Kimberly at the front desk is a very rude person. I would highly recommend that as long as she works at Sonora Quest Laboratories in Apache Junction nobody goes in there. Customer service is beyond her capabilities.

I feel it is valuable to share an honest opinion regarding this Sonora Quest Location so that hopefully the Company will be able to find solutions and ensure that when you do have an employee that goes out her way to help in various ways of patient care she is appreciated so you do not loose a valuable staff member and also you be made aware of how your Company is represented by another staff member who is rude to patients provides little to no patient care and sits and allows a coworker to do her job actually pointing to her coworker to do her job. I unfortunately have had a very critical health year and have required several major surgeries ~ I will now have to have two more surgical procedures. My physician has written a very specific culture order I called this location and spoke to Kimberley she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I am in severe pain and have internal bleeding the culture needs to be done right away so I needed to be a walk in appointment. When I arrived it was apparent this location is very under staffed ~ Bianca who is the receptionist is extremely rude as is clearly indicated in many of the reviews she absolutely refused to check me in in fact she literally just sat there I was approached by a very rude patient just inches from my face telling that Bianca was all by herself ~ but literally she would not check patients in. Kimberley happened to come out from the patient rooms a little while later and noticed that none of the patients were checked in and immediately checked every single patient in with extreme kindness and professional manners . Bianca literally just pointed the patients towards her they were extremely understaffed and an employee like that is of no value. Kimberley also had the patience to call my physician regarding my culture while checking patients in due to the nature of my culture it must be done in the physicians office but she was determined to find out for me exactly how this process is done. Kimberley went well and above she deserves to be acknowledged and have great support staff with her. Thank you Kimberley very much.

Rude staff at the front. Especially the employee that sits at desk 2. Very nasty attitude and doesn’t acknowledge when you are standing directly in front of her. If you are unhappy and are experiencing a disconnect that prevents you from having a good attitude, go home or check into a retirement home.

Receptionist told us a 20-30 minute wait time and we waited for over an hour. If this location is understaffed, why did it reopen in the first place? Would rather not have to come back to this location.

Unfriendly front desk personnel. Even with a scheduled appointment, still waiting for over 40 minutes and we were fasting. Just very uncompassionate service and Im sure it doesnt matter even with this review nothing will change. Unfortunately its the closest location.

While I have found the staff mostly polite, friendly and competent (a couple to have grouches behind the counter) I use the self ordering option and they have made it harder to do. The website loads like it is 1984 and I am connecting through dial-up modem. There is no way to print the form that was easily available in previous website designs. Fix this and you get a better rating.

Its extremely pleasant to know that when your other facilities are extremely full and booked that I could not rely on your facility in Apache Junction instead they referred me to your cattle call facility off of Greenfield as they were standing around doing nothing giggling telling me that I had to make an appointment

First time at Apache Junction on Southern. The ladies who checked you in were friendly and helpful. Harry was awesome. He is a nice guy. Friendly, efficient and painless taking blood.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I dont like to leave negative reviews, but this place is something else! If you can, I recommend you use another facility. Bianca up in the front didnt even bother to help she just sent me to another facility. I called their main office and did their job and got it fixed over the phone!! Went back inside, then Caitlyn called and got the SAME answer. German in the main office was great and very apologetic. He said there are NO excuses nor reasons for the treatment we had gotten at the AJ office. Thank you German!!

There is no way to post a review without choosing a star shame for this place doesn’t deserve any.This place is horribly ran, no way of calling in so I went in at 7:20am this morning hoping to get out quickly to get to work as they have no care about your time and still waiting to be seen. The people are very unfriendly cold as a matter fact so much more.... I will not be going back to Sonora Labs and will tell everyone I know about what I seen what I went through tell the to stay away from Sonora Labs. How can they get away with all they do I will check with Our primary doctors, medical board, BB.Just spoke with my husband he finally got called back 3hrs after check in. Tech really did damage hoping not permanent. She inserted the needle in which my husbands wrist felt like it was being sawed off then moved needle in same arm and missed again so she moved over to the other arm in which she had to do twice and finally got in this is crazy not ok to be allowing how many more has she tortured. Oh he told me when he left that there was about 30 people waiting.I ask everyone to speak up on what is right and that we matter our time is valuable right!! I got so mad that my husband had gone through this I tell ya not ever again as I will do my best as being ill to be by his side to be sure he is cared for right! I’m one who speaks up! Let’s join together let’s help one another not only on our medical treatment but everything we can. I have sent an email to corporate sure hope they respond as I will go further

After fasting for a simple pre-scheduled preventative care blood draw appointment per my doctor’s instruction, I was refused because they are so behind the times they would not accept the medical Passport App lab instruction set up for me by my physician with an actual copy of the paperwork and lab orders in it. I didn’t have original PAPER orders in hand because my doctor is a preventative care physician and had me schedule this prior to my annual physical with her. When scheduling, nothing was stated regarding this very specific detail that they need original triple-copy paperwork. What a waste of time and my day to drive out.

I was recently at your location,I was very disappointed and frustrated at both your kiosks not being user friendly, just how computer savvy do you think a 70 year old is? You are also assuming they have good hands. Who is your largest customer base? My son is writing this. I would have gave up and talked to an employee, but it gave me a confirmation finally, and I sat down. Half and hour goes by and I notice people who came in after me going in, so I asked. The female (just a description) employee at the desk, told me I wasnt on the list, and thus not in line, and rather loudly and rudely. Its not what they say, its how they do it. I understand needing to be loud and clear, but this was rather patronizing. She also didnt seem to mind carrying on a loud conversation about family with a customer while the lines at the kiosk got deeper and deeper.

Made an appointment online for after lunch and showed up 10 mins early. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Seems about average. Desk staff was helpful. The lab tech Bianca was extremely polite and friendly. Overall, a good experience.

7:20am arrival, with a 10:15am departure, for a 1 minute blood work event. Very disappointing. Recommend adding lab techs . There were only 2 onsite! How is that possible to run a business?

I made and appointment showed up an hour early. Snow birds inundated every medical facility we have this time of year. Got in before my scheduled appointment . I live in San Tan Valley and could not an appointment in ours for another two weeks. I have never had a better blood draw 8 vials later and not even a bruise, She was great!

Miserable experience. Miserable attitude from one of the reception staff. She barks out your name and says Door. Made an appointment last week. Arrived a few minutes early. Sat for half an hour after the appointment time. They did not get a doctors order so instead of calling the doctor or calling us they let us go through the motions of rescheduling a morning only to be told that they were not going to do anything for us. Terrible process. Rude. Never going back!

Very very slow. After one hour of waiting, I asked why I hadn’t been asked for insurance yet. Lady behind desk wasn’t doing anything and said that since I did not have an appointment it would take a couple of hours if I was lucky. Appointments are not a requirement but appear to be at Sonora.I am diabetic and had not eaten anything that day and it was 11:00 by that time. I asked why didn’t she tell me 45 minutes ago. She said that I should have gotten an appointment for lab work and did not care about telling people that they would not be helped if they had no appointment.The people that had appointments were waiting up to an hour past their appointment time. I saw at least one man leave because it was taking too long and he had an appointment. There were 7 people waiting when I arrived at 10:00 and he was one of them left at 10:45.

Wait times are horrible. You are required to schedule an appointment online....but they dont hold that. Appointment was scheduled for 2:45pm, its now 3pm and they havent even called us up to the counter. Come on Sanora, you can do better.

Sitting here 1hr 10 minutes after self check in. Still waiting to be called to give them my dr. orders. 3 ladies behind counter chit chatting more than working. Worse experience ever to get blood work. And a slow day compared to other times here. Then will still have to wait to get poked.Ugh

This location is very busy and sometimes it takes a bit to be seen but with 9 billion people (orso) in the world were bound to have to wait sometimes but people with an appt or who are fasting take presidence, as they should Ive never waited any longer than 30 min. The people are great at least I dont look like a pin cushion when they are finished drawing my blood and believe me thats a plus in anybodys book. Ask for Harry hes good and quick and he really puts his heart into his work, hes a great guy .

Making the appointment online was the only option and to find insurance imformation within this process was very difficult and when making the appointment there are no places to include information company. There are a lot of questions/choices about what kind of bood work you need and if your request is not included there it is hard to figure out how to keep going. Hard to use, a waste of time if they dont accept your insurance when you get there for the appointment that you agreed to. The people who work there were percectly nice people and none of this stuff that doesnt work well are not their faults at all. Dont be mean to them because their employer needs to do better with their website design.

DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. IT WAS TORTURE TO WATCHI am very upset with the service at this location. This is not a child friendly location. The techincan tortured my toddler. I watched the technican stick my child and for some reason or another he just wasnt getting it even though he seemed so sure of himself. He moved the needle over a bit while it was in my childs arm and even went as far as pushing it deeper. He tried her other arm and still couldnt get anything. My child was screaming, and the entire process took way to long, so long that a 3rd technican ran back to the room to peek in and then run away. He attempted to have someone else come and i told him no! My child will not be poked any more. We left! It was a waste of our time and for what, just for my toddler to become traumatized more by needles. It took way to long!I called my mother and told her what happened and she said the same thing happened to her when she brought my 2 yr old sister. She said had I known that you were going wouldve stopped you, im sorry. They told my mom she needs to go to a pediatric specialist, they did the same thing that they did to my toddler, to my 2 year old sister.I calleD them after we left and asked if they do pediatric blood work. They said yes. I asked how many years experience the man who poked my child had doing pediatric blood work. The lady at the desk said I dont know the exact number but i know hes been here a long time. Being at that location and being experienced in pediatric blood draws is two different things especially when majority of patients are adults. You may have worked on 20 children over a few years but that doesnt make you the most exprienced. I will not let another individual poke my child unless we know how experienced they are. I cried as I spoke with the rep and all she could say was im sorry but we do do pediatrics.It was a terrible exprience for myself and my child. I feel like an awful parent and that I let my child down. The tech also tried to say ita because baby was tensing up. Well what the hell do you expect when you got a needle Im in her arm and your moving it back and forth.**Update**I was contacted by the supervisor and I am pleased with the conversation we had and I feel confident that the situation will be addressed.

Why make appointments when no body seems to care about sticking to it? Unless your late then of course you will lose the spot. I showed up 15 minutes early to my app, after sitting there for 40 minutes I asked about my app and sure enough they had put me in the incorrect location.

I looked up this place before we went there to take my newborn ( for the newborn screening ) and i was a little sceptical due to all the negative reviews. Honestly it was the most pleasant experience ever, dont let those old negative reviews ruin your expectations. Harry is the one who helped us out and he was very very professional and super sweet about the process and explaning it step by step. My baby did not even cry he was excellent. I will for sure be coming back to do all my testing here for my family. By the way i was in and out no long wait times at all....

I used to go here a lot, it was my favorite place . Now, it sucks its like they dont want anyone to go there . They have made it impossible to talk to someone, make an appointment, or have anything to do with them . I will never go to one of there offices again . They suck
