We used Inflate-A-Party for our childrens joint birthday party and rented one of the obstacle course bouncy houses and tables and chairs. We rented a bounce house/slide for our recent block party and it was a HUGE hit! I was impressed with how easy it was to rent, and would 100% recommend this company for your rental needs. Set up was easy and communicated in advance. We even got our rental a little longer than planned due to the logistics for the day. We were so happy with our experience!

Good communication, delivery was fairly prompt, said noon but was closer to 1:30 pm. Quality of tent and tables and chairs were great! Set up and pick up went well. Professional team and respectful of customer time and property. Note to customer just read over receipt and contract carefully. I missed the deposit being in addition to total rental cost. That was not verbally shared on phone call quote and little bit of a sticker shock when final payment was due. This is a customer responsibility and I failed doing so. It would be great if person giving rental quotes gave that total out as a final cost. Over sight on both parties in our situation. Overall, I would rent again from them! Jeff and team all professional and hard working.

Inflate-A-Party was a perfect activity to host an outdoor activity for guests and neighbors. The staff was polite & helped suggest where to put the inflatable, the staff was timely with drop off & pick up, the inflatable was clean & fun. It was all day fun for the kids!

We ordered the 18 Dual Lane Water Slide and it was perfect! Delivery on time; very professional and nice delivery team. They bring everything you need and do all the setup and take down. Will definitely use them again for our next inflatable or yard fun needs.

The booking process online was very easy and the cost was fairly reasonable. I rented the sno cone machine with the bounce house/water slide and yard game as a package. I wasn’t sure exactly what came with the sno cone machine so when I called to talk to the owner, Jeff, he was so helpful and nice. The people who came to set up were quick and knew what to do with only minimal questions about where I’d like everything set up, and where a hose and outlet were located. I would recommend them to friends and family and my son already asked to do it again next year for his birthday! I had a wonderful experience with Inflate-A-Party. The online booking process was very easy. On top of that, I had to change the time slightly, and they were very accommodating when I called. The delivery was schedule to occur 30-90 minutes before the time I had requested it, and they were even a few minutes early. Set up was so quick. Everyone LOVED the slide. Kids left saying it was the best party they had attended. Pick up was just as simple and right on time. The delivery people even let my kids get a few extra slides. I cant wait to do another event using their products. Well worth the investment - kept everyone entertained and outside of the house!

Easy delivery and pick up. Great communication from the company with online confirmations and text messages for delivery times and changes on pick up time. Also helped me by phone to clarify the deposit and refund/credit policies if I had cancel - always important these days. The castle bouncy house was such a hit with kids and adults at the party. My son told me he had the best birthday party ever. The slide was hooked up when we were away from home at one sporting event and taken away when we were at another. It was no hassle on our part which really was a huge relief. It had an easy on/off switch. It was amazing how easy it was to use. All of the children loved it. I even had to deflate it to get them to eat cupcakes and pizza. No one wanted to go home! Highly recommend!

We rented a combo bounce house with water slides from Inflate-a-Party and it was awesome! The kids loved it. We had a great experience from start to finish! We had to cancel a reservation over the summer and they were very helpful with getting us rescheduled and applying our previous deposit to our new reservation. They even helped with recommendations based on the amount of room we had in the backyard and the age ranges or the kids attending our event. Inflate-a-party was awesome!! We have a small yard and had questions about which bounce slides would fit. They were very quick to respond and great to work with. Awesome!!!!!! Jeff saved me. Lady at Bounce And Slide cancelled on me for my sons 6th birthday party at 5 p.m. Friday night for the party the next day! She said she was watching the weather and was worried about high winds and bad storms. They called for 30% showers....It drizzled for 15 minutes the whole day, and its a water slide. I had deposits on 2 inflatables for months. I found inflate a party online, spoke to Jeff and he gave me 3 choices of slides he had available at short notice. I had an event on a Sunday July 25th. My party was from 5 p.m. to 8 pm. Two to three guys came out in big truck and set everything up less than a half an hour. They are punctual and neat and clean and courteous. The pickup was quick and Swift, the party was a Smash Hit. I rented the bounce house from 2 to 8 but we didn’t use the additional 2 hours. The company doesn’t do refunds but offer to credit me for the 2 hours. Super friendly employees and understanding! They made renting a bounce house effortless on my side from ordering online and calling ahead of time to confirm delivery and pick up!
