Lapcorp can in general be an unpleasant experience, especially since COVID began. Today, my experience was efficient and enjoyable! Crystal helped me (“the lady in purple”, as she calls herself) and she was kind, efficient and thorough. I also was grateful for the accommodations made for safety - plenty of space to maintain 6 feet distance from others. This is my new go to location for all future visits!

Great LabCorp office! Super convenient location, easy to find, easy to park. Incredibly fast and kind service. You can even check in on your phone and wait in your car until they text you, or scan a QR code at a kiosk inside. I had some confusion with some of my paperwork (totally my fault!) and the LabCorp office staff was so nice and patient with me while I figured it out. Office is clean and welcoming. Really good experience overall! And thanks so much to all the healthcare workers heroically working every day to keep our community healthy!

Great location! But why I cannot make appointment for this location anymore from 12/8/2020?

I was worried due to bad reviews on here, but I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was also allowed to wait in my car and got a text when they were ready to take me back. I felt safe the whole time (checked in at a kiosk, plenty of hand sanitizer, everyone was wearing masks). Highly recommend!

Shout out to LabCorp in Apex. Been going there for years. Today I went for routine annual bloodwork, scheduled online two days ago. I drove up, clicked a button in my email confirmation to let them know I was there. They texted me a few minutes later to let me know I could come in. I walked into the waiting area and they immediately took me right on back. I was in and out in three minutes, never had to touch or sign a single thing, all taken care of online. Highly recommend!

Had to come here for work required labs. Tamika did such a great job with my blood draw! She was the best I ever had! And Crystal was also super friendly and nice! They made me feel comfortable and were very timely! In and out within 10 minutes!

Costumer service was horrible. The lady at the front desk was rude. I went to another labcorp and it was a positive experience. This labcorp needs to train their workers on costumer service, not rushing customers/job, and updated on their information.

The last time we were at this location the phlebotomist we had did an excellent job with my child. She found the vein immediately and was very efficient and professional. We were extremely happy with our experience. She used to work in pediatrics and I really wish I knew her name so we could see her again for future visits.

Painfully long wait times! Staff are doing the best they can with little administrative support, but are clearly frustrated that they cant provide great service. Found Rex Outpatient Lab in Cary and recommend people check that out instead of LabCorp. Night and day difference!

Exceptionally long wait times! Every time I come I watch people get up and leave because they are tired of waiting. Generally only 1 person working - even when there is scheduled to be more the staff tell me that “staff are pulled to various locations due to call outs”.The administrative oversight seems to be lacking. Would definitely try to find somewhere other than labcorp to collect your labs.

Had excellent experience having blood drawn today! Made appointment on line. No wait when I got there. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Nurse did great job sticking me! Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for a pediatric blood draw. Front desk staff seemed scared to do the draw. The tech said she was working alone and wasnt sure she could draw from a 5 month old without harming HERSELF without help. Needless to say well find another location!

This office always appears to be scantly staffed, but the technician always gets everything done correctly, with my complicate order. It is worth the wait for the efficient and friendly staff.

After reading all these negative one star reviews I was a bit skeptical visiting this place for routine lab work. However I was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The staff was professional, and courteous.I guess it could be a different experience individually. But I certainly dont see any problem recommending this place.

Painful wait times. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes in a waiting room full of people and no patients are moving through. No one is at the front desk, so it almost seems like there is only one person working right now (both administering lab work and working the front desk?). I have another appointment, so will need to leave. I figured surely an hour was plenty of time to pee in a cup. :/Updated to add: after I waited for nearly an hour, I finally just left without having the test. I’m not even sure anyone was working. Awful experience.

Had a pleasant experience. Very friendly and competent medical assistant and administrative staff. India was wonderfully patient as I prepared for my pre-employment drug screen. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. The open hours makes this place a convenient option. Strongly suggest that you confirm with your insurance about coverage before going. I did not need an appointment and did not have to wait long

The lady at the windows customer service was mediocre to say the least. She wasnt rude just seemed extra short. The nurse taking blood was very nice. Made my children very calm and comfortable.

Had a pre employment screening. They lady was very professional and courteous. I even left my ID in the office and she chased me out to my car to return it. I would recommend this place over other urgent care facilities that do drug screenings.

Dont go there if you dont want to get infected!Lab tech who did my blood draw doesnt know what she is doing or doesnt care. She put on the gloves, disinfected the draw site with alcohol, then proceeded to type something on her keyboard before handling the needle and touching the draw site again, contaminating it right before the needle went it.LabCorp need to do a better job training their techs before someone gets infected with something nasty.

The office got me into the back within 10 minutes of my appt time. The lab tech that did the blood draw did a great job. Not sure what else I could have asked for.

Very long wait, but very good nurse. To no fault of the staff there, with one one nurse, Im amazed she managed to do it all in the first place. I wish I knew their busy hours ahead of time though, or when they have more than one person working.tl;dr: Good nurse, long wait because understaffed. Gets the job done while professional and courteous.

Very rude staff. They dont know how to talk respectfully with people. I reach 5 min past my appointment time and without even asking anything or looking at appointment confirmation paper or anything just started to yell at me and told me to come again

Staff at this Lab Corp is very professional, polite, efficient and they dont have you waiting for a long period of time.

Much less expensive than other labs for blood work. I got right in and out also.

Had to come here for pre employeement drug test. The lady up front was so rude and treated a foreign man with disrespect. She didn’t greet any people who walked in and the wait time was 30 minutes for a simple urine test.

Showed up 2 days in a row at 7:30 and both days their computer system was not available. Wasted 2 trips. I dont blame the staff, but it was frustrating to say the least.

When people have no choice to get lab work done it doesnt matter what the customer service is like because it is a necessity. Anyways I work in a high capacity ICU and know about dealing with patients all day. But this place has terrible service. The associates are rude and not helpful. On the day of my tests one of the workers left the office to get supplies for the drug tests, right when they had patients scheduled. She came back with a Walgreens bag with mountain dew and chips in it. Just disgusting display of customer service. But in this sector of Healthcare it apparently doesnt matter.

I had a great experience at Labcorps Apex this morning- MUCH better than Labcorps Cary @ Waverly. I had a 9:30 appointment at Waverly on Saturday and their 3 regular staff weren’t there (Veteran’s Day holiday?). The two fill-in staff members didn’t have login information for Raleigh Medical Group patients because the regular staff who weren’t at work didn’t leave the login information. They turned at least 3 patients away for this reason while I was there for an hour waiting for them to call blue ridge to access my order. Fasting, and frustrated aren’t great combinations. My doctors office was closed due to the holiday and I was unable to get my blood work done until I went by their office yesterday to pick up the written order to take to Apex this morning. I wasn’t able to get an early enough appointment make it to work on time, but the ladies got me in and out in 30 minutes without an appointment. Can’t thank them enough!

Very unprofessional place. Got there at 7:36 and they forgot to call my name on the waiting list and let people go before me. I waited 40 mins for them to tell me they dont do drug screening before 8:30. What sort of place open at 7:30 but cant do basic stuff before 8:30? And they close very early in the afternoon so people working dont really have the choice but take time off work to do their tests. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT and i mean DO NOT go to this location! I was in this morning for a routine pre-employment screening and while waiting 90 minutes to be seen (expected this as there was a sign on the window indicating there was only one lab tech in the facility today) after the first hour, the tech who was working started screaming from the back of the facility for help. The waiting room was full of patients and while everyone was looking at each other not knowing what to do because the door said authorized people only, two women jumped up and ran through the door to help.After a few minutes one of the ladies returned and said a guy had passed out in the back room and the tech needed help. Fortunately the other lady who didnt return as a licensed nurse and was able to assist, but MAN this was insane! When i first arrived the fact that there was only1 tech working didnt phase me at all, but my eyes have truly been opened after this experience! The poor tech wasnt equipped to deal with an emergency situation on her own and the fact that patience had to go to the rescue was just ridiculous.LabCorp should be ashamed of business practices that are allowed to happen like this and need to address.** as a side note, another patient in the waiting room said she wasnt surprised as she goes a couple days a week for routine blood work and at least 2 days a week this particular location runs with only 1 tech on site. VERY SCARY!!

Took my 3 year old to blood collection today & had a really bad experience. They had no clue to draw blood from a kid . They injected several times on my kids arms and made it so worse that she started shouting in pain. Even after several attempts, they said they couldnt draw the blood . Never go to this for pediatric blood test. I yelled and brought my kid back. They are not even capable of performing a simple procedure of taking blood from my kids arms . This labcorp is not worth to be licensed.

There was only 1 person in the waiting area, still took over 1 hour.Something is seriously wrong with this place.

Hours for drug screens are 10-11:30 and 1:30-4, different than their website, phone system and Google all say.

They have odd hours for drug screens. These hours are not published anywhere except the sign on the window at the counter. Once Im already there its a little late to tell me that they cant drug screen from 1130-2. Must be awful nice to not provide a high demand service during lunch hours when most working adults are available to go.

After one week the lab results have not been posted to my doctor.

So upset with this place! I took my aunt who was getting blood work done and she has medical disabilities and they were so rude and yelling! Unprofessional. Someone needs to really take a look into this place to see if they are even qualified to do this work. They yell all your personal information out to everyone in the room including insurance numbers etc. where or who can I call or talk to about this.

This is a standard lab facility. The staff is often very slow which causes the wait to be longer than similar locations.

Nobody comes here for fun, but the staff make it OK.
