Sprayed paver sealant on stainless steel & masonry in BBQ island, couldn’t fix it & refused to apologize. Then blamed us for damage resulting from their cleaning instructions. Refused any responsibility for their employee who used the exact same process AND stained the pavers he had originally cleaned. Walked off job without giving us a chance to review work & owner didn’t follow up until we emailed our dissatisfaction.An apology for the staining and inconvenience would’ve gone a long way. What I got was denial, blame and an attack on my integrity.They know how to do their work. They know less about taking reasonable care in their work. They know nothing about accountability and customer service.Stay away.UPDATE: See the response. He acknowledges that their cleaning process will permanently stain your surrounding items. So it’s not cleaning as much as it is transferring dirt between surfaces. Attacks the customer. Blames us for cleaning per their instructions. Cries small business owner, apparently thinks customers are made of money. A small business owned by a small owner. Stay away. I’ll update after court.

Awesome company!! Thank you Jacob for taking care of my paver needs including addressing ALL my questions about cleaning, reapplication of sand and sealing etc. He was kind, patient and professional. He reassured me that my full satisfaction is priority and they would take care of any concern at any time. Shane, thank you for the timeliness of the job!! I had the exact same experience as other other reviewer Terry Richards here. This is the most un professional company I did business with. They stained my bbq grill doors while cleaning my pavers and when i called them to fix it they played the same game like we did the stains and they are not responsible. They were brand new grills and we just installed them and havent even used it. Later Shane said he will send his guy (Jacob) to fix it. He played another game by dragging his visit and later said he would replace the door and kept dragging this for an unbelievable 3 months time and still havent come to fix it. They thought i will eventually forget it and let go. So here is my review about this company. Stay away from them and you are better of hiring a regular pressure washing company who would do a much better professional job at half their prices.

Unfortunately I used Shane to clean my pavers. The stains that existed prior to the cleaning remained there after cleaning and in fact new stains were added because his technician used the cleaner incorrectly which further stained my pavers. Shane took no responsibility for the damage and refused to come out to see what had happened or offer any remedy for the damage he caused. Dishonest, rude and unprofessional. Dont use him!

Do not hesitate to higher this company. Best decision I have made yet on our remodel. The process makes everything look high end and stops the annoyance of having sand tracked all over. Exceeded our highest expectations. Would recommend this to anyone.

Pave Cleaners did an amazing job for our neighbor’s house, and was highly recommended, so I called them and scheduled a cleaning and seal. Our pavers looked faded and the sand was gone in some areas. The pavers were cleaned, and they even removed the oil stain which I thought would never come out. Amazing! After cleaning, they filled the sand and then sealed the pavers. The pavers look like new. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I recommend pave cleaners; you will not be disappointed. Thank you

First time homeowner here, I purchased my home a year ago and decided the outside patio needed to be cleaned. I grabbed my power washer and went to town, when I was done I noticed black lines on all my pavers. So I now know that pavers cannot be power washed on the highest setting. I called these guys and they came out quickly. By the time they were done this ugly black lines were totally gone! I would recommend these guys to anyone

I recently contacted Pave Cleaner llc for a repair job on our patio flag stone. Last year we had Pave Cleaner remove the coating on our flag stone, however the new coating did not stand up and this spring we contacted Pave Cleaner again. They came out the very next day to look at the problem and advised it may have not been completely dry when the new coating was applied last year, which would explain why it was not holding up. The Next day a gentleman was here to power wash the stone and I might add he did a great job and was extremely careful around all of our plantings etc. After waiting a couple of days to be sure the flag stone was completely dry the gentlemen returned to apply the sealer. He was so professional and so careful doing an awesome job and now the patio looks great!!!! Thank you Pave Cleaner for standing by your 1 yr contract there was no charge for this wonderful job. I had newly installed pavers that were unfortunately not handled with care during the installation process, leaving scratches, dirt, and mortar beneath the sealer. I was pretty dissappointed and desperate to see if having them professionally cleaned could restore them. No joke, ... it can be done AND they are CLEAN as a whistle. If you want your pavers cleaned, ... go here. I came here because of the numerous good reviews I read on the Internet. Jacob did a fantastic job! I also appreciate the fact that this is a family owned business.

Pave cleaner cleaned and sealed my paver driveway and patio about 6 months ago. It still looks the same as the day they sealed them. The sand is locked and doesnt go in my pool anymore. i cant believe how amazing they made my driveway and patio look. it makes a huge difference to my curb appeal. all my neighbors always compliment me on my driveway. I will definitely be having them back to reseal my pavers when it needs done in the future. They were very professional and friendly and they were there when they said they would be. After my mess up, I had this company come out and give me a quote to clean pavers. Shane took a look and said that I really messed up. With that he also said he would only be able to guarantee 70% removal/cleaning and would recommend sealing the pavers to hide any leftover blemishes after the cleaning.His crew performed the service and let me tell you it turned out better that I expected!It was so good in fact that my wife and I both agreeded to not have the pavers sealed.Definitely want to thank them for the great work!

Guy did a great job cleaning and sealing 3200 sf of travertine paver driveway and another 2k sf or so of back patio/pool deck travertine. He replaced broken pieces and sealed down loose ones. Its great to have the travertine looking clean and vibrant like when we first installed it. Guy worked hard in 105 degree heat to make sure all was complete in 2 days as originally quoted. Very professional. Would highly recommend Pave Cleaner.
