I had reached out to this company last week in regards to my interest to a position. After submitting my resume, with a credible skillset, they had set a phone interview three days from the initial connection. At the scheduled time of interview, I was informed that they were experiencing technical difficulties with their computer system. They rescheduled for an hour later, which they had never called? I called them. Since they were still having issues, they were unable to access my resume & I basically had to conduct the interview, flying by the seat of my pants. Two days have gone by and I have not yet received ANY call back or email correspondence regarding employment opportunities? I contacted the office this morning and was advised that the person was off today sick. Okay, may I speak the the actual manager or the other person that conducted the interview? CLICK! Complimentary dial tone? Holy cow, they hung up on me for no reason? I was polite, professional and gave them absolutely NO REASON to hang up on me. Im old enough to clearly know what a millennial attitude sounds like. I heard it the other day from another millennial. Too good...too superior...snippy attitudes! The correct PROFESSIONAL way of conducting business is to let someone KNOW EITHER WAY if I may not be as qualified or if there may be something else that may be available. I have worked for very reputable temp agencies in Tampa, FL in obtaining medical health billing employment. They never let me down! I guess I was expecting too much?

ABR is such an amazing employer to work for! For one, they really care about you as an employee! They also have very good communication with their employees and very easy to talk to! I definitely recommend this company as well as refer my friends to them!

I could not have been happier with my experience at ABR. Applied for a direct hire position. Amy was very responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. Reaching out to me often and always a timely(within 10 minutes) response to my calls and emails. The current situation really had me worried. Lots of people looking for work.
