Bought $ 7k worth of carpet with 10-15 year Stainmaster warranty only to find out when trying to make a claim that the warranty was worthless. I wont be taking any more of my business to Maacos.

We had a new vinyl plank floor installed by Maccos Appleton. The new floor creeks and snaps more than any other floor Ive ever seen. The old floor in our 4yo house was perfectly silent. I was able to replicate the noise with leftover pieces I laid down on my concrete basement floor (so its not the house causing the problems). Its just a poor or defective product that Im stuck with now. To be fair, they did make multiple trips out to try to make adjustments to correct this install problem without success, which is why I didnt just give one star. But in the end it was basically too bad so sad for me. Basically I wasted 4000 dollars on a floor that I now have to replace again.

We had a wonderful experience with Macco. Everyone was very knowledgable from choosing flooring to installing. We worked with Mandy who was very insightful and came by our house with samples to help choose the best flooring. She was wonderful!!!! We love our flooring! Thank you!

I absolutely do not recommend using maccos. My tiles were laid incorrectly, my table was damaged and the final straw is that my grout turned green. Its been four months and the issues are still present. As an organization, they have not lived up to their warranty.To add insult to injury, Mandi Pryal hung up on me while I tried to discuss my issues.Three months later, my grout is still turning green. This is ridiculous! The right thing to do is remove the grout (and apparently the subfloor you installed) and start fresh. So much of my precious time has been wasted while you attempted cheap fixes for the subpar materials you used.
