WOW - Custom Tint did a fantastic job on my Porsche Panamera (again!). An object was thrown and scratched the PPF on the hood. The PPF on the hood was replaced and a ceramic coating was properly applied. You can definitely see the quality of work from Custom Tint. All of the window tint that was installed from another vendor 3 years ago was completely removed and brand new 3M legal tint was applied to all windows. It looks and feels fantastic inside and out! I continue to praise and highly recommend Custom Tint to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor and have them Tint all of your windows, PPF your entire vehicle and professionally install a ceramic coating!

Aaron and Kelly did a fantastic job with Tinting, PPF, and Gtechniq coating on my black 2020 Civic Type R. It looks amazing and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work with attention to every detail. They were very friendly and answered all my many questions up front and kept me updated during the entire process. Afterwards, they took lots of time to explain the best ways to keep the car looking amazing down the road. Definitely would recommend!

I highly recommend Custom Tint for folks looking for top quality products + craftsmanship. Kellys customer service is also spectacular and leaves no doubt that if any follow on care is needed, itll be just as spectacular.$750 for 3M crystalline isnt the cheapest but its well within reasonable and absolutely worth it when most of the cost goes to labor with this level of skill. Id originally reached out for a chrome delete and that was done for a very reasonable add-on fee.Kelly really went the extra mile to make sure the scheduling went smoothly, reaching out before my deposit locked in (1 week out) and the last day I could reschedule if needed (1 full business day out) to make sure I didnt have anything pop up.Ill post pics once everything full cures.The tint looks perfect. I was lucky enough they had a car in the bay that was white + 15% factory tint, like mine, that theyd put the 60% on, and its nice and tinted without being, well, young folk tinted.The vinyl wrap is closer to perfect than is reasonable for a compromise solution. Thats not a dig on how good it looks or how well it was applied; I just wish Honda would make OEM black trim pieces.Buy once, cry once definitely applies here.

Husband and wife team run this place. They really do great work. I came here on a recommendation from the dealer. im glad I did because I think my car really pops now. If youre military they offer a discount (10% I believe). Prices were really fair I feel and I highly recommend them!

So I am a former business neighbor of Aaron and Kelli when they were in Frisco, CO. I am a custom sign maker and do vinyl work also. I can tell you, and I am in a position to know and understand the complexity of what they do that they they are on top of their game. I imagined I wanted to get into the wrap game but after spending numerous hours with Aaron and Kelli at their shop I had enough sense to not even attempt what they are involved in. Most gracious people btw. They really will go the extra mile for you. They are booked pretty far up for a reason. They are worth the wait. I saw some botched jobs in the Frisco, CO location that would make you cry. There is a reason why dealer will trust them with their Lamborghini. They know what they are doing!

Extremely unprofessional owner/manager. Having never visited the shopping center where Custom Tint is located, we inadvertently parked in a parking spot that is apparently reserved for his business only. As we were waiting outside for next door furniture store to open, he came outside and scolded/berated my family with young children and other families who were parked in the same area. We acknowledged our mistake in a respectful manner. As we proceeded to move our vehicle, he decided to take photos/videos of us, including my young children. His approach to the situation was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Cannot speak to his business or work product specifically, but would not do business with Custom Tint based on the unprofessional behavior I witnessed today.

Just picked up my WRX from Aaron and Kelly yesterday and it looks amazing! This is the 5th vehicle they have tinted and put clear bra paint protection on for me. They are the best! I found Custom Tint about two moths ago, when I was purchasing a new car, I have always had 3M film (invisible bra) installed on my cars since 2002. I visited Custom Tint prior to purchasing my new car, I was able to see the new products 3M has come out with like self healing film thus is an Awesome product. I also was able to see their work completed. I was extremely impressed. I booked my appointed for the new car, do understand that due to the high quality work that they do I waited about about a month for an appt. It is was well worth the wait the workmanship and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. They also put a ceramic coating on my car it is Amazing. I was so impressed I sent my spouses car in for the same ceramic coating, our 2015 looks as good as our new 2019. Go and speak with them, I am now a loyal customer and will use NO One Else.

Excellent experience with Custom Tint! We had a clear 3M protection film put on our new Range Rover here. They took such good care of our car and were incredibly meticulous. The work was flawless. They also followed up a few weeks later and did a check for bubbles. Highly recommend them! Worth every penny.

I had a great experience with them. Great communication via e-mail. In person they went over exactly what they were going to do. At pickup they showed me what they did and explained all the after care. In addition they had handouts with the exact same info. I originally got PPF on the front of my Cayman. I then came back a month later and got my windows tinted. I left their shop feeling confident I knew what they did, what I needed to do, and that I could always talk to them if I had a question. Aaron and Kelly applied the paint film on my Lexus ES300h today. Five days ago I went by their place to get a price quote. I was so impressed by them. I picked up the car and the application was incredible. I had film applied at the dealer on the hood. No comparison with the different products and the application. Before I discovered their business, I twice had horrible experiences with their major competitor located in North Raleigh (will not mention their name). Can not stress enough that Aaron is the one doing the job and not some employee that could be their first job. His emphasis on quality #1 is so appreciated. Have many friends that will refer to them will zero hesitancy.Just bought a Lexus RX 450h and would let no one do the tint and paint protection other than Custom Tint. Did as great a job on this vehicle as our other Lexus. Aaron and Kelly make it like family is doing you vehicles. I can not stress enough that Aaron with all his experience is doing the work and not some 20 year old kid who might be their first job. The best advertisement for Custom Tint is whenever I am in the shop it is the most expensive vehicles on the road in there.

(Apex, NC) is by far the finest window tinting and vehicle wrapping professional service I have ever done business with over the past 20 years of having quite a few vehicles windows tinted. Ask anyone who has spent a hot summer in NC that if you want to protect your investment and health, it is almost mandatory to get your vehicles windows tinted… and well…They REALLY go the extra mile to make the customer happy and stand by their work 100%. They will even spend considerable time with you to show you how to maintain the appearance of your vehicle once they are done making it look better than when you bought it. In addition, they are both great people to work with and have a work ethic that is beyond impressive.

I had a scheduled appointment with Custom Tint and was unable to make it. They did send a reminder text which was fine, however, over the holiday weekend I was informed of my own schedule change for my job. When I reached out to Custom Tint first thing Monday morning the owner (at least I believe them to be the owner) took my request to reschedule as a personal affront to their way of life. Ive never been spoken to in such a manner for needing a reschedule. But apparently holiday weekends and last minute changes are not acceptable for this group. My recommendation is that if you need professionalism and flexibility - look somewhere else.

Do you need to have your car tinted? or have paint protection put on? this is the place to do it. These guys are the best, not only is the quality of their work fantastic, but the customer service is the best I have ever experienced.The first thing I had done at Custom tint is my paint protection and it was flawless, it was wrapped around the hood and bumper to ensure that there are no edges showing. after the curing finished it was absolutely perfect. I came back a few weeks later to get my tint done, I was in a bit of a hurry since I was taking a road trip to Florida. They got all the work done and when I came in to inspect the car and pick it up I was extremely happy with how it turned out. While inspecting it I noticed no problems with the tint however they pointed out a few flaws with the back window of my GTIs hatch. The imperfections were so small I dont think I would have noticed them for months if at all. They told me they knew I was in a bit of a hurry to get the car back so they didnt re do the job immediately but insisted that I bring the car back after returning from trip so they can make sure the tint is perfect. Once I got back the customer service proved to be even better than I initially thought. I was busy with work and didnt have time to contact them to set up time to bring the car back in but it turns out I didnt need to, they reached out to me asking when I could come back in to get it fixed.I am absolutely blown away by my experience with Custom Tint. This place is the absolute best! If you want high quality work and high quality customer service Custom Tint is the place to go. Trust me. Do yourself a favor and just come get your work done here.

These guys are true tinting experts! We chose them off a recommendation of a friend and Im so glad we did (although we did shop around first). The entire experience from start to finish was nothing short of professional; even the way they answer the phone is way more professional than the others I called (some places seemed put out to have to answer the phone). They really stood out.Anyway, we had our car tinted there and the results were amazing. If youve ever tried to put on window tint yourself, youll appreciate their skills and the results even more. Its truly an art form to do properly and well worth the price which ironically was less than the others I called. We had the Huper tint installed and it looks awesome, almost factory. No seams, no bubbles... looks amazing. When they were finished, they showed us everything theyd done along with what to expect during the curing process and even had the warranty registered with Huper before I even got home.I dont usually write glowing reviews because it seems attention to detail and customer service is all but dead in most industries but these guys stood out. If you are looking for great tint at a reasonable price without the attitude, call these guys, you wont regret it.

If you need premium window tinting or 3M paint protection in the RDU area Custom Tint is the place to go. Excellent communication paired with stellar customer service. They take the time to do the job right the first time to deliver an ultimate product to their customers. I could not be happier with my experience here. I had both window tint and 3M paint protection applied to my Subaru WRX STI and plan on going back to them for a second vehicle.

Without going through major detail (no pun intended) let me say these guys are the best people I have ever dealt with on any level, including service and work performed. I have taken 4 cars there and everything has been 100% on point. Never been able to find a flaw even when I have looked for one LOL. In that business you need people that pay attn to detail and are prefectionist they exceed that in every way. Do not go anywhere else !!!

Wish I could give more than 5-stars. The couple that own and run this shop are absolutely great. The care they put into their work is hands down the BEST and it shows. As others have said, you will not find better customer service anywhere. They are super knowledgeable and patient and were very willing to go over everything with me. They were also able to answer any and all questions that I had regarding paint protection film (PPF) and the other services they offer (window tint; vinyl wrap; chrome deleting; etc). I am a first time new car owner and had a ton of questions regarding the proper ways to clean, protect, and maintain the outer appearance of my car and wheels. They gave me plenty of tips on what cleaning/protection products and tools to use as well. You can tell they enjoy what they do and really care about the products and service they provide their customers. I couldnt be more happy with the PPF installation they provided and will be going back at some point to get my windows tinted and the chrome window trim on my 2017 Civic Hatch deleted with vinyl wrap. Ive had 3 different cars tinted at various window tinters in this area, and this place was hands down the best place there is. I brought my 04 WRX wagon here and this will be the 4th car Ive had tinted locally and I saw this place was close to me and decided Id give them a shot after a very decent quote and a friend professional phone chat. Some of the other places in the area are rated 5 stars too, but they do not compare to the level of quality and care that these guys have in their work. I was surprised at how long they said it would take based on other cars I had, but then I realized other shops have been rushing cars through their shops as fast as they can. Here, they take their time and make sure there are absolutely no contaminates on the window so the tint Job comes out perfectly. Just like the other reviwer I highly recommend this place!
