I dont know what the negative reviewers are talking about. Ive used Anytime Cleaners in Apex for a few years now. They have been prompt, professional, and delivered high quality cleaning at a very reasonable price.

April 2020: Please note that all the negative reviews posted are over a year old. I have used the place for several years. Never had a problem of any sort.

Have used these guys at least 20x...truthfully, no problems. Suits, dresses, ties, shirts....no issues thus far. Pricing is good and the owner has made it a point to knowing my name. Their after hours drop box is also quite convenient.

Please do not use these guys. They are worthless. They just ruined my wifes $650 dress by tearing holes in the silk fabric. I told them that they needed to either repair the dress or compensate us for the damage. They said that they were not going to do that and thats it. Im about to go to the court house to sue the owners and the company. Its incredible how these people operate. Again stay away from them....

Fraudulent Shylock Gypsy business model. They dont clean you stuff, they just press it and say they did. I have been there twice once to get my pants cleaned which they didnt the other time to really see if they are fraudulent. I put a spot on my pant with some normal old dirt took it in, paid my money and returned the next day to find my pants pressed and the dirt spot pressed it. Oh and if you so any time you show opposition they will through the race card in your face. As for the other 5 star ratings pretty sure both of them work there.So if you want your clothes more dirty, enjoy nasty rude people and want to waste your money please go there.

**Update: All 7 shirts were lost. Manager took 3 weeks to go to the cleaning facility to check for our order. Of course, no call to either one of us letting us know this information. My husband finally went in and is now having to make claims for the 7 shirts. In total, these shirts (3 dress shirts and 4 casual shirts from JCrew, Banana Republic, and Nordstrom) were worth over $700 at cost. We will see how much money we get back from them. We have gone to each website and provided the owner with a web link to each lost article.**I have had issues with this cleaner before, but I kept going back because they are the closest to my house. After this latest problem, I will never be returning. I dropped off 7 of my husbands dress shirts and 5 dress pants last Wednesday, June 21. The woman marked on my ticket that all items would be ready on Friday, June 23. Well, since my items are never ready on time, I waited until Monday to return to the dry cleaner. Only the dress pants were ready. I have gone back 2 times since then, and the 7 dress shirts are nowhere to be found. They are a week overdue today. The owner doesnt care at all and keeps saying he will call me when he finds something out. These are my husbands expensive dress shirts for work. This is it for me. Anytime Dry Cleaners provides crappy service, and the woman working Tuesdays and some other days through the week is horrible. Dont waste your money here!!!

Terrible customer service! The lady was sitting in front of the counter and did not greet me when I entered. I introduced myself and told her I was here for a pickup. I handed her my ticket with a smile and she looked at it and said you have to come back after 4pm. It was 3pm when I walked in. Shocked, I turned around and sat in my car for an hour because I leave over 15 minutes away. Awful business! She could have said Im sorry, it is not ready yet. We will have it done soon. By the way, they actually dont do the dry cleaning on site, they send it off and have a truck deliver it! Oh well, they will not be seeing me ever again!

The staff has always been friendly to me, and C.J. (?) made it a point to learn my name, addressing my with it whenever I am at the store. Good value, have not had any issues with customer service.

This place is AWFUL! Will never go here again! Charge for things they dont do and the woman at the front never stopped talking to her friend about movies to even acknowledge me. This place should be shut down..I would never recommend them!

I brought in my sofa cushion covers. The clerk told me I should wash them in cold water and put them back on wet. I was expecting company for Memorial Day weekend, and we had lots of storms and humidity so I ask to have them dry cleaned. I pointed out the stains to be addressed. When I got them back there were more stains than were originally present. I told the clerk I had to have the covers for the weekend and I would bring them back Tuesday after Mem. day. She made me pay for them and then said the owner would wash them when I brought them back tues. I can wash them for myself. I really think their policy unprofessional. Who does business this way? I wanted my covers cleaned, they werent. I want my money $45 back. I would never recommend them.

They dont dry clean your clothes. They iron them and hand them back to you on a hanger. When I saw the coffee stain still there on my white jacket, I pointed it out and the lady at the counter said I should have pointed out the stain when I put it in.

Absolutely awful. Ruined a skirt that had no stains on when brought in. They returned it to me with a huge stain across the entire front. Will never go back.

Excellent quality and service! we have been using there services for years so i think some of the bad reviews are there competition :(. Great place trust me.

Horrible service. Anytime should not be in the name. Should be no time. Never has clothes ready.
