Can I give a zero. Im paying for 200 mbits service and that never happens. Currently not getting over 10mbits and on average get 50. This is at ever increasing prices. We need competition so badly.

Chris, who works at the Spectrum store in Apex, in Creeks Landing was such a wonderful, professional, courteous representative. He was the only one working and had a steady line backed up to the door. Never got rattled, always was polite and helpful to each and every customer. I think Spectrum is very fortunate to have someone like him working for them, especially during this crucial time. Good Job Chris! Keep up the good work. :)

Peter was incredibly rude and discriminated against my friend who is medically exempt from wearing a mask. We attempted to inform him of the executive order but he refused to be educated and would rather remain ignorant to the actual wording of the order. You arent allowed to demand an explanation or proof. Terrible customer service.

Chat individuals are helpful but basically useless. They cant do anything but give you prices and/or phone numbers Spectrum has the total monopoly and they are outrageous with their prices. Have had them for years and still dont care for them

Update: I have cancelled all my services with Spectrum. Horrible on ALL fronts.Be warned, cancelling or downgrading your service will not result in any pro-rated amount for the month. They will still charge you the entire month. Very corrupt and unethical business practice.Based on my experience at this location. Not sure why this place remains open for businesses. Rude employees to say the least. Not capable of making any decision on their own. They push you to call their online help. You sign-up for a promotional deal the first year and then a major increase every year after that. Sadly no better offer in the area and they know it, and hence the bad customer service.

The guy who helped me was very informative and worked hard. He was helpful. But Spectrum as a company is THE ABSOLUTELY FREAKING WORST. After 10 years of loyalty they reward you by charging you too much for cable!

We had just moved down here from up north and had set up internet online. A customer service rep told us we could go into a spectrum to get a free modem if ours did not reach the speeds we were paying for. Which it didnt. So we set up an appointment just to be safe, walked in, and were immediately greeted. We explained the modem situation and she gave us a modem, cables, and information and was very kind as well. She even answered questions for us about mobile in case we switched. Overall, we had a great experience!

Terrible customer service. Went in the store on Saturday am. Only one customer service person on the floor with several people waiting. Another one was in the back loudly sneezing. He came out on the floor and went back behind counter several times but didnt ask if I needed help. They will continue to remain empty long after COVID-19 due to their terrible customer service.

Was just in the Apex store and the representatives were GREAT!! Customer service is a HUGE pet peeve for me and the gentlemen inside were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable of their services and products offered. Great customer service is hard to come by, but know that it still exists.Thank you

I Drove 30 minutes away to go pick up my internet box and stuff just for them to tell me that because I’m in Sanford they aren’t able to give it to me and it has to be mailed. The guy that I spoke with in the store was very respectful, and I’m not annoyed with him, however, spectrum their self should have told me that this store doesnt provide to Sanford and I would have to drive to either Durham or Fayetteville to get my stuff. When I called why didn’t they tell me that Apex doesn’t provide to Sanford? y’all gonna pay my gas back 😂

My visit was smooth and quick. I just wanted to add cable to my existing internet. It only took a few minutes to go over the plans, ask my questions and change my plan. Brought the box home and set it up in a few short steps and now I am comfortably watching Chopped.

My review is not specifically about this location but spectrum in general. Some one from marketing has called me last week and asked me about my internet and mentioned about spectrum offers. I was rushing for a meeting so I agreed that they send me an email and then I can proceed with the order if I like. I got an email but I did not respond. The next day I received a package in my front porch which doesn’t say it is from spectrum. As it is covid19 season I didn’t open the package for a few days. Then I received another email from spectrum as if I have placed an order where as I did not. I had to take the package back to the store in unopened condition and the representative at the store told me that they cant take package and I had to cut it open there. (Not sure why thats my responsibility as I didnt commit any subscription ). I had to waste a mask several alcohol wipes and gasoline for something that is not my responsibility .

Worst experience I’ve ever had, I went to pick equipment that was paid for btw and was told they did not have it. I asked if they could double check the guy was absolutely rude did not even bother said “there’s no point I know its not here”. The guy told me I would have to drive over an hour and a half to the another store to pick up my equipment. I’ve worked in customer service for over 8 years and I would never talk to a customer in that way. I asked for a managers name and was told that store didnt have one which is absolute bs. I also asked for the customer service phone number and was told just to call the customer service I called to order the service.

*One* employee on duty to handle everything from new phone sales (which can take a *long* time) to simple equipment exchange (which can take 3 minutes).You can.be here a long time.

Any cell service is better than Spectrum Mobile. My mother elderly in-law suffers from dementia. She ordered a phone and service through a sales pitch and did not fully understand. Because we were not made aware of her situation until after Spectrum’s 14 day grace period, she is stuck with a $1000 phone and service she has no need for. Do not believe what they tell you and go to a carrier that actually cares about their customers.If their return policy is any indication of their service, it will not be good. They get you locked in before you realize the poor quality.

Total monopoly. Since there is no competitions, service cost is outrageously expensive. And installation fee??!!! Omg who pays installation fee as a new customer? Just never heard of. And activation fee? Seems they get to charge for everything yet customers are out of options, total ripoff ugh!
