Great company to rent from anytime something is broken its fixed asap. Some things are minor and may take a few days but Im contacted immediately and say they are working on it. When its a serious issue its fixed in less than 12 hours. This company has great service. I have been renting from them for 5 years now and two different propertys. My only little gripe is i wish they would contact the property owner a little sooner when the lease renewal is due. Its only because finding a rental can be very hard especially in my circumstance when my lease is due around when the snow birds are here and rentals are at a premium. Its not their fault but i wish we could ask sooner. It can be a little worrisome when youre not sure if the property owner will want to renew the lease and you have to look for other places to live as a plan B other than that. They are great. We can not say enough about Karen at the lost Dutchman reality. We were given our 60 days notice after 6 years in our rental and never late. To have to pack up and move we thought in this market there is no way we would be able to buy. But Karen kept telling me even when we got down to 30 days leftYour house is out there and we will find it. I needed a realtor to fight the fight in this crazy market and I could not have asked for a better fighter. I love our house and I knew this was our home, Karen never gave up and was there every step of the way. Keeping me calm even when I was her favorite pita, 😆 🤣. She wasnt going to let us buy a dump and she wasnt going to let us over pay. This is a person with a huge heart ❤ and is here for you, not a BMW, which she doesnt drive. She will answer her phone at 8pm at night when u are freaking out wondering where ur family is going to live and say lisa, I promise you, your house is out there and we are going to find it. there is no way we would have gotten the house we did if it wasnt for this amazing, strong women. I have nothing but great things to say about this group of people. I havent bought a house from them, but they have been super helpful with rental searches. Always willing to answer questions no matter what they are. Beyond that, they do so much for our community. This give away hundreds of backpacks and school supplies each year. They helped to sponsor and organize the community trick or treat and Halloween Festival. They sponsor and help put together the Festival of the Superstitions, giving to the vets and so much more. They are the first people that I think of when I look to rent for assistance and will be the first people I go to when I go to buy. Horrible experience. My husband and I are spilting he made a application with these people. My husband clears 6 figures, retired military, no criminal record, works with the DEA with his job. They do the best background checks out there. His application was denied, they said reasons would be mailed to him. Its been over 2 weeks and we have gotten nothing In the mail. Save your money. These people are a joke. Now one year later still never received a reason but of course they cashed my check. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY.

This company will steal from you! Charlie Wise is the worst owner if any management company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Instead of working with us on moving out (not evicted, paid on time, was solid tenants) he sued us for 2 months of rent for absolutely no reason. This is the worst company to ever deal with!!!

Charlie Wise was by far the rudest laziest realtor I have ever dealt with. While I was at the home he had listed my realtor called to ask questions, and Charles Wise was aggressively rude and agitated. That someone called on his over 220 day old listing. My realtor tried to ask what the back story. After brief conversation they hung up we submitted a offer at 91% of loading price with 48 hour time line. He replied 52 hours later. Just called seller we are to far apart they wont counter. Seriously buddy.... all he had to do was counter I would have most likely took it. Bad realtor 101.... dont ever list with this guy or his office. All he does it put it in MLS and scare of buyer and he winners why his house is in the market over 220 days. Smh....
