Richard is awesome and the only reason that we stay with Allstate. Richard really cares about us and treats us with the upmost respect. I was ready to leave because of a Allstate adjuster and how she disrespected me, but because of Richard I stayed with Allstate. I cant penalize him for another persons actions.
