We found Baldwin Brothers when a dear one pasted. They are very professional. Their facility is immaculate. We were given a walk threw of their facility on 441. Since then my husband, brother, sister and myself have signed up with their cremation package.The prices are very reasonable. We just finalized our cremation pre-plan with Marco Gallardo with your Titusville office. We first heard Marco at a luncheon seminar and were impressed with his compassion, expertise and overall approach to a solemn, but necessary phase of our life. We next met with Marco at our home where he explained in more detail how Baldwin Bros works, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. We asked if we could tour a Crematory and Marco didnt hesitate and proceeded to schedule a visit to Apopka. There we met Andy Ingram, the Funeral Director, who was very professional, but in a very friendly way. Again, Andy and Marco completely explained what will happen at this stage of the process. We left feeling very assured that Baldwin Bros is a high integrity, reputable business....and will deliver what they promise. Our most recent meeting with Marco was again at our home and he was as pleasant as always and very complete in his explanation as he walked us through the contract signing. So, from our initial meeting to contract signing we have formed a very positive impression of Baldwin Brothers through multiple interactions with Marco and our meeting with Andy at the Apopka facility. I would highly recommend Marco Gallardo to anyone ready to take this important step in your overall estate/family planning.

One never knows when you will need these services. My mother in law recently passed under hospice care and I found Baldwin Brothers online and their prices were the best. I paid via credit card online and when the time came hospice called the number and they arrived about 45 minutes later. Andy, the director was wonderful he made everything possible online and that made it a pain free transaction.

Unfortunately my grandma passed away and Francisca Mendoza helped us with all this process, she was very profesional, very calm and she answered every single email and phone call, my grandma is resting in peace in another country ( Ecuador ) and all this paper work was handled very fast. They treated us very well, like family! Recommended 100%.

He answered all of my questions and explained to me things that I hadnt thought of. He was so kind and sat with me for a long time talking about our loved one. I would highly recommend Baldwin Brothers for an affordable way to say goodbye to a loved one. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We are planning on using them for our own last wishes.Having been in the sad situation in the past with a large national company we were expecting the same type of experience....all business and lukewarm concern. Theyre the best at offering a bargain basement experience. You can have your loved ones memorial service at a Baldwin Brothers store front location in a mini mall or maybe rent a room down at the firehouse, either way its going to be the same experience. No, maybe the firehouse will have more coffee selections. If you choose Baldwin Brothers I hope you like decaffeinated breakfast blend. Or water. From the water fountain.

The staff at Baldwin Brothers (Apopka) is outstanding. The Office Administrator, Kelly is an absolute Blessing. She helped me through a very difficult time and is so professional yet a sweet and kind person. I would give them a 10 Golden Star Review if possible. I wish I could give negative stars. My g-ma passed 3wks ago and we were given the timeline of 48-72 hours to have the cremation done. 1 week passed and my father called to see what the hold up was but never received any answers or even a call back. He kept calling and still no explanations or one call returned. Here we are 3 wks later and we are told that the cremation was just done YESTERDAY! This is not 48-72 hours, its 3 wks later! And the cherry on top is that they want to charge us $195 to have her ashes sent to her final resting place instead of eating that cost after having to deal with unnecessary nonsense . No apologies, no explanations, no empathy or sympathy, they just want to take advantage of a grieving family and nickle and dime them without providing the services they say they will. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!

Appreciate the team that helped us with our funeral arrangements this week... We had the casket delivered to a cemetery in Miami and the team from Baldwin Brothers showed up with plenty of time to spare and helped coordinate everything with the cemetery (which was so appreciated because the cemetery was giving us a hard time with floral arrangements and parking). Could not have pulled this off without this talented group of professionals... they took great care of us!

We met with Laura and found her to be very friendly, open, honest and efficiently thorough in helping us to make our final plans. We were put totally at ease when she described the multitude of process checks and double checks to insure the care and protection of a loved one. Their prices seemed to be very low especially considering all the services that we were receiving for the final event. Andy with Baldwin Brothers has been wonderful to work with. This is the 2nd time we have needed him over the past year. He has gone out of his way literally and figuratively to make this difficult time as easy as possible for us. He is very keen on making sure that you have the time that you personally need to process what has happened and to feel comfortable with everything. I have not felt pressured in anyway from either a time aspect or with their trying to up sell us during this emotionally charged time. In a nut-shell we cannot be happier with them.

A bargain basement experience. They sell cheap because they are cheap. Except that if you shop around you can get less expensive prices and better services elsewhere.
