This is the best pest control company. Everybody is so nice and friendly. There used to be a lot of crickets when I first moved but now I dont see any bugs inside or outside of my home after just one treatment. I look forward to continuing to use their services. 10/10.

Although I am very HAPPY with the service, it would be nice to get a more realistic ETA (Expected Time Arrival). They gave me a four hour window, 9:00 AM - 1:00PM, (they actually arrived 10:00AM). IMHO (In My Humble Opinion) they should at least tell you your sequence number so that you can plan accordingly.

Came back after a few weeks from initial treatment to re-treat since a lot of crickets appeared after the rains. Prompt response to request and thorough service. Would recommend.

Payton was very helpful and answered several questions I had for him while on the phone with me. He was efficient in the inspection and service of our home. He was professional.

A representative was soliciting in my neighborhood, leaving door hangers on peoples front doors. Soliciting is strictly forbidden in my neighborhood and clearly posted at our two entrances. My home also has a no soliciting sign placed above the doorbell. However, my doorbell was rung and a door hanger, advertising their services, was left. If these people cant read, or follow simple rules, then there is NO WAY I would ever trust them to take care of my house. Go elsewhere for pest control. These people are incompetent, and apparently, illiterate.

Jordan and his colleague sprayed, set cricket and rodent traps, and dusted the entryways. Our neighbors have reported scorpions in their houses, but Bucksworth has kept us critter-free so far!

Bucksworth sent out 2 technicians that arrived on time and were very friendly. Having 2 people, they were able to complete the service quickly while also being very helpful and courteous. They made sure to spray areas of concern heavy, and cleaned away any spiderwebs they saw. Will definitely use them again!

Bucksworth was in the neighborhood and stopped by, the gentleman was so friendly and knowledgeable, I signed up for 1 year service and got a great deal. They scheduled service the next day. The Techs that came were super helpful, addressed all my pet concerns and got started. I went outside after they finished and was completely blown away. I thought the house needed a pressure wash or even a new coat of paint, turns out it was just covered in cobwebs. It looked like a newly painted home after these guys were finished!!! I couldn’t be happier with Bucksworth! They did a great job, everyone I have worked with has been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you’re looking for great service and reasonable prices, look no further.

After having the service for months, I found it is overpriced for the service I am receiving,. They only work certain hours, and if you arent available when their service is scheduled at a time they determine, to bad for you. I have to work as well, cant be home in the middle of the day, so they only service outside not in.

We had Bucksworth come out for the first time today to spray our house for uninvited bugs. Robert was the technician. What a pleasant, informative young man. He explained what he was gonna do, why they did it that way and gave me a great sense of confidence in the results we should expect. We have three big, inquisitive dogs who I would rather not find a scorpion when Im not there. Good job Robert....see you in a couple months.

We had Treagen as our technician for our pest control services and he went above and beyond to ensure we were taking care of. He came out perfectly on time, and my husband had said that there were some ant hills on the left side of our yard. I could not find them and told Treagen not to worry about it and if they pop up I will call back. He said no worries I will just spray this whole side of the yard for ants, no questions asked!He also told me that if I want my garage sprayed that I can open it up and he will take care of that. Our previous pest control never offered garage spraying to us (or at least never told us we had this option) so it was awesome that he offered that to us and did it! He seemed to do a very thorough job and was very friendly.Overall, highly impressed with the service, the technician and the price of Bucksworth pest control!!!! Also, this is only our second time being sprayed by them in the past 4 months and we have ZERO bugs!!!! Before we were being sprayed religiously every month for $15 more per month, and we were still seeing lots of spiders, ants, crickets etc. Now anything we do see, is already dead! Highly recommend!!!

So far, Ive been quite happy with this Bucksworth Service. I just moved into new build & new community. So there were a lot of little stubborn critters (silverfishes) that wouldnt seem to go. So far Ive worked with their Front office, and 3 different service techs. The senior tech was more personable, but even this last tech was very respectful and professional (much younger).I would suggest, and I have suggested this to my neighbors. Been a customer for about 5m now. Schedule visit and call backs/spot treatment inside or out inbetween schedule.

I have been using Bucksworth Services for a few years for pest control services without a problem. Always punctual and couldnt be happier with Rick Montana - our service technician. The service is quarterly, which I was iffy about, but the assurance if there was any sort of pest problem they will come and service at no extra charge. Rick has always addressed any unusual issues we have and honestly, couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend this company to take care of pest control (bugs), and if we had other issues and needed the other services they provide, I would not hesitate. The chemicals they use are eco friendly and effective.

Terrible company. They took over my previous company (bought them) and since, things got worse by the appointment. Service got bad, easily identifiable just by spots, leave alone surveillance. After their last service, spider webs were still there - they used to remove them before - and 3 days later a new spider web showed up. The thing that topped it up was the last visit. Despite my request made at the previous visit for them to stop servicing until I take a decision, they still sent an e-mail for next appointment. And never waited for me to decide, nor to agree with this visit. They have (spyware or not) software to check if you open e-mails. More over, if they see you opened it, they assume you agree and come to your house in your absence. Which they did (an old family members smile who wasnt aware of my decision but knew the technician was enough to proceed), then they charged the card and sent the e-mail with the charge. When I checked my surveillance cameras, entire areas were not even treated. But the charge was prompt and done as a service for the the whole area.In addition, when I complained, I was told by the Director of Client Services that they are my pest control company for over 5 years (in truth, Bucksworth was less than a year but they also assumed the previous company service - which had also termite protection, a thing in itself subject for a whole other complaint) and since they service for a while and I opened the e-mail without replying :-), they have the right to come and do the job (like opening an e-mail means approval).Just because my card was saved in their system should not mean that I give them permission to come on my property and service whenever they please...Very disappointing after a long time of service turned bad at the end.
