It’s a post office. Been here a few times, never had an issue. Always had my items. I always go mid day and the busiest I’ve ever seen it is about 6 people and take 10-15 minutes which to me isn’t worth some of the bad reviews people leave but to each their own.

I recently moved into a new house and called a few times trying to figure out which mailbox number was mine in the cluster box. They gave me a different box letter both times, but insisted that the number they gave me was correct. They did let me know that they would not have changed the locks on the box and a locksmith would have had to do that, so finally I just went out there and tried my key in every lock (which Im sure looked super sketchy) until I found the correct one. It was a completely different number than the one they were giving me, very frustrating.

This is a great post office with friendly, helpful staff. I do not have a PO box here but I drop packages off almost every day and have had very few problems. The staff gets 5/5 stars.My only complaint about this location are the sheer number of people who drive the wrong way in the parking lot. Almost every single day I encounter someone going the wrong way and theres been a few times my car was almost hit by people driving the wrong way.They do have signs posted and arrows painted on the asphalt but I think this location should look into repainting the arrows, making bigger signs, or doing something to make it more obvious for the people who do not pay attention. Im always in fear of getting hit when I drive into this parking lot.

Lost a package They said was delivered to parcel box with another when looking noticed it was only one package in locker. 4 years never had a lost or stolen item get a new post worker and everything keeps getting lost smh someone please get a 3rd party to take over this item can’t be replaced

I have lived in A.J. had no problems with the post office. I have not lived in Apache Junction for several years however, I still have occasion to use the A.J. post office and I love it. All of the employees there are friendly, courteous, helpful, and most efficient. Even when long lines they move quickly. The location is perfect, easy in and out of the parking area.

This post office is awesome! These people work extremely hard for their community and do it with candor.

I have been having issues with the mail. I keep receiving mail for people who no longer live here. I have informed delivery and when I check on it to see what is in the mail for that day all there is is junk and not the mail that was supposed to be delivered. I also had some items I ordered online and it said package delivered and when I checked the mail there was nothing there. This is getting ridiculous.

Very polite, quick, clean and had what I needed. 11 people ahead of me and I only waited 6 minutes. What more could I ask for?

To the person that delivers to Acacia Villa MHP. I dont appreciate you stuffing my packages in with my mail. Because of you,, it was SO hard to take/pull my packages out of my mailbox. Sometimes I have the shred the boxes/poly bags so I can at least get my items out. Id appreciate it if you wouldnt be so lazy and just drop it off at my doorstep like you used to for packages that were too big. Its so frustrating because its inconsiderate, unthinkable and very very careless damaging my items because you stuffed them so hard in there. Get it together.

Have an order was delivered by DHL to my PO, but there I is no package. Delivery services only deliver to PO and workers put mail in proper places. So why contact company that I ordered from when PO is last person(s) to handle package. Most POs I have dealt with supervisors they are very negligent in their supervisory jobs.

Employees are friendly helpful and willing to take extra steps to make sure your time at the post office is convenient and easy.

I sell on Etsy, an unfortunately, they use USPS.USPS has been an absolute nightmare this year. My orders are being delivered to wrong addresses. Orders have been completely lost in transit. Ive had several orders stuck in a USPS facility for WEEKS. Ive had problem after problem using USPS. Ive lost so much money in shipping label costs. Also, with having to replace customer orders time and time again.This place needs help!

Helpful, friendly, polite, they move huge volumes of mail each day, theres bound to be mess ups but I havent experienced any, I mail things regularly, thank you postal workers for all you do and have to put up with. God bless.

Like many of the one star reviews Ive read on here bring flashbacks of what Ive dealt with since moving here 6 years ago, constantly loosing packages, delivering to neighbors(they have gotten used to the constant failures and are nice enough to call our cellphones when they eventually get our packages or mail delivered to their homes.)Many times weve ordered items that have spelled out in BOLD Do not fold and more times than not they are bent in half, we have a large mail box so theres no need for that. And as for the missed you while you were gone slips, we got curious one day why they kept missing us, thinking maybe we didnt hear our doorbell or something harmless, Nope, watched the driver pull up, park write out the note, put it in the mailbox, then drive off. We get it if youre behind schedule, but it gets to a point where you have to wonder.Point being. Do not trust this post office with anything that you want to have actually delivered. Weve had hundreds of dollars worth of mail over the years get mishandled and misplaced.

A shipping company mailed a package to the wrong address, and even though I had general delivery set up at this post office they tried to deliver the package anyways and then returned it to the sender at my expense today. There was absolutely no way to contact anyone at the post office to do anything about this in advance, or even intercept the package. No effort was made to contact me or confirm my address and theres literally no way to contact anyone at the post office or do anything to get it rerouted at all, so I will get to pay for shipping twice and wait another week or so for my goods at no fault of my own.

I put in a change of address and have not received mail at either residence, old or new for over 2 weeks now. Spoke to carrier about it. Still no mail. Wish they would get it together so I can receive my mail.

I have been to this post office many times. The employees are always welcoming and helpful. They also are quick and help each person with whatever needs they have. I highly recommend this location!!

Horrible! We moved to a new home in July 18 but stayed within the same gated community, put in a change of address with the postal service with the new lot # AND had mail forwarded to new lot #, yet mail has been returned to sender or delivered to old box # or randomly to someone elses box. Constantly. It is now Feb. 20 and it is STILL happening. In fact I just received a check dated 11/1/19 that had been sent to the old house number. Signed up for informed delivery so I can now see what mail is supposed to be delivered that day but often times isnt. A very important plan ID was shown as delivered but was not in my box within 3 days... filed a missing mail complaint and 3 days later it finally showed up. If it had been once or twice thats one thing but routinely losing peoples mail is unacceptable. Good luck getting anyone to answer a phone at that office ever.

Be a person to people! No one cares about house numbers or tracking numbers -- they care about people!Once I spoke to a person. They went above and beyond to help me out with an issue of ridiculous absurdity with great aplomb. Always, be a person to people and they will be, not a carrier or a postal worker but, a person right back to you.

I’m so frustrated. They keep losing my packages! One was delivered THREE streets away - they eventually did find that one - but I had another one go missing they have yet to recover. And I am CONSTANTLY getting my neighbor’s mail.I am a full-time resident and my mailbox is clearly marked. I also signed up for informed delivery and text alerts. I can understand this happening once in a while, but this is becoming a regular thing, and this latest mixup is probably going to cost me a lot of money. I went out to my mailbox after I got the alert but there was no package! And it was too late to flag them down. I sure hope my neighbor enjoys their nice gift courtesy of my wallet.The people in the post office when I call are sometimes helpful, but that’s if I can even get them on the phone. Most of the time I have to drive down there in person because the phones are always busy or they don’t answer.

The mail carriers refuse to get out of their car for any packages or letters. They will leave a note each time and i have to pick it up at the office. They will mark it as an attempted delivery but there was no attempt. Also this last month ive ordered several packages online and these people are marking them as delivered and they have never been delivered to me. They are lying and i believe stealing packages. I have had to file numerous missing package claims and when i put in the notes that i have cameras outside proving no one delivered a thing. So far ive gotten one package back. Crooks!!!

We are always losing packages, never arrive to our PO BOX, they NEVER have an answer for us. Christmas packages lost never found. Tracking numbers say they are delivered to our PO BOX and nothing. LIKE TODAY! Someone else packages being put in our box. Packages getting shipped back to the companies we bought them from. Starting to make me wonder if someone is stealing or on dope. OR THEY JUST DO NOT CARE!

I have received mail all my life, but I never got so much mail lost and not delivered to MY address until I moved to AJ a year ago. All the bad reviews are consistent to what I have experienced. You may ask how do you know people send you mail in the first place? The answer is that my wife and I have been in correspondence several times throughout the year with NOTARIZED content, where the sender is letting us know they send stuff. And it literally is 50-50. It was never 50-50. Not even 80-20. Unacceptable service. We got to the point we dont even trust receiving mail. Its that bad

Honestly This is one of the better usps hubs I have been to. I use it regularly for my reptile shop and there might be a few hickups here and there but in all they are always nice and ready to help me, even if it’s grabbing multiple boxes of 25000 crickets lol. Friendly service helps me forget about the lines if I do have to wait longer than 5 minutes which is rare.

My mail gets delivered, BUT many times there is a problem with the mail carrier PICKING UP out going letters. The carrier stops, opens the mailbox, throws the mail in and completely ignores the out-going mail even though the letters are standing in the front of the mailbox were they would have to throw the mail over the letters standing there! Is there a reason that the mail is not picked up?

Received help immediately when requesting which package material to use for my item. I had about four people in front of me, and was helped in that line in about three minutes from the time I got in line. Very quick service, definitely like this post office.

Wow so many negative comments, I used to work here over 2 years ago, maybe I should come back. I wish customers would understand the carriers do their best, this is not an easy job especially in the heat. Customers can help by putting their names on a box, and letting the carrier know when they move in and move out, and if snow birds when they are leaving and returning. To the one lady that says she received a fed ex slip and no package, she should call fed ex...lol This station, Great place to work.

I never leave reviews....however my experience needs to be shared with others.... the Postmaster Frank needs to be FIRED......he has NO customer service skills....after numerous packages being delayed in transit to Phoenix....and a valuable package being lost....I tempted to discus these issues with Frank....after falling on deaf ears....the final straw was when he said “how do I know your putting packages in bin”...what a jerk.... then he hung up after saying “have a nice day”...he needs to be replaced....After reading all these other complaints it seems I’m not the only person having problems with the Apache Junction Post Office.... if anyone else would like the number and name of the person to contact ....to get help with your complaint ....please feel free to get in touch....I know longer use this Post Office... I drive to Mesa to ship my packages....not one problem.....

How many times can you put my mail in someone elses mail box ? I get delivered notices and nope nothing there, jeez pay attention to what youre doing. 5 times in 1 year .....seriously.

I mean 3 different times my mail is not delivered? Why? I am sooooo frustrated its my daughters birthday package. It says delivered, but nope. No key for our package box . Why ?and 2 other letters also not delivered. Ugh

I would love to know how to stop receiving the previous owners mail at our residence. We have owned this house for over 2 years, left countless notes in our mailbox, written not at this address numerous times, gone to the post office with a stack of mail, and still we keep getting their mail. Are the mail carriers inept or do they just not care?

This is the most ridiculous disorganized place Ive ever been to. Packages unmarked, shoved on shelves and they cant find anything. Nothing but excuses! They should close this drug infested waste of space

I do not receive my mail.In the past week, I have received calls from my insurance company, my doctor, and a credit card company all saying their bills were returned as undeliverable.Last November, when a snowbird neighbor returned, she brought over 27 items that were put in her mail hold from March through November. Most of them were important confidential financial statements. Some were bills. I ended up owing late fees to two companies as a result of not receiving statements/bills.Consistently poor delivery service for more than a year.

Love these people!!! I would like to commend this post office for always going out of their way to be cheerful and helpful. We always get other peoples mail in our mailbox. It makes us wonder where our mail is going. There has been a lot of very important things sent to us that we never received. There is a real problem with the delivery system. Something really needs to be done to improve this big problem.

They always say our items are delivered and they arent .... Kinda like they cheat their system so they scan the packages as delivered but in reality they didnt deliver them ..... Not to mention getting other peoples mail......... This place sucks they say finding a good school in your area is important more like finding a good post office in your area I cant wait to move in our new house to get away from this postal service

Very frustrating! Had family send us a priority letter for an important family emergency. We were all home and saw the mail man show up to deliver mail. After he left we went out to get ours and noticed that he left a note saying he was sorry be missed us and that we couldnt pick up our letter until Monday!!We were HOME!! he never even came up to our door! Our family paid extra for us to receive that letter on time and the mailman was too freakin lazy to even come up to our door! Lived here 5 years and thats never happened before! Very disappointed!!! 😡

Oder some thing online . Got a message saying on Amazon they tried to deliver it . while I was at home no one knocked on the door. And got another message say they were forwarded the package to another address . I only live at one place in Apache junction.. now I have been on hold over half a hour the second time today.

Always late, as of this moment looking at the tracking of my package its says delivery day Sunday 21st, your hub isnt even open on Sundays ??? Would be less furious if you just said it would be here Monday the 22 so Im not wasting my day waiting for a package. Slow, inefficient, entitled attitude--an operation typical of one with government subsidization. FedEx or UPS would have closed this place in an instant. Obviously, nobody is evaluated on efficiency or even effort. Your tax dollars at work.

I usually have no problems with the post office but the last 2 times I have, I ordered something from Amazon and it said it was delivered but it wasnt in my mailbox, it was at the P.O but got sent back to Denver and back to them again and finally to me. I also ordered something from Walmart and it said it was delivered, found a key in my mailbox and got excited thinking it came, when I opened the mailbox, I found another key but it wouldnt open any of the other boxes, went on the website and it said it was delivered but was left back at the post office. I hope its still there.

Long lines, pick up packages need 30 minutes because nobody knows where they are, even when I told them that I canceled any delivery to home. It happens every time Im there for pick up. Rude management, let me wait twice when the employee leaves me alone after 15 minutes searching for my package ant then told me what I should told them (like I didnt) to make it faster....Need a bigger mailbox soon to avoid all that...

How to explain HOW MANY TIMES these postal employees have screwed up my mail from the time I moved here to now. I will never forget the time 2 years ago when I put a temporary address change to my place in Oregon (gone 2 months) and I was surprised I was not getting things in Oregon...come back at the time I put on the online form I filled out and I asked where my mail was...I get catalogs, etc. and did not get any mail for 2 months. They THREW MY MAIL OUT! The postal worker said oh, it was Mainly newspapers...but I told the worker that did it that it was unacceptable! So she blamed some part-time worker for this. I also got late fees from credit card bills, etc. And I am constantly getting mail from other people. I can see now and them but this is a constant thing. I have lived in many places and I have NEVER seen such an unorganized post office as this one. Very bad - to the point I had to call the Postmaster General.

This Post office does More than you Think they Do.I and my Husband are Both Elderly and Disabled. They bring your Mail to your Door, if you Just Ask them to. A you have to do is Call and Ask, if you Are disabled, and Cannot check your Mail. They will bring it To you.If your Mail is Missing. It isnt their Fault. We live in Jacobs ranch. The mail carrier has delivered our mail to other people on a regular basis, AND packages. Its a on going issue in our neighborhood and is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldnt have to contact all the neighbors to see if they received a package or important mail of mine. This issue has been brought up from many neighbors too the postal office and nothing is being done....its time to let them go and find someone who can do their job accordingly.

I get my neighbors mail often. I can track my package online and see that they will post notice left regarding a package that needs signature up A WEEK before they actually put the notice in my mail box. Totally smashed up my last order. The people in this station that serve customers act like someone sucked out their personality and soul with a giant turkey baster. Long lines lunchtime and evenings. I guess its a typical post office. Gah.

I didn’t like they showed on google they are opened on Labor Day when they are not. It would really help if they specify the lobby hours from the post office hours. The self service machine was down and there was no CS number to call to troubleshoot. Overall I wasted time and gas.

I am from Tennessee and I had a couple of things that were suppose to be over nighted, with a guarenteed delivery by 3 or your money back, to me well needless to say here it is 2 days later and my package still havent arrived with one of the things enclosed in the package is my blood pressure meds... thank goodness I am feeling okay or they would be having a lawsuit on there hands! Anyway I called up to the post office in Apache Junction today the lady on the phone was not only rude and matter of factly she was no help at all. Do not use USPS if you expect your package delivered on time!!! Also she stated that the package has to arrive to me in order to get the money back......so what if I never receive my package??? It is a rip off all the way around!!! I wouldnt have even given a one star however I had to in order to hit post!

Why are employees allowed to take the phone off the hook and leave it off? Can you imagine any other business in the world where that would be tolerated? Seriously, Postmaster? Ive called no less than 10 times at various hours over 3 days and always get the busy signal. I would fire an employee if it were my business.

Had some trouble with delivery from mail from my drug supplier for my blood press meds.after hours on the phone with them they said they were at post office.i had gotten to the post office to late.one mam was letting people out i had tracking number and explained my situation to him.he took the number and told me to wait.the meds were not there .i wanted to thank both the men who went above and beyond.at this post office date 1-2-16 thank you. john cummings

Mistake with address order 22 items from the new company. Thought They would shipped together ship separately tried to get address changed, left notification at post office, tried to get ahold of the company just not a good experience all the way around
