon only accepts CASH for TIPS. They do have an ATM in the salon (see photos). The girls who worked there did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. There was a man there who was taking care of appointments and customers (manager?) who was very efficient. I received a bottle of water, which was very appreciated. The massage chairs are extremely comfortable and the massage it provided was heavenly. I would describe this nail salon as a medium sized business that that offers an environment of tranquility that most other spas dont have. I was very relaxed during my time there and actually wanted to stay longer because of massage chair! I only give 5 Star Reviews to Nail Salons that have disposable liners for the bowls- a MUST for infection prevention. This salon has them. I recommend this nail salon and especially to anyone wanting who is looking for a peaceful, smaller salon

They are just ok... just glad they were open on Sunday. I had a nail emergency. The lady seemed New or nervous. It will do until I get back to Texas.

Cindy is the sweetest lady ever. Her prices are very reasonable and her skill Is flawless. I came there with a fungus from another shop and quickly cleaned me up and fixed my nails I never had to experience that horror again. I would never go anywhere else.

The place is very clean. A clean bag is placed in the tub. The bag will throw away after one use. All the tools are one time use except metal tools. They use a sanitized machine to sanitize the metal tools. Just like you go to see the dentist.The spa chair is comfortable. Cindy is friendly and took her time to do the nails. I recommend this place if you are pick about cleanliness.

Ive searched and tried several salons since my acrylics lady retired a few years ago. This salon is without a doubt the best Ive found. Acrylics are done well and salon is very nice. Good price too.Thank you Empress Salon.💛💛💛💛💛

Visiting from out of town. Super happy I tried them for a fill. She did a great job and ended up having to stay a little late with no complaints!

Love their service. Tried other places and felt rushed... Didnt have to go in and have them trying to get me to add more and pay more and ask if I wanted a foot scrub or peel for extra, their prices and sample packages made it a lot easier to know what you are paying.. They took their time as I went in for a mani / pedi combo loved it! Cindy is usually my girl for mans and acrylic nails. My nails last longer and grow faster... Great place overall. They treat you like family and make you feel comfortable. Ive been going their for 3 years now.

Ohhhh my goodness its my birthday today and this pedicure was for sure exactly how I wanted to feel. The pedicurist was absolutely perfect for my needs and wants. This place is beautiful clean and elegant very professional! The cleanliness and service made me feel like royalty. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I was traveling through on business and googled this place. Excellent experience definitely would make it my regular shop if I would live here. Clean, professional and no feeling of rush even though I was a walk in. If you in the area make a stop you wont regret it.

They did a good job on our nails and the salon was clean, but they didnt realize that we spoke vietnamese so we heard all the trash they were talking about us while they were painting. very unprofessional and more expensive than most nail salons.
