This store is the best. The workers know what they are talking about and offer good advice with their products. Sadly not all Leslies stores are this way.....some just try to push sales and often not for things you need.....BE WEARY

Never going to another Leslies pool supply. I go to get something for my pool that they have in stock but are not allowed to sell it to anyone? This is after I got sent to the Ironwood/Broadway store from another store in Mesa that I went to first but was out of stock. All that running around for something they have but wont sell. Now thats customer service!

They pretty much had whatever I needed. Their sales pitch felt rehearsed and added little to the store. Staff was knowledgeable. Did run into a little snag and didnt get all the leslies rewards we were entitled to and overpaid for an installation by a couple hundred bucks. Once management was aware of the improprieties, it was swiftly dealt with. The store I go to is good, but each store is entirely different. So my view is just for one store.

Crooks sold me a $115 in green to clean, shock, and clarifier for green pool. Told me that as long as I followed his directions exactly (which I did) and it didnt work then the store would give me another round of green to clean and shock on them. When it didnt work he told me that I did something wrong it was my fault it didnt work and wanted to sell me more shock. Wont use the Apache Junction store again even though it is right down from my house.

They did a great job with what I needed done for my pool

Great for free water analysis

Wanted to get water tested and buy chemicals. I was not a rewards member so they could not help me. Had to buy my chlorine at Ace Hardware as they suggested.
