I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went into them because the front right side of my car was making noise and shaking. We specifically told them we wanted the issue fixed. They told us it was the front right strut and that they fixed the issue. So trusting them I drove my car to the store not even ten miles down the road. The noise and shaking was still there. So I tried to turn around so I could bring the car back to them but as I was backing out of the parking spot MY WHEEL POPPED OUT OF THE AXLE!!! I thought they were supposed fix the issue not make it worse. When I called to let them know they must have made a mistake they showed no concern and left me stranded having to pay the expense of two tows out of my own pocket because they were closing soon and wouldnt wait for me to have my car towed to their business. When i finally got my car back to them they charged me an extra $100 for the problem they created. They said it was the axle after originally telling me it was the outer strut. I asked them about the expense of my tows and no one would help me.... all this the day before Christmas eve. Their secretary was rude and basically suggested herself that we sue them. Every question I asked, her answer was I dont know and she huffed at me as if it were a chore to simply ask someone else. She asked, why would we come back if we had a bad experience?.... Hello?!?!? you guys created the problem it is your responsibility to fix what you messed up. I dont know who these people are giving them good reviews but after the nightmare experience I had I honestly think they must be personal friends or paid off... I couldnt imagine anything good coming from a business who treated my husband and me so horribly. They are nothing short of the most inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with

Very professional clean shop mechanic was very knowledgeable explain everything up front my car was repaired in a timely manner for original problem but mechanic found another problem and fixed at a discounted rate labor and parts owner/manager was very nice as well as the mechanic ohh did I mention they show you old parts they take off your car so there is no question that work was done and done the right way I would give 5 stars if they use debit or atm Im sure they will in the near future very happy I would recommend to anyone family or friends this place is my go to mechanic shop customer for life thanks Js auto

Worst place to go to fix your car. They kept my Dads truck 9 months just to get it smog ready, when he finally got it back it was throwing oil and the inside electrical turn signals, horn, gas tank switch, ect. did not work. He was told to buy a can of gas additive and it would pass. Haha, as if. When we had it checked at another location they found that the emissions wiring harness had been removed, and Js lost it so they never replaced it. When I asked for it back they had no clue what happened to it. After almost 4,000 dollars, my Dads truck was in worse shape then when taken in. He asked for a refund due to the fact that they did not repair anything and actually damaged the engine. Js refused, we took them to court, My dad won the judgement, they were told to pay what they owed him, and court fees., and would it figure Js went bankrupt so they didnt have to pay him, and possibly others. Shame on them to take advantage of an elderly man. My 87 year old father. I hope they can sleep at night and live with the guilt of knowing how they cheated my father. My advice dont take you vehicle to Js
