Excellent place to take great care of my car. The wash is fast and thorough, the vacuums are plenty, and they even have window cleaner and microfiber cloths for me to use to get every inch of my beautiful car sparkling clean. I might find myself taking the long way home just to stop by the spa!

Love it at the Highway 64 location! Always respectful staff. The vacuum and wipe down bays are always clean and well stocked with towels and cleaning spray! Vacuum work great! Always happy to bring my car here!

These guys are great! They offer several difference washes that are all great and have a light show that goes on during the wash. Its great for kids or adults that are missing the clubs. There are also free towels and a cleaning solution offered afterwards as well as free vacuums.When I went I accidentally locked my keys in my car and the guys were great. They had a lock out set that they were able to get me back in my car so I didnt have to call (and pay for) a locksmith to come out.I highly recommend and definitely will be back.

UPDATE: After reading the nice reply from the company, I decided to give this place another try. Met with disappointment yet again. The actually car wash isnt bad, its the initial service. They NEVER get my windshield clean. (See photos below). So frustrating!Ehh. Nothing special about it. Everytime I go through I find a LOT of stuff that wasnt washed off. (See photos below.) I have a membership here, thinking it was worth it, but after numerous times I have found it isnt worth it. Not a good cleaning.

I like the monthly membership. Fast and cool that the window spay, towels, and vacuum are included. Sometimes the carwash itself has a funky odor though. And one of the vacuums doesnt work - it literally has a hole in the hose. So, Id give it five stars but there are some areas that need improvement ;)

What Sara said. I am giving one star because the vacuums are great (DIY) But it is totally pointless to get the wash. I paid for the highest one and my car was totally dirty in the front. Guess the guy using the brush wasnt into it. If you have to pay that much for a job not done correctly you might as well do it yourself.

Just had my first wash at this new Tidal Wave location. The crew was friendly and helpful and the wash itself was the best Ive ever had at an automated car wash. At the end, theres actually a dryer cloth that rolls over the car so that its actually dry! Also, the tire wash and gloss was the best ever--even better than doing it yourself.

Very nice, easy and smooth process. I loved being able to utilize the free vacuums as well as clean the interior of my car. The tire shine cleaned up my tires pretty well as I was thinking that it wouldnt being a machine. Definitely considering becoming a member

This is my FAVORITE car wash in the Cary/Apex/HS area. You can get a single was for ~$15 or you can get an unlimited monthly wash plan for $30/month which is a steal especially compared to the gas station car was across the street is $12.The staff is super friendly and I recommend going in the evenings as well because the lights and effects are much better when it gets darker.

Im very happy with this place. I drove in wanting my car washed but did not realize how the place ran. Never been to a car wash that the car moves automatically through the car wash. What really sold me is after driving out of the car wash I was able to do free vacuuming, along with having access to towels and spray bottles to wipe down areas that wasnt washed away.

Just tried Tidal Wave for the 1st time today and will be back often. The car wash and tire shine (I was skeptical) were very good. And pulling up to the vacuum station and having towels and cleaner available for self serve use was awesome.

I really like the layout. The wash looks great. I didnt have time to use the vacuum today, but its good to see the # of open bays.

The car wash was great and affordable. More importantly, we got locked out of the car, and they were able to get us back in! They saved us $200 to the locksmith, and hot dogs 🐶.

Love this place! I have a monthly membership and drive from Raleigh to come here. The vacuums work well unlike most other places. They provide fresh/it’s the it’s taken me 3 years to find a good car wash place in the area clean towels for the windows and drying your car.I like doing my Costco run too, since it’s so close.

We have used this facility multiple times and it has been consistently good. The wash doesnt leave you with streaks and soap suds unlike most other carwashes. The drying has also been consistently good. The vacuums are powerful. Its even nicer that they have windex and clean towels for the glass.

Car wash itself was fine. Missed a few spots, but nothing to truly complain about. However, what left me less than satisfied was the attendant at the pay station not wearing a mask. I understand the attendants who are directing and washing the cars not wearing masks (since the customer should have their windows rolled up by then), but the attendant interacting with customers should absolutely be wearing a mask.

Love this place! Just started coming! You can get free washes every day of the week, one wash per day of you sign for a monthly plan. You can also add another family vehicle for just $5.00. Very good customer service. Its easy to change your plan if you want to downgrade or upgrade. Currently I have the $25 per month wash. Love how squeaky clean my tires turn out and it has a undercarriage wash on that plan! Love these ppl! Highly recommend!

As far as automated spray off place ago this is one of the better ones. They keep better then Sams Xpress and a few local establishments. I was impressed with their service I pay monthly for the discount and I limited washes per month.

Convenient and great prices ($10 for the minimum wash, which includes use of the vacuum, towels, and window cleaner). Also there are lots of bays so you never have to wait. I love this place!

Best automated wash Ive used, especially the wheel cleaning. Strong vacuums. Kids love the rainbow lit soap suds. They have cleaner and rags for self service drying and cleaning our door jambs.I typically perform 3 hour+ detailing on my other car. Its obviously not the same, but thats what Im comparing it to.

Good drive thru wash for surface dirt. Not so good if your car REALLY needs a wash. Nice staff and very little contact w/. Be prepared to vacuum, clean windows in/out & dry off your vehicle. Good unlimited wash per month program...

Great place for a quick wash. Great people working there. And their package deal is a bargain, using that for about two months now, very happy with the service Ive gotten every time.

Convenient location and a decent wash with good equipment.Not happy that place did not honor promotional discount for signing up for a monthly wash program. Had to pay full $20 when they have a 9.99 deal going on.

Car wash tunnel with optional pre-wash performed by an employee. Access to self-serve vacuum after the automated exterior wash in the tunnel. IMO, a little pricey since there is no full service detail option.

Love this car wash. My Honda Odyssey always has dirty back windows (just the way its built) so I like a regular car wash. Tidal has a great was and I can spend as little or as much time as I want depending on how dirty or how much of a hurry Im in.

Place is drive through wash with self vacuuming stations. Towels and windex are provided. Unfortunately the $15 wash itself did a poor job at cleaning my sedan. It left stripes of grime that looked like the brushes only cleaned 50% of the surface - particularly on my hood and trunk. The tire shine works really well though. Id also like to see a mat cleaner added to the facility.

I enjoyed my first experience at this car wash was really good. There club membership seems like a good deal. Just going twice a month is a good savings.

Before COVID-19, I loved going to wash my truck. I was understanding when they shutdown vacuums and the ability to clean the interior was temporarily blocked off, due to the practice of social distancing. When I called customer service to ask why I am still getting the full monthly charge when half of the service is gone, they respond with “sorry you are paying for the car wash, not the vacuums.” This to me is the most unprofessional answer I could have received, and anyone can say that they are paying for everything, not one thing. It isn’t the fact that there is a virus present or the shutting down of the vacuums, instead it is the answer provided to me when I inquired about the bill. Unless I receive a credit for half of my bill considering half of the service is gone, I will not be able to recommend this business to anyone.

DO NOT do auto draft with this company. I have canceled it online, and called to cancel, and theyre still withdrawing it three months later. I now cant get anyone on the phone. Again, do not do auto draft with this company

Great place. Went there to support the Apex Police Fundraiser. The carwash does an excellent job. Ive been through many automatic carwashes. This one is superior to the ones Ive experienced.

Best car wash in the Triangle! It has the latest technology and all of the equipment works. The staff uses boars hair bristle brushes, which any detailing fanatic will tell you is preferred! Their vacuums are amazing and free! The place is amazingly clean and the staff is extremely attentive. I bought a subscription, which will easily pay for itself each month!

I was passing through on a cross country trip and after 1,800 miles my truck needed a bath. A quick search of my mapping app brought me to Tidal Wave. I purchased the cheapest wash that they offered and I don’t think my truck has ever been this clean!

After 3 successful visits here, they refused to let me wash my van because of a roof rack that has been on the vehicle since I bought it. I went somewhere else.

First auto car wash Ive ever used where the wheels (rims) come out clean and free of brake dust and grime. Amazing! 1/4 mile from my office so 15 minutes a week keeps things detailed. I highly recommend the facility.

This is brand new in our neighborhood. I thought Id give it a try. Next thing I know both cars in my family are signed up in the monthly membership thing. We love it. Its always clean, supply is never short or broken. We love it here. Kids love it too!!

The blonde girl seems to be the only one who works there. The rest of the crew seems to stand in a circle while the line is long.

I typically don’t do reviews, but this place is too perfect not to. This is by far the best car wash I’ve been to. The tunnel is extensive unlike others. Does a great job of cleaning the car as well as drying. I’ve never been to a wash where 99% of the water is actually dried off the vehicle. Best of all is that they have microfiber towels for use so you can clean your windows and finish drying the car which is unbelievable. I’ve always had to bring my own towels to finish drying the car, but not at this place. I’ve never seen this at any other wash. Another huge plus is that there’s a covered area for you to work on your car. They even provide you with some cleaner to use on your windows/inside the car. All for $30 a month??? Unreal.

Great staff and great place overall. I have a Mercedes and a Lexus that I try to maintain meticulously. I was afraid of the brushes scratching my car but after 6 mo the the car is clean and no scratches. Very clean facility and very friendly staff I highly recommend.

So far the best car wash around. I stopped by for the grand opening and received a complementary wash. I was impressed so I returned today and signed up for the monthly unlimited program. Appears to have state of the art equipment for cleaning the outside of your vehicle. Great vacuums. Plenty of spray cleaner and clean cloths to finish cleaning your vehicle. Nice looking establishment - Everything is brand new - Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Tidal Wave is great! I switched from a competitor a few months back and couldnt be more pleased. The location, accessibility, service and, at the top of my list, numerous covered parking spots and TOWELS! No more remembering to bring towels to dry my vehicle.

I drove by Tidal Wave on my way home today and decided to stop in for a wash. The free sign drew me in, apparently they are offering a complimentary cleaning for a few days since it JUST opened. The business is conveniently located off of 64 as you head into Apex.I was greeted by an attendant that told me about the unlimited wash club, that retails for $29.99. Probably not something I would use, but I have friends in other states that enjoy this type of membership. Im more of the type that washes my car once every 4-5 weeks.The car wash was fun to go through, lots of bright colors, kids will enjoy it! I was really pleased with the way the exterior of my car looked too.I dont think my car interior had been cleaned since I got it last fall, so I was super excited to see that they had free vacuums! I also spotted bottles of cleaning solution and rags, so I left after I cleaned the inside of my vehicle as well.I will definitely be back here, I really like that I can go through the wash and tidy my car after.

Earlier today I took the kids I babysit to this car wash as a fun little field trip and it was amazing!! This was such a fun car wash for all us! We listened to music and danced around in the car with all the fun lights and had a great time! Not to forget that my car looks great! All the people there are so kind and fun, this is 100% my new car wash place :)) 10/10 would recommend

Started the unlimited wash plan. Vacuums that really suck! Car is cleaner here than at other washes. The added touch is clothes and cleaner for the inside. Keeps your car nice and clean!

Strongly suggest this car wash over some of the others in the area. After a long road trip, they made sure to pay attention and scrub the front of the car and mirrors prior to entering the tunnel to give an extra boost to the wash. And it really helped!!!There are plenty of spray bottles and towels to wipe down any excess water and the interior once the wash cycle is done, unlike some places that have a limited amount of both.Customer service is great, always stop by to make sure everything was up to high standards, which it always has been.I have the unlimited wash package and it is so convenient to stop by and drive right through the gate with them already knowing exactly what my car needs.Lastly, the location is great. Right behind the Wendy’s on Highway 64 which is a highly traveled road for most people in the area and surrounding.Definitely recommend Tidal Wave!!

Back off dude. While I was trying to pay the attendant kept getting closer and closer. I closed the window of my car. When I asked him to please step back he just leaned against a pole next to the check-out machine saying we have a six foot line. Which is total bull, because the front end of your car goes past the check stand . He was easily 3 feet from me, and it doesnt matter, if I say, I dont need help please back away from me, and you just hang near me anyway against my will its menacing and rude. I asked 3 times and he wouldnt step back. I couldnt back out because another car was behind me, or I would have left.

I’m from SC and had a new payment card. They took time to figure out the problem and take care of me. Car wash was great, super friendly staff, and the vacuums work like they are brand new. A++

These guys are great! I highly recommend this car wash. The manager, assistant manager and every employee that I have spoken with are extremely courteous and bend over backwards to help you. I cant imagine why someone gave them a one star... They must work for another car wash!

The site manager Chris went above and beyond for me today. I pulled up and asked if I could pay with cash. He noticed I only had large bills and told me he could not provide change for the bills I had. I told him that is all I had and would leave. He told me to hang on for a second and came back shortly and told me to go ahead. He ended up giving me the most expensive wash they had for free. He is pleasant and willing to earn your business. The car wash was very well done as well. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who prefers excellent customer service as well as receiving a quality product for the money you pay.
