I had Gillian and she was awesome! Super professional and we just casually talked the whole time. She made my first time getting my eyebrows done super easy and makes me want to go back. I highly recommend her. Lobby was so clean and well kept with a super friendly girl at the desk, I wish I got her name.

I came in as a walk-in and asked if I could get my lower legs waxed they told me that the earliest was at 11:45 so I left the went home and thought about it and decided to book anyway so I booked online. As advertised on there website you get a free wax awesome why not take advantage of that so you can get a free eyebrow, underarm, I think a bikini line etc. so I asked the lady before we started and she said sure not a problem. We got to talking during my service and when we were done I asked her about my underarms and she said sorry I dont have time. I dont know....I always thought you put your client on the table first. I understand that they have appointments but its not like I was taking any extra time and now I lost my free service because they dont let you do it on another day. I guess she was overwhelmed or I wasnt worth 5 more minutes to her. Just disappointed.

Probably the worst Brazilian wax I’ve gotten to date. It wasn’t super painful. But tons of hair left. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened at EWC. I have no idea why I continue to give them a chance. This time was the last straw. I won’t be back.Update: I spoke with Aymeisha who offered to have a more experienced waxer redo the service. Aymeisha was pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure this was resolved. Added 3 stars because of the excellent customer service.

After waxing appointment noticed patches hair missed on my chin that are clearly visible in natural light and can be felt.Very disappointing 😞service. $54 wasted .

Kiana was great! She explained the 4 step process as she went along. She was honest about the discomfort level upfront, but assured me it wouldn’t be as bad as I thought. She was right. She was quick, but efficient! I highly recommend her!

They are taking great precautions against covid to ensure the safety of their clients. Tiffany is also wonderful. The staff is skilled at what they do.

I have been going to this location for two years and I have experienced nothing but the best. However, since the pandemic the waxing service has been a little bit of a letdown. I know companies especially salons are scrambling during this time and so are customers. Waxing isnt cheap and service should be top notch. The last two times I have been here the estheticians have done a poor job compared to the ones that worked here before the pandemic. Hairs havent been waxed all the way and at my last service she left wax on my body near my groan! I have never had that happened before and the technique was off and extremely uncomfortable, I know people have bad days and I hope this was the case. The front desk staff was professional and polite as always.

This was my second wax with a european wax center (the first wax was at a different location but this one is much closer to me) and i was blown away with the customer service here! Kiana did a great job with my wax and her demeanor put me at ease almost immediately. I had a great experience with the front desk staff as well. They were very personable and helped me find the right wax pass that worked for me. Overall it was a wonderful experience and i will definitely return to this location!

This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! First to start off with, your greeted at the front desk by the biggest smile youve ever want to see! The front desk management team is amazing and very hospitable. The wax specialist I had was amazing and what made it even better.... SHE WAS IN TRAINING and for it being my FIRST time ever; Im definitely going back!! That 32 minute drive from Raleigh was WELL WORTH IT!

I use to go to the European Wax center in a different state. I was pretty disappointed with my brazilian (first visit). Lots of hair was left and the specialist was a bit rough. I bought a package and will try another specialist in a few weeks. Will update my review later on.

Ive been going to this location for over a year and I really enjoy it. Unlike some of the other EWC locations (which can be overly pushy with their packages and products), the ladies here are very kind and informative. I started going to Allison, after getting wax services somewhere else for years and Allison is AMAZING. I adjust my schedule to ensure that Im with her because shes THAT good!

Yesterday was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed at European Wax Center in Apex, and I was not disappointed! The woman at the front desk was very friendly and informative, and made me feel comfortable. My esthetician was Allison and she did an excellent job on my eyebrows! I was very happy with my experience there and I highly recommend Allison!

I am not opposed to discussing political things UNLESS I am a customer at a business. While getting my wax the young lady began discussing current politics and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Management should address this and make it known that this doea not belong in a business setting. The wax service was meh. She missed a lot of hair but I was just ready to get out of there.

The Aprex store is hour and 15 minutes away but I have been going there for over two years. Allison is my technician and she is absolutely wonderful and very professional and very good at what she does. The rest of the staff are just as sweet and very helpful and professionals. Five star rating all the way!!!

It was overall an amazing experience! I received my very first wax at the Apex location....From entering the front door being greeted with smiles and kind gestures. They made me very comfortable while waiting to be called to the back! They don’t just advertise their products, they actually use them and tell you their successful results. The specialist was kind and patient with me as well. I had to keep apologizing to her for constantly laughing hysterically to cope with the experience...I even had her laughing!Great customer service, so professional and patient! I highly recommend the Apex location ladies and gentlemen! I will be going back!

Experienced today bad service. I came when it was busy, and they have said that would be with me shortly, I said: -yes sure. When all other customers were sorted out, there were 3 ladies standing and nobody asked me what they can help me with. Ok, waited more, another customer has paid and left, I waited a couple min more and left.. I just wanted to schedule an appt, as their phone was busy and I was near by.. that was my second and last visit, even I have some balance there, as I paid in advance.. Was treated like I am nothing..

Waxing at this location is fine, but be careful when they ring you up. Ive been overcharged more than once and the last time, each time they gave me my total after fixing it, it was still wrong. The employees at the front seem inexperienced and need more training.

This center has the best wax specialist hands down ! Amara make sure to get my eyebrow shape immaculately perfect every time .Edith-Ann also does my underarm wax, She makes sure to lay the strips in the proper direction of my hair growth . The apex location Front Desk associates are super helpful when checking in and out.

EDIT: I returned for my complimentary appt. Today with an old favorite (Allison). She was meticulous and AMAZING!! She took her time and made sure that I left very happy:). I am THANKFUL that the Manager of this location CARES enough to personally contact those less than happy to make things right:). It goes a LONGGGG way!!

Dont let Shelby at Apex wax your eyebrows (told her just to clean them up) if you want them to look even remotely similar to each other. I cant believe this place would employ someone that does such an awful job.

I have tried a couple different European Wax Center locations in the area for having a brazilian wax done and Shaunta at the Apex location has been the most thorough out of the waxing experts I have seen. In my experience there are always a few random hairs that get missed during the process, but Shaunta has made the most effort to make sure she doesnt miss anything. She also engages in conversation which helps distract from the situation being any more awkward or painful than necessary. It can be a very long and uncomfortable 15 minutes having a stranger handling your business in complete silence. So even though it is not the most ideal time for chatting, it is certainly better than the alternative.

Its always a pleasurable experience! Paula was amazing!
