Matt and his son, Austin, were great! Both very professional and provided great service. I received a text when they were on their way, which fit right into the expected arrival window. Their services were very timely (especially with two people) - I had the whole house air ducts (about 2000 square feet), dryer vent, and the disinfectant performed in under two hours! When they first got here, they walked around the entire house to count all the vents and told me the cost upfront which was really nice. They are very fairly priced too! Matt stopped out today, after looking at my furnace and the way it was positioned he determined that he would not be able to clean my vents. He could not access the furnace properly to get his equipment setup to do the job correctly. Matt was completely straight forward about this and did not charge any kind of service fee for stopping out even though I offered something (felt bad he lost out on a job). His honesty and integrity were greatly appreciated. Its something I look for in service providers. He will be my first call if I need work done in the future!

This company and their employees did a great job! They go to each and every cent and clean them. The other companies we’ve used have always only hooked up to their truck and our furnace and that was it! This company took their time and you could hear the vents actually being cleaned out. I’ll only use this company from now on.

We just had Matt out today to clean our dryer vents. I had it on my to do list for a while as we were unsure when the last time they were cleaned was (and we bought our house about 4 years ago) I have seen horror stories on social media so I wanted to ensure we got them cleaned to be safe. Matt called and was able to pop over early and it was great. He was quick and professional. He even gave us tips on the vent cover that is currently broken. Would hire again!

I struggled for a year trying to research and determine if my ducts needed to be clean - - see the before and after pictures below. Matt, the owner is knowledge and down to earth. Hes professional and a locally independently owned company (yes hes insured and bond) and registered with the state. He did an amazing job and we can already notice a difference in air quality.

Matt was great to work with! He showed up when he said he would, gave us the exact price before he started so there weren’t any surprises, and went to work. After he was done he told us what we should do (run the fan, etc.) and answered any remaining questions we had. We’ll definitely be using him again next time we need our ducts cleaned!

Had dryer vent cleaning and inspection. I called and had an appointment the next day. He cleaned the vent and showed me the before and after camera pictures and the amount of debis. Inspection and clean up was done before completing the job. Price listed (plus tax) was accurate. Total time was approx 45- 60 min.

Update 2/25/19 - We had a lot of dust around the house again, and we decided to hire dust doctors to look at our hvac - they took pictures of our vents and they were disgusting, only after having Metro Duct Cleaners out 9 months ago - pictures are proof - very sad I paid $500 + dollars for vent cleaning that never lasted - I would recommend looking else where.Got our ducts/vents cleaned - no hassle - one price per vent/duct - house already smells clean - they also checked my dryer vent but no cleaning needed. Highly recommend - support local business.

We had Metro Duct Cleaners out to clean out our ducts and dryer vent. Very happy with the process, we were able to schedule the cleaning for just over a week from the date I called, and the technician that came to our house was very friendly and courteous. We are very pleased.

They did a great job with the ducts. The problem was the dryer vent. the day after they cleaned the vents, I had a repair person come in to fix the dryer. He found lint still in the vent. picture attached.

Matt provided great service navigating the twists and turns in our dryer vent and cleared the blockage during the time slot provided. We do-it-ourselfers definitely didnt have the tools and expertise. The dryer is on an inside wall, and the ductwork is in an enclosed ceiling.

The crew was very punctual. Once they arrived, they were very polite and professional. I appreciated how they assessed what needed to be cleaned and showed me examples of just how dirty our ducts were. We had only hired them to come and clean out our dryer duct. However, after seeing how effective their cleaning was, we decided to have them do all of the HVAC ducts as well. Their pricing was very simple to understand and there were no additional fees.As far as the cleaning goes, they used an actual brush to go through the ducts as opposed to the companies that just come out and shoot air through the duct work. Since we have transom heating in our basement, this was a very effective technique. I am very satisfied with the work that Metro Duct Cleaners provided, but I would give them an extra star if possible for their respectful and professional demeanor.
