They refuse to refunded my $150.00 deposit. I spoke to Arthur, who scheduled a date and time for pick up. No one showed up or called on that date. Next day, I called multiple times, with no answer. When I texted him to cancelled, he claimed a driver was on the way, and denied my refund.

Just called to get a quote and a guy name Jerry was so rude. I asked if I could not give all my personal info cause I just wanted a quick quote and he literally said this isnt hard and have a great day and hung up the phone lol. Horrible. I filled out their online form with my contact information to request a quote to ship my vehicle cross country thinking they would respond with an email quote. My contact information was instead shopped around to at least 10 different businesses that have been spamming me with quotes and unrelated services. Do NOT provide your information to this company.

First off I told the guy the highest quote one of the companies gave me and he said that was a good deal. 700$ to ship a motorcycle when I just had a Porsche panemera shipped here for 600$. When I said that was high he got very very rude and the way he talked to me I wish I could see this guy in person. I have NEVER been talked down to like this guy did, and only because I said the 700$ quote was very high, and not in a rude way. Getting it shipped for around 250$ from a very highly rated business. If you want to get ripped off and talked down too then this is the business for you. If you want a better deal and good customer service look elsewhere. I’m a business owner and I would never speak to a customer like they did. I would give 0 stars if I could. And the only reason they have almost a 5 star rating on their site is because they have an editor that has to approve your review so that says a lot right there.

I live in the Caribbean and am trying to get a quote to ship from Miami to Curacao. The website does not let me enter a NON-US number in order to get a quote. There is only a 1-800 number on their website to call. We canNOT call 1-800 numbers from here. I look for another number of their office online. Call the number and this guys tells me that he cant help me, that I Have to call the 1-800 number. Even after I explained everything to him. They will not get any international requests if they do not change this.

The price of transporting and shipping the vehicle has been already shared by A-1 Auto Transport. They didn’t charged me any penny above the quoted cost. I will surely recommend your services to everyone.

Personal I spoke with were friendly and fast at getting four cars shipped for me. However, the individuals who actually picked up and delivered my cars had absolutely no idea what they were doing. One driver informed my employee he did not speak very good English and had difficulty understanding where we wanted the car unloaded. The man I purchased the car from informed me the driver had to ask him how to use the winch on the trailer. Another driver could not figure out how to unload or turn the car on. Another driver had damaged the trunk of the car during delivery. When asked what happened to the car, he replied with it had looked that way when he picked it up. I asked to see the pictures he took of the car prior to loading. He told me it had been dark and he had not taken any pictures of the car. Pictures supplied by the seller had no damage to the car. Only one driver knew what he was doing and how to properly speak English. I do not recommend shipping your car by this company.

Earlier today I called this company to receive a quote on the shipment of my car and to see when the next available date of pickup would be. I talked with an agent, or sales representative by the name of Anthony. Anthony was very pushy, I only wanted to see my options when it came to shipping my car but he insisted that I HAD to pay the deposit right then and there or else my car wouldnt be picked up when I wanted it to be. I felt uncomfortable with making a decision so quick and confiding in Anthony so I decided to hang up. He called two more times then sent me a very rude text message from his personal phone number with vulgar language. Who does this? Especially somebody on the job working for a supposed professional business. I have never been treated so bad by any company. DO NOT even think about calling this company, they are very pushy, very unprofessional, and very rude. I would like to see them go out of business. This has been a horrible experience.

We visited their website and left our number to get a quote. After a few moments, we started getting phone calls from all over the country from different companies asking us about our “request” to ship our item. This is harassment. A1 must have sold our phone number and information regarding our request to other shipping companies. We checked their privacy policy, which is unbelievably vague, but it says A1 will only share private information to further THEIR business with us, not other companies. This is an incredible breach of confidenciality and an extremely unprofessional violation of personal space. After a few days, we called A1 to inquire as to why this happened and try to put an end to it. The first person that answered the phone hung up. When we called back for the second time, another person said that “that isn’t our company”. We have already reported A1 to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they won’t get away with this transgression. In the mean time, we advise you not to leave your number with A1 at all and seek other businesses.

Bad experience!!! Shipped our 2012 Mercedes from York Maine to Portland. The driver lost our key and literally rolled the car off the truck onto our driveway and onto the manicure lawn. Called customer service, Bill was going to arrange for a tow company to have the car moved and parked properly. Didnt. The police drove by and asked if someone had crashed their car into our yard! That what it looked like. Paid a tow company $100 close to midnight to move my car which I was informed Bill was going to refund. He never followed up with it. It took over a week for us to have our keys located and mailed to us. The driver left it in another car in another city! Painted wheels were scratched and front spoiler scraped. Not a good experience!!!

Isaac of the A1 Auto Transport is very great. I tried the other company before, but that is not good, the phone can barely go through and it does not pick up my car on time. Be careful. This is a marketing site. I went online to fill out a form to have a quote emailed to me. Literally withing 30 seconds I received 6 phone calls. Now my phone will not stop ringing off the hook. I did not want to be harrassed for the next 3 weeks with hundreds of calls. I just wanted a damn quote emailed. When I called the number on their website I was told that there is nothing I can do about it and the calls will continue to come until the cars ships.

03-27-18 at 7pm MST, I called to get a quote, an animal by the way of Eric answered, gave me a quote. I then asked if that was the best quote as I was shopping around. His response: This is not a quote it is the final price YOU F....ING IDIOT! and hung up. What kind of customer service is this? Management needs to do something about these type of employees because they damage their reputation.

Look for another company. The online quote does not work, after spending your time filling in all the blanks, it says to telephone. Telephoned customer service and a lethargic mans voice answered the call, asked where I was shipping to, a long pause while listening to his TV or radio show playing in the background, then hung up on me. No Thanks.

Most terrible customer service I have ever got. The representative asked me if I own my car and I responded Yes, but I financed it and he was angrily trying to prove me that I am not the owner of that car. So, then when you buy a property and have a mortgage then you also not the owner of that property??? I could expect that truck delivery people are dumb but that is out of this world. Do not go with them unless you are the one who is a successful business person and who owns an expensive car made look like nothing in this world. Right from start I felt discrimination against a young woman.

I bought my Vette from Hammond La, and wanted it delivered to me in Pearland ( Houston ) TX. These guys made my experience so pleasant. Prompt delivery and excellent customer service. They took pictures of my brand new car before they picked it up and sent them to me. I was a little hesitate at first just because I’ve never bought a new car from another state and had it delivered to me. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks A1😀

What a joke of a company... I called in 5 minutes ago after wondering how much it would cost to ship my Audi A6. The male operator I talked too was a dick. I’m usually easy going and even said sorry after I told him I wasn’t interested in shipping my car. He quoted me at $800 and I said, “sorry but no thank you. I got a lower quote from someone else.” Then he started cussing me out because I told him no and he got angry and told me I didn’t know how to ship a car... I iust said I didn’t want the service that’s all lol. Good job hiring professional phone operators!

So heres my very short experience with A-1. Found them on google, the link says : Americas Most Trusted Auto Transporter Since 1989. Fast & Free Rate Quote, No Personal Info Needed. Friendly 24/7 Customer ...So I call and the person who answers immediately asked for first,last name,email,phone number aka personal info. So i ask if i can just get a quote without giving out all my personal info. He says no, have a goodnight.Never have seen a business turn away a customer so quick. And for a shipping quote I think only location, destination and item specs thats being shipped is necessary. So i do not reccommend dealing with people so short to there potential clients.

Avoid giving this company your contact info. I have received dozens of e-mails and calls from too many companies to keep track of, including several suspected spam caller messages. Requesting a quote from this company is one of the worst mistakes Ive made.

When you put your info in this site, you get a bunch of phone calls from people who want to give you a quote, but wont send it to you in writing.Additionally, the site does not ask for enough information to actually give a quote, so you have to talk to the people, or you wont get a quote.Edit: the business owner responded below, but their response is false. They do not provide a ballpark quote, they just give your info to a mess of people who call you and refuse to email your quote.Get outta here.
