A great staff, I missed my package after not being home to sign for it, so the receptionist or manager? allowed me extra time after the expiration date that they are allowed to hold a package for me to have time to get a ride to get over there by the airport and then get my overdue package, which I appreciated very much, as I didnt expect them to do that for me or anyone.

If I could give a zero I would give a zero. Very frustrating to call and try to work with customer service or lack of. Thank God for their competitors!

Expected an important package that needed a signature. They did not knock or ring the doorbell, just left a door tag. Had just looked out the door 5 min earlier so just missed the delivery. Called, said package would be ready for pickup in 30 min. Sure, driver just wanted to be done for the day so easier to leave a sticker and make me go get the item. Terrible and unreliable delivery service.

Payed for expedited delivery and it rode around on delivery truck for two days. its now 430 on the second day and its still not here. Apathy is going to put you out of business FEDEX. I will be using UPS in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would! They charged me $49.50 for overnight shipping, that was last Thursday it is now Tuesday and I get an email from them that it wont be here until tomorrow! I was sent an email last Saturday saying it was in the Appleton facility, I live 25 miles from there and they cant get it here? I will NEVER use them again! Update, this is now Wednesday and still no part! Tomorrow will be a week since we ordered this part for overnight shipping. They now said they have to send it to a Walgreens, and it might be there tomorrow!

Expand your weekend hours, ridiculous. Shipping signature only packages while nearly everyone is at work is less than convenient. Besides that’d open up more job opportunities.

People are not very friendly at first. But if you get their attention do more than helpful.

The people are always friendly, but this place is like going to a McDonalds that has no drive-thru.... how is it that a shipping center, has no automatic door system for those bringing packages in, and the sidewalk leading up to said door is uneven... the most inconvenient way to lug packages inside....
