SO unprofessional. I went there to get my hair dyed purple. The person who was working on my hair told me that one color is boring so they added a silver color to my hair without confirming with me first. I didn’t tell them “Yes, you can dye the top part silver.” I didn’t say anything about it because I didn’t want to be rude and say I didn’t like it. After going home, I didn’t wash my hair for a few days. When I finally decided to wash my hair, the water was extremely purple and the color completely faded. The silver parts were yellow and the purple parts turned silver. I paid over $400 for the dye to not even last a week. It completely washed out and faded after ONE wash. I contacted the person who did my hair and asked for a partial refund. I said that I’d pay for the bleach but not the dye. They kept making up excuses saying that fading was normal and that I chose a “light color” so it faded faster. I didn’t choose a light color. I chose a deep purple. Even if it I chose a light color, it shouldn’t completely fade and wash out with ONE wash. Especially for a professionally done hair dye job. I spent way too much money for the dye to have faded and turned yellow in one wash/less than a week. They do not want to give me any refund and are saying that it’s the “rule,” even though it doesn’t say anywhere that refunds are not allowed. I am so disappointed.The guy who did my hair is ghosting me now so now I feel scammed. So so unprofessional :)

Very friendly staff, and the best place to go if youre someone with dark hair looking to get it dyed in a bright color!

Did a great job in my daughters long long hair. She had the underlying part if it colored and her natural color on top. 5 hours...so worth it she said

Our hairstylist deeply concentrated on my teenagers wild curls. Of course my son only wanted the tiniest trim to keep his savage all -over-his-eyes hairstyle the same, but I was so relieved the end result enabled him to use his eyes like a normal human being.

This place is so unprofessional! We had made an appointment and had to cancel because of a family emergency. When I stated that the female on the phone hung up on me. I called back because I thought it was a mistake but when I called back they would pick up the phone and just listen then they would hang up. I don’t recommend this place to anyone it’s very sad that we had a family emergency and this is how they acted, they will never get my business!!

No sense of time at all. Multiple cancellations and rescheduling. Being late many times. This time it was 40 minutes late. Never to come again.

The hair stylist was very late for the first appointment. Second appointment. I made an appointment for a haircut the next day, and told me to cancel the appointment at 11:30 in the middle of the night; then I changed the time again and made an appointment at 10am on the 7th. I arrived at 9:50 and he told me that he would not arrive until 10:40. I stopped replying afterwards. hard to accept! Isn’t your time precious? I still have children to take care of, and I have to go to work, many times this is too much!

After the appointment, I drove here for 1 hour. After I arrived, I actually told me to wait for a while because all their hairdressers were working. A shop without a contract spirit like this, I have to score 0 points regardless of the technology. DONT COME HERE, TRUST ME
