We were fortunate enough to know ahead of time my mom was nearing the end of her life, so I called to make an appointment to make arrangements. From the very first phone call and my appointment with Hailey where we discussed all the choices available, I felt cared for and well-informed. Nothing was held back from me, all choices were laid out on the table and everything was explained thoroughly and with care. Just a week or so later when we needed to arrange for an out-of-town burial, Joel and Bethany stepped up in so many different ways to make sure all of the details were handled. A taskmaster myself, there was very little left for me to do, which in this situation is both comforting and relieving. They met every need we had, Bethany even stayed for us one night right at closing time the night before our out-of-town service. Always with a smile, always with extreme care, always conscientiously giving every option to us so that nothing was left to regret later on. To drive up three hours down the road and see Joel and Walter standing under the tent was very comforting. Apex Funeral Home became part of our journey. I can’t imagine anyone else could’ve done it better. Down to the tiniest detail, there was nothing after the fact that needed to be handled. We have even received mail sent for my mom to them since the service. The quality of their products, i.e. the vault, casket, memorial cards as well as the way Mom looked was impeccable. Mom was an elegant woman and she herself would have approved. We were the complicated people that wanted to leave jewelry on my mom to be buried in, and Apex Funeral Home was very careful to be sure we covered those details several times. And again, always in calming tones and in ways that put us at ease. We highly, highly recommend Apex Funeral Home.

We were so thankful for Apex funeral home to put together a lovely ceremony for our family member. They were all very sweet people. They did everything from setting up everything, keeping order, planning, and etc....to taking care of all the final paperwork and cleaning up afterward. They even brought all of the flower arrangements in vases and plants back to our house and helped bring them inside! From the time of initiating the first contact with Apex Funeral Home everyone was very patient, offering suggestions for the care of my loved one. The entire staff was very responsive, caring and kind.

I was pleased with the care, never the less I was a little taken back when I didn’t see any people of color on the staff during the time of our funeral. I would have like to have seen some diversity during it. I’m not saying you don’t have people of color on your staff, I’m just saying I would have liked for them to be in attendance during our time of need . You did a great job, we were very satisfied.

I had no idea what to do or expect as I havent had many experiences with funerals. Dignity memorials helped me to come up with a plan that was within our budget and would honor my grandfather. They were extremely cooperative with meeting me or my family at hours that fit our schedules and driving out to specific locations at odd hours of the day to satisfy our needs. Carol helped me put together that package for our funeral and Joel put it into fruition and they were both extremely nice to work with. Id highly recommend using their service. Was working closing shift at the Hospice center one evening and was respectfully greeted by a young woman name Tye and a gentleman by the name of Robert. They were very courteous, professional and attentive to what was going on. Never seen the young lady before, but had seen Robert a few times and he had always been respectful. When they came the family was still having a moment with their loved one, Tye made sure to let them know to take as much time as needed. I admire her patience and compassion. Often times when people think their not being watched, they are. I just wanna say job well done Apex Funeral Home staff you guys are true to your families and it shows.
