Duffys was helpful and professional for the entire process. Bob helped us determine appropriate details for our job and set it up in a very timely manner. The work crew was prompt, friendly and accommodating. Our completed job is gorgeous!

Duffys came highly recommended for finishing our wood floors. Bob came out and was very knowledgeable and personable. Once we received the quote, we wanted to schedule a time to go to their showroom to see the stain options on maple wood in person. I reached out to Cindy and after several emails back and forth requesting to schedule a time to come to the showroom, we were told that unless we have a signed contract and half down we couldnt even schedule an appointment to see samples in person. I realize and respect the restrictions COVID has presented and am more than willing to mask up and schedule a time to come to the showroom. However, to request a signed contract and HALF down before we can even step foot into the showroom to look at samples in person is unreasonable and not how you do business. Very disappointed.

Our floors turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined! So happy with the whole experience from meeting with Bob to walking in and seeing the finished floors! Bob’s son was so patient and kind with a few of my questions before he left the job. I will highly recommend Duffy’s to friends looking at refinishing their floors.

Duffy’s did a beautiful job refinishing my floors! They charged a fair price and delivered as promised from start to finish. I didn’t think my floors could be saved and now they look brand new. They did an amazing job and I’d highly recommend to anyone needing floor refinishing.
