Based on previous reviews, we had Hratch come out to clean the carpets in our bedrooms. He did an excellent job, especially getting one stubborn stain out. On top of the cleaning, we had a very interesting conversation about some common life experiences. As much as he is personable, he is also very professional, in how he handled his equipment during setup and takedown, as well as the actual cleaning. We will certainly call Apex Peak Carpet Cleaners the next time our carpets need cleaning.

Absolutely one of the best contractors weve ever used. Hratch was so courteous and professional throughout. Our upstairs carpet is 10+ years old, and he gave it a much needed refreshing. Hratch was amazing! Very professional and very detailed oriented. I own a school and he was very knowledgeable on how to clean the rugs we needed, keeping in mind we have children sitting and playing on the rugs all day. I would definitely recommend and use Apex Peak continuously.

We had a great experience! I called on a Saturday and received a same day estimate and all of the work was done on Tuesday. They were prompt and professional. We had all of our carpets cleaned as well as our tile and grout. The bathroom tile had discolored due to years of hairspray/make up and it now looks brand new. Highly recommend!

He explained everything he was going to do, answered our questions, offered to help move pieces of the sectional outside on our deck to dry and moved swiftly and efficiently from the sofa to our carpeting. Apex Peak Carpet Cleaners was probably the best carpet company Ive ever worked with. Most other companies come in/doing the job as quoted/get out. That was not the case with Apex Peak. Hratch was prompt and courteous. We got to talking a little bit since he showed up a little early (a plus in my book) and we let him know about our pet stain/odor issues with our carpet and he had a solution for us right away. Hratch was super thorough and went through the trouble areas 2 to 3 times to make sure he got all the stains out. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with our now stain and odor-free carpet. The only regret I have is not calling them sooner!
