We delivered a 41k lb load of fertilizer here. It took them only about 30-40 minutes to unload us! Very fast! Wish more places were like this. (They also have restrooms drivers can use inside.)However, note to semi drivers.. you cannot park at the facility overnight. Just a friendly heads up. 😊

Though mostly catering to large commercial agriculture they do offer everything under the sun for the individual home gardener (as far as fertilizer, pest, and disease control go). Good ole fashion southern hospitality is the only way to describe how I was treated despite the fact I was only ordering a single bag of fertilizer while everyone else was ordering products by the pallet!

( One Female in Particular BUT there are others )IF you have bought from BWI before, you will either Smile OR Laugh at this review. Because, you know EXACTLY WHO I am refering to.

This is not a retail store so when you show up wanting to purchase a few pots or a bag of fertilizer expect to wait.The people behind the desk are likely completing an order for 5 or 10 pallet loads of fertilizer. That customer also normally spends $300K+ a year with them so Snowflake you may have to wait.This company carries every product needed to run a nursery, farm or tree farm. They are professionals in their business serving professionals.When you walk in know what you need, speak up, introduce yourself its called manners.

Everytime I come here the ladies up front are very friendly.I forget her name but one of them has worked there for many years and she always takes care of us.We always go here to purchase our garden soil mix and buy those huge pots we have in our container garden for our larger fruit trees and vegetable plants because its way cheaper buying in bulk than our local hardware stores garden section.This place is not your usual gardening store because they sell majority to other agriculture businesses (B2B) but they will sell you items as a walk in at good bulk prices.

Not trying to be your friend, all about the business. All my questions were answered but I was made to feel like I was bothering them.

They had exactly the supplies I needed and I had to wait less than 5 minutes for them to pull my order from the warehouse and load it in my truck.

If you want to be ignored as a customer go to this place,they act they are not selling anything you have to go figure out the product yourself.THE CUSTOMER service is lousy,bad service all around AS IF YOU ARE JUST WASTING THEIR TIME.
