I shopped around on different sites and locally and I could not find place that had as many options and at such prices. The buying process was really easy too, they did a good job of explaining why you will need this additional hardware.The pictures of the various trucks and Jeeps made it really easy to see how a set or an offset looked on a truck similar to what I have.

Very happy with my order from custom offsets. Picking out the right wheel and tire package was very easy and financing through affirm made payment even easier. Was able to get the exact wheel and tire setup I wanted for my truck and it looks great! The shipping was a little slower than estimated but I’m not upset as it was shipped freight. They shipped to a local freight company in my town to be delivered to my house but I chose to just pick them up from their dock. There were quite a few custom offsets orders on their dock so I don’t blame CO for maybe waiting a little longer to ship more orders at once. Everything was packaged extremely well and plenty of protection from damages.

I’ve been browsing through custom offsets items and news for a while now, I’ve saved and have made my dream come true with the truck and setup that I’ve wanted. Everything looks fantastic, everything went super well and easy from order start to finish. I ordered my tires and wheels at the same time, they came mounted and balance, perfect condition, nothing wrong with them and the process from order to receiving them I wanna say was about a week and a half- 2 weeks, coming from across the country. Was absolutely stunned how fast they got here. Then I ordered my lift, initial 4.5 inch, but then decided to do the 6” lift so custom offsets put up with my indecisiveness with a nice and fast manner and within a week maybe a little less from order I received my lift. I installed my lift and wheels and it’s a dream come true, exactly what I wanted. All thanks to custom offsets it finally happened! So thank you to all of the custom offsets team for making this happen with ease and urgency, especially since ya truck lovers can’t handle the suspense of waiting 👍👍 the only problem I had with anything, was that the rough country lift kit instructions got a little unclear as I went through from start to finish, the reason of that is because I don’t know if the bags the hardware came in are mislabeled or not but either instructions where not clear or I was missing a couple bags, so always make sure to go through the inspection list like I did. I still managed to somehow have everything and some little extras for some reason, I followed instructions very thoroughly and with common sense as well. Also the break line brackets did not work for some reason, nothing would align or be too extremely tight, so I did not use the 2 front break line upper brackets. Other than that and the million sailor words coming out of my mouth during my whole weekend of installation, this whole process was fun, exciting and very enjoyable, thanks again to custom offsets and rough country for super fast delivery and great customer service. Will definitely be coming here for my other truck upgrades 👍

This was the first aftermarket rim and tire purchase I’ve ever made. My sales rep, Jake, made the process simple from beginning to end. Every step of the way he kept me informed of the status of my order. When I initially placed the order these tires were on back order, but this wasn’t a big deal because they had just what I wanted. I waited two months, but boy were those two months well worth it when I saw my truck with this set up. I ordered spike lug nuts with my wheels and tires combo, and the box they came in broke and were loose and scratched the inside of my wheel in a couple spots. Very difficult to find the bolt pattern and offset for my truck wheels. Custom Offsets made it easy. I had some issues with the manufacturer weather or not the wheels were in stock but Anthony who gave me the quote called the manufacturer while I was on the line, and assured me they have the wheels.Order details were posted online and the date I received the wheels was better than expected. Delivery was perfect. Two center caps were defective and replaced in a few days. I would use and recommend Custom Offsets in the future.

Process of purchasing went fairly smooth and customer service was good for the most part. Time to complete the order was a bit longer than expected. My recommendation to the company is to offer hub centric rings so the center bore of the new rims will align with the stock hub. I had excessive vibration still until I purchased my centering rings elsewhere. Just be nice to buy everything in one place. Otherwise very happy with my product and look of vehicle.

The Radar Renegade R/T is a very aggressive looking tire that complements my Ion Alloy 174 perfectly. I went with same diameter of wheel as my stock which is 16”, went a little wider from 7.5 to 10 and with an offset of -38mm it gave my Colorado that heavy aggressive look Ive been longing for. I personally did not order my wheels and tires from Custom Offsets, but the gentleman I bought the tires off of however, did. Well his son did, turned out that dad didnt like them because he is more if an old school fella. So that being said I was able to capitalize on them a little cheaper.I bought them brand spanking new, never been mounted with the stickers still on the tires. Only complaint I would have is I wish tracking shipment was better. It would show different times and locations from previous times I would look at it. Even showed the shipment to be in my town one morning thinking I should receive it today and then the next day back to the previous town it was before that. A phone call the day before delivery would be nice too. But thats shipping, everything with CO was great and would order from them again.

Rims were shipped right away and received within a week! They were received double boxed and without damage. Would definitely purchase from them again!

I love my new wheels. They came wrapped up very well on 2 skids. I would definitely use them again for my next set, they were priced good and they arrived within the time they said. I ordered and received a set of 24rims and tires. After wiping them down with the supplied ceramic spray. I noticed imperfections all over the rim from bad powder coating. I emailed back and forth with no help. I finally went on and left a bad review before my problem was addressed. After talking with a rep and him having me drive all over town to get prices to fix the rims. They decided to offer me $250 after all the quotes were around $1000 to repair. So got garbage rims then got to spend gas and time running all over town for a slap in the face. BUYER BEWARE

Price was fair, shipping was relatively fast. They were a bit pushy on some upsells but not too bad. I love the wheels and tires I got, they look and perform great. I only have 2 complaints. When I first opened the wheels they werent as clean as I would hope. They werent particularly dirty but you could tell the tires were mounted and they were never wiped down or cleaned afterwards. Second problem is they did not offer or include hub centering rings. Had they included or at least offered these rings I would have given 5 stars for sure.

We found Custom Offsets through Google. We didnt know how to size wheels and tires after lifting my sons pick-up. Custom Offsets made it easy. Couldnt have been happier with the whole experience. They had tires in stock when others didnt. Cheaper prices. Free shipping that was supposed to take 2 weeks l, but only took 5 days. They arrived individually wrapped and then stacked so there wouldnt be any shipping damage.Everything was very impressive and will order my off road tires through them again.

Great site! I love the gallery feature and it is truly something you wont get anywhere else! It is so helpful when your wondering can I fit these under my truck? Or will this lift make my current tires look wimpy till I can afford bigger ones? Lol I love this site and they got such a great selection even stuff for the old-school trucks👍🏻

What an awesome experience! I made a phone call to order my wheels and tires and it gave me just that little bit of extra reassurance that my decision was a wise one. I got great information about the tires I knew little about and I was ecstatic at the value and reliability I was receiving with my purchase! I unfortunately received an email my original wheel choice was backordered but with a phone call to the guys at CO and an open mind they were more than happy to help show me some alternatives that definitely fit my vision! All and all I only wish I had more trucks to build!
