Sam is super responsive and helpful. Last spring he added an External 240 GB USB Disk to my 2015 iMac since Apple made these older iMacs so you basically cant open the computer to fix the hard drive. It was basically $350 for a new computer and he picked up and dropped off my computer 2 days later.Today I sent him a text of some error messages I was getting and he called me within 10 minutes and explained that it had to do with the OS updates and gave me the fix over the phone for free.Hes no nonsense and does great work. I highly recommend!

Had a harddrive failure and Sam replaced it for me plus getting me a new graphics card. We had a brief conversation, he drove by my place to pick up my pc, and returned it to me 2 days later dropping it off at my work(I work like a mile from my place tho lol).

Sam knew exactly what he was talking about and barely needed any info to set me straight. I called so many other places and was getting discouraged when I found his shop. I did not get my laptop serviced by him for specific reasons but any further repair work I need is going to Sam. I always appreciate people saving me $80 with just a couple minutes of time.

I took my Toshiba laptop to Sam after receiving an outrageous quote for repair at Best Buy. I had accidentally spilled a drink on the laptop and the keyboard stopped working. The computer still turned on and seemed to function normally when using the mousepad, but the keyboard was useless.I had purchased the laptop at Best Buy, but it was not under warranty. I took it there anyway to get a quote for repairs, telling them that I just wanted the keyboard replaced, since the computer seemed to be functioning otherwise. A week and a half later, they told me that the motherboard had been damaged and quoted me almost $400 to fix it! I promptly requested to get my computer back.I found Sam on a local Google search, and called him to discuss my problem. He said that he could replace the keyboard and check for any other damage. Sam was very quick in replacing the keyboard and getting it working again. He also told me that he saw NO DAMAGE to the motherboard!!! I am very grateful that I did not take Best Buys word for it and pay a ridiculous amount of money!My laptop has been working great since the repair and I am very grateful to Sam for his help. The repair was very affordable and I will definitely recommend Sam to friends and family who need computer repairs.Thanks Sam!
