Tried to the exchange Korean won here and they tried to give $45 for about $65 worth of cash. They also wont even exchange for an amount under $50 (which after the $10 fee and the rip off is a lot). Also the wait was ridiculously long (at least 5 minutes for 2 employees to calculate the rate). Theres a Chase bank close to the mall. Just go there.

For EUR/USD they applied 1.03 for a current 1.11.Plus a 9,95$ fee, making it a total rate of 1.02. Therefore 9% service fee.Also they tried to invert the rate, offering me a 1.02 but USD/EUR...

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible staff (nia) who does not know what they are doing. And she’s supposed to be the manager ? Good luck to anyone that goes here. I needed CNY, JPY, and they didn’t have neither. Said they have to order it in advance. Wells Fargo has better rates and don’t even have to be a customer.
