I am truly impressed. The dispatch person was kind and professional. She had a truck in my area and the driver was at my home within the hour. He was friendly and jumped my car so I could get on my way. Price was reasonable.

They went above and beyond, stayed open late while we went and got gas to try and start our vehicle, helped my elderly mother up, down, in and out. Let my mother sit in the cool office while we worked on the car, gave us drinks and was willing to help the next day try some other things to get the car started. Went and got the car key they needed to tow the car, picked it up from mechanics office because I took it home and dropped it off at the wrong place. Very professional and kind, would recommend Excutive Towing to anyone needed tow service.

Kevin went above and beyond his towing responsibilities to help save a 76yr old mans life today. He helped carry him up a hill near the salt River and lift him into his tow truck to cool off until the ambulance arrived. He is a hero! Thanks again Kevin!

I waited 4 hours for a tow in 113 degree heat. Little to no communication was provided...told 45 min on 2 different occasions. Found out much later that they were called to a DPS call, not a heartless person so understand that would come first, but communicate with the customer as to why the endless wait. Could have gotten another company or made other arrangements while waiting.

Christen was great would recommend him and the company at any time, he took the best of care with my tool boxes 5 star.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Executive saved me after hours of waiting for the company bring sent by my insurance roadside assistance.So my big sprinter van broke down and of course I called my insurance roadside assistance. They said they were sending a company called Azzawi Towing. Please for the love of everything good DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this Azzawi towing EVER unless you wanna sit on the side of the road in the heat for like 5 hrs and they never showed. Yeah. I got so tired of my insurance roadside assistance I looked up a towing company near where I was and I came across Executive Towing and from the beginning - they were the BEST!!! There was no wait to speak to the dispatcher. She sent out a big towing truck and another truck to keep traffic clear so we can load up my big van within 30 mins. The guy that I dealt with was so professional and experienced. He knew how to tie down my van since it’s so big and drove it safely to the mechanic shop. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable too . They shared with me that my van is pretty big, so it’s not a light tow. I highly recommend Executive towing. Don’t waste your time on the phone with your insurance, just tell them to reimburse you.

Was given an ETA of 30 minutes but the driver showed up in less than 15. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. As a former tow operator, I am usually critical when on the receiving end of town service. This was BY FAR my best experience having to have my vehicle towed, from the initial phone call to the end of the ride. Thanks Randy!!!

This was a roadside assistance call and it was the second towing company. The first one they sent arrived 2 hours after they were called out and he could not safely tow my car and was extremely unprofessional as he was watching a video on how to tow my car.I had to call the roadside assistance again and that is when executive was called. They arrived in less than an hour and the driver was extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease. I appreciate the quick response time and professionalism. Scheduled a tow truck with Executive Towing 6 hours in advanced because I know tow truck are always in the run and I could not afford to spend time waiting for it to show up. After multiple call to the office and having no communication from the driver. The tow truck showed up 1 hour 10 minutes late. I was ready to call someone else and not give Executive my business I got a call from the owner Tony and he went out of his way to retain my business. I was ready to give a nasty ZERO stars review but Tony was helpful and willing to help.

The driver was quick to get to me when I was on the side of the highway waiting for a tow. He was friendly, helpful and very quick in going about the process. Thanks very much for making a bad situation better with great service.

These guys, not only are on time and very professional but Mat, the tow truck driver knew the mechanical problem I was having explained to me how it works and gave me knowledge of what was going on with my truck, I would recommend this company to any one who needs a tow!

When tow truck finally showed up, the driver went directly to work loading the disabled vehicle. I thought it was strange the driver didnt engage in any conversation. He ignored both of us. We then left to home with tow truck behind us. When we arrived at home just a few minutes later, my friend directed the driver to drop the vehicle. Still no conversation, not 1 word spoken. Driver dropped vehicle where we wanted it. I waited for him to say Ill be right back with the paperwork. He not only went to his truck I assumed to get the paperwork. But just left. I signed nothing and didnt have to show my membership card or photo Id. I didnt think this was very professional of the driver. Maybe he was having a bad day?

I needed my 1962 Corvette moved into my shop, l called Executive Towing and they went above and beyond. They moved it into my shop and were very careful. They were at my home in 10 minutes, it took 10 minutes to complete the process. They only charged me $75,00. I tipped driver $25.00. I think they didnt charge me enough. What they did, was save me hours of my time. I have expensive things in my shop and they were very careful. I will use Executive Towing every time I need a tow truck. If you dont use Executive Towing, youre using the wrong towing company. Good job guys.

Between the text messages and the operator Mat calling when he was on his way I was kept very much informed of the process and timeframe. The guys were professional and pleasant and super helpful. I was confident in trusting them with my car. Very pleased.

I requested a tow and he checked the car first to see if it was the battery, which of course it was. Very profession, friendly, and capable. I asked him where they are located because I intend to recommend in the future. Executive Towing also responded extremely quickly. Less than 30 minutes from the time I submitted the claim. Wow! I was just about to tow my truck to the shop as it wasnt shifting into reverse or drive. Brent took a quick look under my truck and realized all I needed was a small clip to hold a cable in place. Nothing more than a $25 piece. Thank you Soo much!! You saved me money for a mechanic to just clip a piece on and charge me for an hour!!

Executive towing came to tow my car, and while there, the driver shattered my back window to my blazer. Ive called them more than once just to be lied to. Theyve told me the owner would get in touch with me and nothing! No call, no nothing! Its going on 3 weeks now and I have had many inconveniences due to the lack of responsibility! I cant lock my car up, nothing because of this! Ive given them many chances, so now I have no choice but to file with AAA! So disappointed!So I would like to say Thank you Tony and crew and in the same breath apologize for the miscommunication! Great company. Fast friendly and always there when i need them.

Our truck died literally in the middle of backing up our camper into our parking spot. Garrett came out and was quickly able to figure out the problem. Turns out our backup camera wasnt shutting off and it drained our entire battery. The car died while it was in reverse. Garrett got us jumped and moving again quickly. He was great! He got there quickly and got us out of a really bad spot. We will be using Executive again!

Had a blown tire on Jan 9,2021 on the US60. We called AAA. They alerted Executive Towing, of our problem. Their dispatcher told us they had a truck that just became available. Very unprofessional lady at the counter with absolute 0 customer service skills. Don’t know how she is the representative handling the public because she is a toxic person.She made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe and even threatened to use her gun which seemed incessant because we were just there to conduct business.

They rescheduled twice. Didnt get truck in in time to get repaired so have to wait another day.

AAA sent me a driver tonight through Executive Towing & my experience was top notch. Bob got to my husband & I way faster than either of us had expected. He didnt hassle us, as most drivers have in the past. 10/10 recommend.

Matt was very friendly. After calling 2 different places and waiting for 3 hours for another company to show up when the quoted time was 45 minutes I called executive towing. Honestly they were more expensive than the other comoanies that I called BUT they arrived on time and were very professional. I will pay more for quality and honesty any day.

They did not deliver my car key to the shop along with my car. Were very rude when I tried to find out why and could not find the key. Almost 22 hours later they finally delivered it. Then lied to AAA whom my contract was through that it was done hours earlier.

Executive Towing was great! After I ran over a metal patio chair dropped in the middle of the freeway, and left my car completely disabled. I looked up a towing company near me and read reviews I called them. It was after hours however they acted very quickly to get my car off the freeway, stored it over night, then recommended and got it to a a very reputable body shop for repair first thing in the morning!! They were very helpful, I would call them again!

Incredibly unsafe drivers! I was driving down the 60 headed west when their truck ran me out of the lane! I’m in a Honda Pilot. There was minimal traffic. I then watched him do the SAME thing to a car in front of me! Easily doing 80+ with a car on his truck.

Was helping a stranded woman push her car across the road on hunt hwy and was almost ran over by one of the drivers who then pulled into the parking lot were pushing the car into. Asked what his problem was he said get outta the road I’m in a hurry. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through this company even if they offered free service. Pathetic

Heather was amazing with her quick and knowledgeable ways...the only thing that I would want for the owner of executive towing to know is to be a bit more prompt no matter what time in the day or night your calls come in for help to to clients work obligations... and this is not Heathers fault...
