I rented a truck and 17 miles into the trip and my first pick up load the truck shut off on me while I was driving down the road. I had to call the after hours service number. All they could offer me was to have the vehicle towed back to Home Depot. There wasnt an option to switch the truck out with another one because The Home Depot was closed. I waited 1 1/2 hour before the tow truck driver arrived. If Home Depot is going to offer truck rentals they should also provide replacement vehicles after hours. I loss a night of work due to this debacle.

When we are doing large projects its really wonderful to have the rental truck to transport and its affordable
