The vets and staff of Town & Country are awesome! They are always pleasant and responsive to my pets needs. They dont push services my pets dont need. They explain each test/shot and make me decide whether to have it done or not.
I arrived at Town and Country a total mess because one of my new rescues was very car sick. I was so nervous about the car ride that I forgot all the paperwork at home. I received very compassionate response from the receptionist, the vet tech and Dr Merriman. Not only did they make me feel better, they also helped to provide materials for my cleanup. They didnt send me away because I didnt have the paperwork but worked with me with what information I have. They are professional and compassionate. I recommend them 100%.
We have been clients of Town and Country for 20 years with our 2 dogs in succession. The whole staff is consistently professional, knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and caring. We are very grateful for Town and Country to care for our beloved dogs.
Dr M is fabulous and we’ve been really happy with everyone we’ve worked with at Town and Country. I highly recommend this clinic!
They have been wonderful to my cats. There is no way my cat could have lived to the age of 32 without their care. I have always taken my cats there and would never go anywhere else. Was there yesterday with them for senior cat exam and vaccines. Every one of the doctors are great.
I have taken my dog here for about 5 years. He has never had any major issues and the vets that I have previously had were great. Today was a huge difference. Dr. James spent about 30 seconds with my dog giving him his rabies booster and didnt look in his ears, eyes, or palpated his hips or anything that the vets in the past have down. When I asked her why she said she did so but if she did it was barely noticeable and I was next to him the whole time. I dont even know how much he weighs or if he has cataracts or anything - it was just such a switch that I would book with someone else for your next appointment.
Just moved to the area with my husband and we chose Town & Country as our new vet because of all the positive reviews. We scheduled a regular check up and then a dental cleaning and have been extremely happy with both. Our dog’s teeth look fantastic!
We have been part of the Town & Country Veterinary Hospitals team since 2003. They provided outstanding care to our first set of schnauzers and managed their care until their passing in 2013 and 2014. The doctors and staff have continued the same care for our second set of schnauzers. I highly recommend this team for all pet lovers. Their doctors and staff have become part of our extended family. Our relationship has now gone on for 18 years since moving to this area.
The vets and staff always give my two dogs excellent care! I have complete confidence in their diagnosis of any health issues with my pets. They are always available to see my babies when we need help. Thank you for taking care of them!!
I love all the Drs at Town and Country! They all love our pets and explain everything very clearly. You cant pick a better vet clinic!
Town and Country has been our vet care since 2002. Excellent care and concern for our pets. Compassionate and friendly staff, technicians, and doctors. Thanks to all of you!
Thankyou so much for the care you have given our pets for the past fifteen years.I especially appreciate you caring for our dog Sally this morning. We are very fortunate to have Town and Country Veterinary and especially Dr. Groulx in our community.
We have been taking our pets to T&C for years. The staff are friendly, caring, and honestly have become like family. They care about our pets as much as we do. From the front desk staff, to the techs to the doctors themselves, it is always a personal experience. They are honest and caring and give great care. We definitely recommend T&C to all of our friends.
I’ve used this veterinary hospital for almost 30 years and have always been pleased with their care.
We just moved to the Apex area with a senior dog who is having a lot of growing old issues. I was very nervous about finding a vet who would be good for him at this point. Dr. Groulx was fabulous. She was very sensitive to his current situation (hearing and sight have both gotten bad), and very knowledgeable about options to address his digestive issues without breaking the bank. But the thing I appreciated most is that she acknowledged that some of his issues may just be telling us that his time on earth is growing short, and she approached it in just the perfect balance of empathy and kindness. I know this intellectually, and I am preparing myself for it... but I just really appreciated the way she handled the subject. Im grateful to have found Dr. Groulx and Town and Country to manage Sams care in his senior days.
I have been there for two animals and have always been satisfied with the care they get. When we lost our first dog it took us a couple years to get another and we got very warm welcomes from the staff again and even noted they were happy to see us and remembered our prior dog by name. The attention to detail to prep for our first visit back was impressive.
I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Merriman at Town and Country, who has taken care of my pets for over 14 years. Dr. Merriman truly cares about my little girl Alee, give the best advice on home care and always calls within a few days to check on his patient and answers and questions I may have. In all these years that staff has been kind and caring and considerate. There is no other place I would take my pets. I give them a 10 Star Rating if it were possible. I have recommended them to quite a few of my neighbors, they are so happy that I did!
So impressed how Covid has been handled. The staff are in and out of parking spots getting the animals and always kind, patient, thorough and have a smile. Thank you for loving my fur baby and keeping him healthy!
We have been going to Town and Country for twenty years now, with multiple cats and dogs. I have had only positive experiences every single time. I recommend them every time I get the chance. Dr. Ashford and Dr. Groulx (then a vet tech) saved our two very sick kittens back in 2001 and I wouldn’t consider taking our animals anywhere else. The vets are very smart, up on the latest info and extremely compassionate. They are in it for the animals, but they are a great support to the owners as well. The staff are also fabulous. The turnover rate is very small and I know the people who answer the phone by voice, and vice versa. The techs are also great. As you can tell, I am a huge fan.
I love this hospital. Everyone is so friendly. I moved 30 mins away and pass probably 10 vets but it’s worth it. . Dr. Merriman is great. Really all the drs are. Recommend them to everyone.
This practice is one of the best in the area! Our fur babies see Dr. Groulx and she is simply amazing! If there ever was urgent care needed, we have seen other doctors and they are awesome as well. I have recommended this practice to my family and friends, and they have tried her and other doctors and like the practice as well. My pets get the best preventive and acute care in every aspect. If you are looking for a practice that is patient focused, has excellent communication skills, and really care for you pets, look no further! Thank you for all you do to take care of our fur babies!
My wife and I recently left a large, local practice in Apex and switched to Town & Country Veterinary Hospital. We were recommended to T&C by Dr. Tudor, a fantastic, local veterinary orthopaedic surgeon. Our experience at T&C has been excellent. Our vet, Dr. James is very caring and her love of animals certainly shows. They are accommodating, respectful, listen to your concerns and their rates are very good. Highly recommend them.
Dr. Groulx and staff at Town and Country are the best! They are comprehensive and dont push for unnecessary procedures. Our current dog had medical issues that Dr. Groulx identified and referred us to needed specialists at NCSU Vet school. We are fortunate to have these services nearby.
My family has trusted Dr. Ashford and his staff for over 35 years, with all of our pets. They truly care about your pet, and offer the best advice and service through the good times and the hard decision times. If you have a question at all, you won’t have to wait for days for them to return a call. I had questions about my dog’s epilepsy meds, and was sent directly to Dr. Ashford. He took the time right in the middle of calls from the NC State Vet school, to make sure he answered and elaborated on all of my concerns.I highly recommend Town and Country in Apex over any other vet in the area for both medical care and boarding!I read a negative about wait time, during a pandemic...they try to stay on schedule, but like I said, they take time with each person and answer all of your questions . If you are having to wait a bit past your appointment, you will get the same courtesy as well. If you need to be in and out, without personalized care, I recommend Pet Smart.
They have been great to all of our fur babies especially my Isabel who has needed a lot of specialty blood work and referrals so she can get her MVD surgery. The reception staff is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and I never feel rushed by them. The vets and medical staff are also super nice and friendly and excellent clinicians. We live right around the corner from the clinic so there is an extra incentive for us but a quality place!
I took my Molly in at 8 weeks old unable to eat or drink and with a grade 4 heart murmur. Dr. Grioux advised us how to nurse her back to health and she is now perfectly healthy and 5 years old. The staff is patient and helpful and I am so thankful I found them and they were able to save my puppy’s life. I highly recommend town and country to anyone that loves their pet!
We have been with Town and Country for 21 yrs. They are always friendly and caring of both the pets and their “humans”!
Ive been been taking my pug to Town & Country for 6 years. The doctors and staff are terrific! Reasonable prices...having a pet is not inexpensive...but they dont push unnecessary services. They also have a very good system worked out for seeing pets during these Covid times...
Our Beagle is a great dog. Having dogs for the last 38 years, I have come to respect the straight-forward approach of Town & Country.Dr. Matthew Merriman is a friend and a provider of care for my dog. I cannot say enough great things about the support, care and compassion that this clinic has.We moved from Apex, NC--after being there for over 20 years--and even through it is an hour drive; we go back to make sure our 11-year old Beagle has the best care.
I have been taking my dog to Dr. Merriman at Town and Country since he was about 5 or 6 months and he’s currently 18 months. Everyone in the office is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Merriman is very nice and he always takes time to answer my questions and address any concerns, leaving me feeling confident and assured. To add, setting up appointments same-week is typically very easy and I appreciate their fixed prices for exams and vaccines. My dog was also neutered there and it was a very smooth process. Lab work comes back quickly. Also, no member of the public is being let inside with CoViD. You call when you get there and let them know what parking space you’re in and they come out to discuss the appointment and/or procedures then take your pet inside. Since my dog had an exam this past visit, Dr. Merriman called me from inside to answer my questions and talked me through the results. The heartworm test came back quickly while on the phone and the fecal results were texted to me the next morning. My dog has continued to be very healthy since he started coming here and I highly recommend them.
I am so thankful to have Town and Country Veterinary Hospital as part of my pet care team. Dr Groulx and the staff are caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. When I have had tough decisions to make, Dr Groulx has always taken as much time as needed to explain all the options available. She knows me and my pets. I never feel like “just another client.” I highly recommend Dr. Groulx and Town and Country to anyone looking for a family veterinarian.
I moved to Chapel Hill 10 years ago and still drive the 30 miles to take both of my dogs to Town and Country Veterinary Hospital because I like them that much!
T&C has been caring for our dogs for over 12 years. We couldnt feel more confident in their quality of care and love for animals. Their office is run smoothly and their entire team is incredibly friendly. 10/10 recommend.
We called in a panic when our two dogs got a bit aggressive with each other- and one was left bleeding. We called and they told us to come in immediately, but that there were no appointments available and they’d have to work us in. They were wonderful with us, taking Skylar back and checking her over. She had her surgery to repair her ear over what should have been their lunch break and she was back home with us in just a few hours. These folks are awesome!!
I have been taking my dogs to Town and Country veterinarian for almost 20 years. They have been so good to my dogs even though my little guy can be challenging 😬 he had his annual check up and Pat took care of my baby My little guy had an accident all over rhimself and Pat gave him a bath before bringing him back to me. ❤️ Dr. Merriman and Pat have exceptionally been wonderful to my dog and I. 🥰
Our dogs have been clients of Town and Country Vets. for 20 years. Our most recent visit was for suspected return of cancer. Dr. Merriman and the veterinary technician, Amy were so kind and caring. Of course they are excellent medical professionals too, who are thorough and explain everything. We appreciate them very much.
About a year ago my cat was diagnosed with diabetes. Her previous vet who gave the diagnosis seemed to not be interested in doing glucose curves, despite my asking for them based on my previous 10 years experience with another diabetic cat. He wasnt to concerned about changing up the type of insulin she was receiving, and had her at ENTIRELY too high of a dose. After her last seizure and another expensive run the emergency vet, I brought her here. They immediately reduced her insulin levels, monitored her blood glucose properly AND switched her insulin to a much longer acting one. Not only is she doing well, but it seems ( pending a blood glucose check next week) that she has actually gone into remission! I very strongly feel had she stayed with her previous vet, she would no longer be here.
We just moved to Apex from Raleigh and had to find a new vet for our Greyhound. Town and Country was recommended to us by some friends who have hounds of their own. Dr. McNamer and the staff were fantastic for our first well visit, despite the situation with COVID. Thorough and gentle with our nervous pup. Thank you so much T&C!
We have been coming to Town & Country for many years for our two dogs! We have seen several different doctors and have been very pleased with their care although Dr. Ashford is our favorite. We have also used them for grooming and boarding. Their office staff is also very friendly and helpful. The techs are very knowledgeable and kind as well. Take your pups to T&C!
Town and Country could not have taken better care of our kitten and us. They are professional, kind and so helpful. They accommodated our needs quickly and efficiently. We are very, very happy with choice.
Vaccinated my kitten without consent, when he was vaccinated 10 days earlier. Never said sorry, staff was rude about it. Didnt offer to refund my 60 dollars.Theyre just covering their themselves as I work in private practice medical and am aware of the verbiage, they also kept him in his tiny carrier when i brought him back for observation.I would not bring your pet here, as it seems money is the number one concern for them. I hope this Dr learned a lesson and will not just vaccinate peoples beloved pets, without making sure they need them, and especially without consent.
Everyone welcomes our dog, Hannah, with enthusiasm. The vet techs are very professional and thorough. Dr. Merriman takes the time to investigate, diagnose and treat any medical issues. His knowledge, advice, and compassion are outstanding. Hannah is always excited to visit her “friends” at Town and Country!
We have been bringing our mini schnauzer here since he was a puppy. Where we had gotten him from recommended a relatively nice vet and included some items from them in his price, however we didn’t love the visit when we went there and sought another selection. Here we are with T&C and we haven’t left 5.5 years later! Hours are very convenient, grooming/boarding next door was a huge plus (no searching for another place to trust), visits were pretty quick and straight forward, I was never solicited unnecessary things, and they’re always pleasant. I do wish they went over prescribed medication prices before checkout so you could have a discussion with them about that whole thing before you’ve paid and see the receipt breakdown. All in all we will be here as long as we have a pet!
From the first phone call, to taking my cat home, everything went so smoothly!I called with a concern and got a same day appointment - and late at night at that! With covid happening, they asked questions from my car and then took my cat into the building. The process was extremely quick and Dr. Mcnamer called me directly while my cat was inside to explain thoroughly what was happening and options we had.The price was so perfect because I was extremely worried about that.10/10 so glad I found this office, and will continue to use their care! You guys rock :)
WE LOVE Town & Country Vet - they have been our Vet for many years. Always so nice and Murphy loves them too. Very accommodating when calling to make an appointment.
3 appointments here and I was never once seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time. The third time was the last straw. It was not fun waiting 30 minutes in a car with a rambunctious 10 week old puppy. Complete disrespect of their clients time.
We have been bringing our cat Custer to Town and Country for over 17 years. Throughout those years, all of the doctors and the staff have been outstanding. They dont try to talk you into spending money on unnecessary tests and procedures. They just give good practical care and advice. It has also been very evident that the staff and doctors love their animal patients. They treated our family pet with great compassion which was much appreciated.
We took our 9 year old Shih Tzsu for her senior checkup, Heartworm meds, and rabies shot. It was our first time with Dr. Amanda and Town and Country staff. They had an excellent procedure for pet visits, in this time of Covd19. I was impressed! I wondered how it would work, but kudos to you all!Thank you, Dr. Amanda for a comprehensive, kind exam and your conscientious report on Mini. The business staff and vet techs, were also kind and attentive. I’ll be back! Mary Ann Mahoney, Apex, N.C.
We have been coming to Town and Country for 13 years now. We have a fantastic vet, whose name is DR. Merriman. He has taken care of our dogs, cried when they left us and I always recommend them when ever asked about a vet. the staff are great, surroundings, comfortable, and a place that you trust. Wouldnt go anywhere else...
Two other vets gave my 12 year old cat a lethal prognosis, they assumed mouth cancer and that she would die in weeks. They recommended I put her down. I came to Dr. Amanda Groulx and she had the accurate prognosis. Its been a year and my baby is thriving.
We took Toto, our dog, to Town and Country Veterinary Hospital. They are just amazing. They are courteous, kind, gentle, knowledgable, so professional. Their prices are just so fair. We had such a great experience. Town and Country Veterinary Hospital will be our forever hospital for our Toto.
Called on the day before a holiday weekend with a problem. I took in a rehome and hadn’t found a vet yet. When I called town and country, they were so kind and so accommodating and so good to my sick puppy. I was more than pleased with every aspect of the office, from the person who answers the phone to the vet techs to the doctor. And then, Dr. Groulx personally texted me to check on my little guy the next day.
Town and Country has been our veterinary hospital for over 23 years. The doctors, staff, and the facility are exceptional . Our petshave been treated with the highest level of care, love, and compassion. Dr, Ashford has always gone above and beyond. He is a man of great knowledge, skill, and integrity. The BEST!
They have been my vet for years and love all staff and doctors! Theyve helped me when my beloved pets go over the rainbow bridge with so much compassion and heartfelt sympathy..its awesome! Ive been to other vets and return here each time.
Fred has been seeing Dr. Groulx for 7 years. We love her and everyone at Town & Country ❤
I brought my cat here a few months back over two different issues, and all they kept doing is giving him antibiotic shots that did not work. I kept having to take him to a different vet after his visits from this facility. I highly encourage other locations.
I wish I could give them 10 stars! I needed to see a vet for a follow up after my senior dog spent the weekend in the ER. My regular vet couldnt see us so I called Town & Country and they fit us in that afternoon. They were very thorough and compassionate I felt like we had been going there for years.
Crystal has always done well here all the staff is wonderful. They are helpful thoughtful & care very much for your furry family members. They also don’t try to push you into stuff your pets don’t need, they give you options & guidance to decide what’s best for your pet.
Our dog has been a patient for many years! Our dogs face started swelling yesterday morning and hives on body. We took her in without an appointment due to urgent condition! They took Trixy back right away to assess the situation and gave her medication. Thank you Dr Groulx.
Great staff, great care for our pets. Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And you can feel that they love our furry family members almost as much as we do.
I cant say enough about Vet Chris and the rest of the team at Town and Country. While on a shopping trip Friday my Jack Russell terrier got into a chocolate bar I had just bought at Harris Teeter. She ate 2.5 squares of 85% cacao chocolate which sent me into a panic. I went straight from the store to the vet and Dr. Chris took Zoey in and they worked on her to get the chocolate out of her system and kept her for observation for a couple hours. What a relief....the dog is fine. I cannot express how thankful I was that they were there and knew what to do....both immediately and if there were any subsequent problems. Thank you so much!!
We have been bringing our animals here for almost 20 years and I would never go anywhere else. Wonderful Drs and staff. Very friendly, take wonderful care of my fur babies. I love Town and Country!
The most friendly, dog loving staff I know. From their email reminders for annual visits or medicine and the amazing staff, I am more than pleased with the service I’ve received the past 3-4 years from going here. I highly recommend them!
Ive been taking my dogs to T&C for more than 20 year (four dogs of different breed).. The entire staff is friendly, concerned, and KNOWLEDGEABLE! They always speak to me and my animals by name, both when we arrive and leave. The care is top notch while at the office—and the vet always calls to follow progress a a day later.I also take my dogs to the attached kennel for boarding and grooming. Again, with absolute friendliness, concern, and knowledge.Ive suggested that many friends consider T&C, all of whom have been as happy as I.
Have been taking our Labs to Town and Country for years and they have given them excellent care. De. Grouxl is very knowledgeable and caring. Staff is always friendly and will always squeeze you in if pet needs seen sooner than later.
Our dog, Max was suffering and needed to be put down and everyone at Town and Country Veterinary Hospital was there for us, helping us and our three children through this very difficult time. With the help of the vet, letting her go was peaceful and on our terms, not rushed. He explained everything to our children and assured them that Max was in good hands and that we were doing what was best for him. The children were prepared because of the vets help, which made the whole situation manageable. Thank you!
You wont find a better Veterinary Hospital anywhere. The doctors, vet techs, and front desk staff are all highly skilled, caring and compassionate. You can tell just how exceptional they are when you need emergency care or management of a chronic illness for your pet. It is because of their knowledge and skill at times like those that I am so grateful to them for the care my pets have received.
I take my dogs to the Vet side and the grooming side. Dr Groulx is Wonderful. She always remembers my dogs and has such an awesome approach to her care of my babies. She always makes sure we understand everything and I have never been shocked by cost checking out. I also think the staff on the grooming side is pretty amazing. Both of my German shepherds have gone to be groomed. One of my dogs is very shy and skittish and they took wonderful care in handling him. They come out looking wonderful and again the cost is very comparable if not a bit lower than other groomers. I highly recommend Town and Country to anyone that loves their pets and wants them to get the best care around.
We have be going to Town & Country for 21 years. They have always been wonderful and compassionate with all our dogs. My dogs actually enjoy going to the vet!
I have been taking my dogs to T&C for 18 years and have always felt we received excellent care. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Groulx is my favorite!
I needed an emergency vet visit for my cat and was able to get a same-day appointment with Town & Country as a new patient. My cat was seen quickly by the vet, and although her situation was quite dire and rather frightening, the staff handled it really well, quickly determined the underlying health issue, and adequately explained to me the results and treatment. They offered to monitor her throughout the day in case her condition worsened. My fiance picked her up in the afternoon and he too met with the doctor. I also received a call the next morning to ask how my cat was doing. Overall, I could not be happier with their level of care and service for my pet.
My family has been going to this vet for 23 years and it is completely worth the 45 minute drive for my puppy. The vet techs and the doctors alike care about my dogs as if they were their own! They take the time to listen, examine, and explain no matter how busy they are and it is much appreciated. Special shoutout to tech Kristin and Dr. Mcnamer for the outstanding care!!! Thank you T&C!
I love Town & Country Veterinary hospital, the staff are very friendly and the veterinarians are amazing with my cat. They know my fur baby very well! Highly recommend this place for any fur baby!!
After nearly 15 years of great veterinary service for our sweet dog Toby, she passed away. The hand written note from the vets that had taken care of her showed just how much T&C vets love our animals. They are the greatest!
We love our vet and all of the staff at Town & Country Veterinary Hospital. They are all very concerned about the well-being of my pets, kind, and courteous. My almost 15 year old dog needed surgery and his recovery went flawlessly. He recovered in record time and I couldnt have been happier.
Best vets ever! I bring my Yorkie and my Cairn Terrier here. I have been to 3 other vets in the Raleigh area as well as Petsmart Banfield and I am so happy to have found Town and Country! The vets here at Town and Country are never pushy with unnecessary prescriptions or treatments. Everyone in the office is very kind and treat my dogs so well!
The Doctors and staff are always knowledgeable, compassionate and caring with my animals in all of my varied pet situations.
I have been bringing my personal dogs and foster dogs to Town and Country for several years now. Dr Groulx is truly awesome and I have referred several of my friends here. She has handled some very complex medical cases with my dogs and two fosters in particular. She explains things well to me so I can understand what is going on as well as what treatment options are available. I had an epileptic foster dog, as well as one my own personal dogs, that had severe epilepsy. She taught me a lot about managing them and if something happened, such as my dogs needing a higher dose of meds than she was comfortable with, she would contact the Neurologists at NC State Vet School to get the run down. She would then get back to me.The whole staff is very compassionate and knowledgeable with the animals and people alike and act in a very professional manner. I have high expectations of people since I am in the medical profession myself, and these folks rise to the occasion. I do not hesitate to take my dogs here, and my foster dogs as well. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend!
Very friendly staff. They took great care of our rescue dog. ❤
We have been using Town & Country for 16 years and would not go anywhere else. The doctors and care are top notch. Dr. Ashford goes above and beyond for his patients. I only wish I could find a person doctor that was as attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable as he is! Dr. Merriman and the rest of the doctors are fabulous as well. You will not find better care for your animals than Town & Country.
The BEST Vet ever!!! Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. They love your pets as you do. Would NEVER go anywhere else!!
Town and Country has very caring doctors and staff who have my pets best interests at heart. Our vet, Dr. Groulx, calls to check on the pets after procedures and visits. It is always obvious that she cares very much for her patients. Every staff member that I have had contact or interaction with at Town and Country has been very friendly, helpful, and caring. I always feel that my pets are in goods hands with them.
We have been clients of Dr. Ashfords for over 30 years. He, as well as the other doctors and their staff, are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever had the privilege of knowing and working with. Dr. Ashford and an NCSU Vet Hospital Cardiologist worked together for 3 years to ensure our poodle, Magnum, got the correct heart meds and the correct dosage. They gave us the gift of 3 more years with our wonderful little boy. We are fortunate to have had Magnum in our lives for 17 years and in our hearts forever.
I have been taking my 2 cats here for 16 years. Out of that entire time, there hasn’t been a vet that I did not trust to take care of my “babies”. I prefer to see Dr Merriman when I take in my cat Maxine, as she is well-known for being quite a handful...but he is very patient and loving to her despite her push-back. They were very supportive when one of my cats passed. I wouldn’t take my cats anywhere else.
We love our veterinarian at Town & Country Vet Hospital. They are very friendly and compassionate and I feel my dogs are always well taken care of and loved when I bring them there. That is very important to me and I really appreciate the quality of care they provide for my pets.
Love Dr. Ashford! He and his staff are kind and caring and always take great care of our two dogs and cat. We drive from Raleigh to see him and its worth every mile. We also have a stray cat that hangs around our house and he worked with us when the cat was injured and made sure his wounds were healed and he was healthy. Our fur kids are patients for life!
We love our veterinarian at Town & Country Vet Hospital. They are very friendly and compassionate and I feel my dog is always well taken care of and loved when I bring him there. That is very important to me and I really appreciate the quality of care they provide for him.
I have gotten nothing but excellent and immediate care for my dog at Town & Country. They always follow up with me, especially if they have prescribed a treatment to give at home to check up. I feel more then confident that my little pup is in good hands with them and you cant ask for more then that.
I have always appreciated and been very pleased with the care and attention that the vets and staff at Town & Country Vet Hospital have had for us and our pets. Our dog was having old age issues and Dr. Burkholder was very gentle in helping us make the dreaded decision every pet owner faces. We will always appreciate the love and care that everyone showed our beloved girl.
Very friendly staff, always awesome towards my dog Cali each time I bring her in.
Town & Country Vet is full of friendly staff and vets who are care and treat the owner and patient very well. They are very efficient there which I like, and always make sure to give me enough details when explaining a treatment or direction for medications. I think their prices are very fair as well, especially for the quality of service.
Have been with Town and Country for many years.Recently my older dog had to go in for an unexpected surgery. They always go above and beyond to accommodate and fit us in.Love the entire team at T&C
Very caring Vets and staff! they go above and beyond to provide details of treatment and cause of issues! Love them
As a former veterinary technician at large speciality practices, I am very picky about my pets medical care and Town and Country is by far the best veterinary hospital in the Triangle! My family started using Town and Country in 1996 when we first moved to the Triangle. Friendly, knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors. I completely trust them with my dog’s medical care! I HIGHLY recommend Town and Country if you’re looking for quality veterinary care for your four-legged family members! (I promise I don’t work there or have any person ties!!)
Dr. Ashford and his staff at Town & Country Veterinary Hospital have cared for my many pets for over 25 years. I have moved several times over those years, but I always drive back to Town & Country because they are the “gold standard” of veterinary care. They are compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and experienced. They are kind to both the patients and the clients. They work to provide the best quality of life for the animals in their care. They stay abreast of the newest developments in pet health, they stress preventive care, and they invest in the latest diagnostic equipment. They competently handle both routine and out-of-the-ordinary health issues. I call Dr. Ashford the “Dr. House” of veterinarians for his diagnostic skills. And, they have a network of experts to consult or refer you to if necessary. They provide excellent follow-up care. And they make every effort to provide the best care in the most cost-effective manner. I recommend Town & Country without reservation.
