I highly recommend Mike and his company AAction Taxi. I formerly used RDU taxi for airport travel but they no longer operate. I needed someone to pick me up at 2:45am for an early flight. While this is not the most popular hour for drivers I’m sure, Mike got Kevin to drive me. I trusted him and his company delivered. For my return, Mike took the initiative to track my flight, discovered it was early and was at the airport to get me upon exiting baggage claim. His multiple good reviews on this site are earned. 😁

We were stranded on the highway due to a car problem. We called AAction and they went out of their way to come and find us on the highway, arriving earlier than estimated. Everything was professional. There was hand sanitizer in the back for passengers to use and the driver wore a mask. We would definitely recommend their service. (We were so exhausted after trying to find a vehicle to pick us up with no success for almost an hour before contacting AAction that we didn’t realize that we forgot to tip the driver until after the ride. Very sorry about that.)

I needed a ride from my auto shop in Cary back to Durham. Mike Fountain was prompt and professional. The vehicle was also in good service. I would recommend AAction Taxi.

Driver ran every single stop sign (did not stop, just drove right though them) and was looking at and interacting with their phone so much they almost ran a red light (had to break rapidly) and also almost had a collisions with other cars. Terrifying.

Mike, the owner is extremely polite, professional and detail oriented.He confirms via text, lets you know he is on the way and lets you know when he is two minutes away. You really dont need to worry about reaching your destination on time or call repeatedly to confirm. The cab I rode in was well maintained and you know it instantly when you talk to Mike that you would have a good experience. I know who to call next time I need a cab and would highly recommend AAction taxi.

AAction Taxi Cab is extremely professional, safe and very reliable - I am so glad I counted on them at 5:30am to get me and my family to the airport! The driver was 10 minutes early and had a a van that could accommodate us and our luggage. I was also relieved to be able to pre-set our return home from the airport with his folks. Two cars broke down- no-one around. So I called A Action Taxi. Told Jeff the time I needed to at work. He explain he couldnt make at the time but could get me as close to it as possable. Anyway it was the most enjoyable taxi service I have ever used. he even called to tell me he was 10 minutes away. I like that because I dont like to keep anyone waiting my- self.
