Everyone was wearing masks. Comfortable feeling. Service was very fast for my oil change. I really liked walking around viewing the new inventory and seeing the new Bronco and Mustang Mach E. Very friendly staff. Mark Halverson, my salesman, was working so it was nice to touch base with him. He is the BEST!!!

Sometimes people are quick to complain but slow to praise. My previous experience with Apple Ford was less than stellar.My most recent experience exceeded my expectations. From the time I scheduled my service appointment to the time I walked out the door, I was impressed with the level of customer service I received.I pulled into the service area and was greeted immediately by the same Service Writer I had been texting with about the work I wanted done. (Tag 1842 4/21/21) He was courteous, professional and thorough. My car was ready on time and was waiting by time I got there to pick it up.I can say that Justin Moorman is an asset to the Service Department and will go far in his career wherever that may be.Hats off on a job well done!

Brian Oleary made sure I was taken care of. We had ordered a part for the car which didnt need to be ordered and he made it alright and got me to refund once we squared everything away. Excellent experience. Had my oil changed I found them to be very professional, quick service. They even washed and vacuumed out my car with my oil change! Awesome value!

We just went browsing and that never ends well. We ended up meeting up with Max Smothers and taking a few test drives. Max was gracious, knowledgeable and he was able to put up with us, which is a feat all in itself. We later found out that Max was a newbie and this could potentially be his first sale. Well, we made him work. We ended up doing two trade ins and two sales. He kept himself calm and collected and was able to assist us the entire way. Even letting us borrow his phone charger! The whole team was excellent to work with! Way to go Apple Autos. If the great service continues, you may just have customers for life.

Derrick Smith was the Salesman I had last Saturday March 14th 2020. I traveled 4 hours away to Apple Valley Ford to purchase a 2013 Ford F-150 Platnium. Derrick took time to do a video walk around for me prior to my trip up to purchase this Amazing Truck. He was very nice and worked with me every step of the way. I actually got to meet and speak with the previous owner of the truck. This gave me great confidence that I was buying a great Truck. Derrick made that happen. Apple Valley Ford has a great set of staff willing to work out a more than fair deal. They just earned a lifelong customer here! I highly recommend this Dealership! Could not find the to the car we wanted to drive. Called us later in the week saying that they had found it. We drove back to Apple Valley from Belle Plaine to drive the car. Guess what? NO KEY!! We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. Bought my son a vast from Walser Nissan writh no stress. Very happy with our purchase and experience.

Unfortunately we purchased a Lincoln MKC from this dealer in December 2017. Since then the vehicle has been in many times for service. It appears that I am responsible for their Quality Control for the work performed at this dealership. I am ALWAYS needing to bring the vehicle back for some reason or another. This past Friday [5/31/2019] after dropping the vehicle off for an oil change enroute to my Grand daughters dance recital; I was called a short time later of a nail being in one of the 19 inch unusual size tires. When/Where/How I dont know.NEVERTHELESS requested options in writing for these tires so that we could cost compare before making a decision which would be needed by Saturday since the Dealership is closed on Sunday and I need my vehicle for work on Monday morning. Checked emails all evening during the recital and into the late night for the quotes which NEVER came.Saturday morning I called them finding that the person sent the information to an inaccurate email address. Mind you my husband receives emails from this dealer on a regular basis. So I requested for the quote to be sent to both of our email addresses and of course the email was received.Saturday morning approval was given to replace the old tires with 4 new Pirelli tires which by the way they do not include the brand of tires purchased on the invoice NOR did they tell me about the Rebate offered. I knew ONLY because I looked on THEIR website. Picked up the vehicle and IMMEDIATELY when turning on the engine a light lit the dashboard Tire pressure low. So I went back in to report MY finding.I was advised to drive the vehicle back into the service bay which at that time I was EXTREMELY agitated as we were on our way to two of our nephews High School Graduation so I refused to. They drove the vehicle back into the service bay to resolve that issue. Now we are running later than planned and due to the parking at Apple Valley High School I decided to park my vehicle and ride with my husband. When parking the vehicle saw that my side view mirrors no longer folded. I called the dealer right away this morning since they were working when the vehicle was dropped off. I left a message for the Service Center Manager providing both my cell and work phone numbers and it is now almost NOON and I have heard NOTHING.....

My friend wanted a cruise control put in his car. Was told that it wasnt set up for a cruise control to be added on. Was not happy with the results, even though his mechanic told him that a cruise control could be put in. Decided against cruise control. He sold the car to someone else.

Custom Shop...Nobody around again..very typical..did not order my stuff, Parts guy took care of me very well, will not try and order anything from Custom Shop EVER. Not pleased at all.
