I own a junk removal/dumpster rental company in Massachusetts. I got an email one day telling me about Lees videos on You Tube. I started watching them when I was in line at the transfer station. After a few weeks I decided to reach out to JRA and get more information. I currently use the Call Center and they manage my Google Ads. I am EXTREMELY happy with both services so far.Google Ads - I really like that they have junk removal experience. My web designer was going to charge me a similar amount to run my ads campaign but they have zero experience with how the junk/ dumpster industry works and I would have had to provide all the information to them(search terms, negative keywords, etc) with JRA they handle everything. I have been working with JRA on an almost daily basis to fine tune my campaign to where I want it. Foley has been great to work with.Call Center - Has been great so far. They answer my junk removal calls when I am not available, after hours and all weekend. They do a good job with the customers and have booked several great jobs for me. I recently went on vacation for a week to an area with awful service and they answered all my calls and kept my guys busy for the entire week with very few issues. The only downfall is them not knowing my area for scheduling the jobs with out being all over the place. Besides that its a total life saver and working out good so far.
