I absolutely love this office and my agent Dylan Nichols. From day one of me walking into the their office has been a comforting experience. In my 20 years of driving and having insurance with several big insurance company’s and using a broker I have had the best experience here with Dylan. I’ve never had any billing issues like I have with other companies like Farmers or State Farm. He helped me find the best rates for all our vehicles and home insurance. And was more than accommodating every time I called to get yet another rate everytime my teenage son changed his mind on a vehicle he thought was cool. I would recommend Dylan and anyone else from this office. Great job Allstate!

They earned all of my business from auto, renters and my business insurance. They all do what they say they will do. The follow ups, easy changes on vehicles and even when it’s comes to an accident. I would recommend giving them a try.

Though I havent met with Christine I have met with the 2 boys at front desk. I still have yet to receive my paper card to carry in my vehicle; the proof of insurance in my phone still lists the car that I sold as the insurance vehicle. I have had Allstate since 2009. They covered my vehicles and my home. I have worked with several people at this office and only have good things to say. Christan Marrow and colleagues are great. Patti is so easy to work with whether you are filing a claim or changing your policy and makes it all so simple. Ive never had an issue with this office and enjoy everyone here very much!

I had been with Farmers insurance for about 20 years or so and never thought I would leave them until I actually decided to look into one of the flyers I received in the mail about saving money on my insurance. I stopped in at the Christine Morrows Allstate agency and met with Patti who was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Patti was able to answer all of my questions and compare my current Farmers insurance to Allstate apples to apples.I was pleasantly surprised that by switching to Allstate I was able to save $450 a year on my homeowners policy which of course lowers my mortgage payment. Patti also compared my car insurance policy and I was actually able to get a better policy for less money than what I currently had. I am so glad I stopped in to talk to them, I would definitely recommend the Christine Morrow agency to everyone to at least allow them to compare your current policys to theirs.

There are better places to purchase your Insurance. I was with them for 3 years, and no accidents, tickets, or any type of claim on both the home or auto. Than it happened!!! Auto jumped almost $200. for 6 months. When I questioned the increase I was told you both are over 75 now. Than she said (not Christine) add one your kids and that would bring your average down. I said I cant do that, the kids dont live here and that would be fraud. So I changed companies.

Ive been wearing glasses my whole life so Ive been to a lot of Optometrists over the years. Westbrook has been the best so far. Their staff was great and the exam was very through. They did testing that Ive never experienced before and had a really cool feature that takes a picture of the eye. This eliminates the need for dilation and allows the doctor to show you the condition or your eye.

The insurance that Allstate provides is reasonable priced

Allstate was very quick to respond to my claim and take all necessary actions to deal with the water damage to my home. My claim is still being processed, but I trust all will be done to address my issues

Spoke with a lady whose name was Kathy. She refused to give her last name. I was asking to see if I could make a payment a few days later than normal as a one time thing. She told me she wont help and that I need to talk to my actual agent. Was extremely rude and condescending.
