Technician explained what the problem was that he resolved. Through conversation with us, he was able to offer us suggestions ho was to avoid future problems.

I dont walk,and it takes 2 people to transfer me, we have called and asked them several times to come and fix it, but every time we get a runaround. we had to take a loan out to pay them, I am only 38 years old so it would be used. If I could do it over I would pick another company for it. phone number that was given does not work

I have had a fantastic experience with this company and I can not recommend them more highly. I had an emergency back surgery and could not navigate a staircase in my house. These guys re-arranged their work schedule to accommodate my needs and the installer was putting the finishing touches on the unit as I was arriving home from the hospital ! It works better than I expected, and has given me back the upstairs of my house, my view, my safety and my independence. The other companies I contacted for a quote still had not even answered by the time these guys had me up and running. A great company, great people and a great product. THANK YOU ! ! !

I had an automatic door opener installed but they were here eight hours trying to get it to work and I had to get a new door now and they have to come back again to hook it up to this one so hopefully now it will work so I was not sure how to rate them because it really does not work yet so ask me again when they come back.
