Joe went above and beyond as our realtor. He really listened to what we wanted in selling our land, and carefully explained the whole process. He regularly checked on us during the pandemic and even brought us a delicious homemade meal. Generally, land takes longer to sell than a home, and since there’s a pandemic, we assumed it would take a couple of years to sell. But Joe worked hard for us, and presented a perfect offer in just less than a year. We recently closed and could not be happier! Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
