The staff at Boyds absolutely amazing!! They provided an amazing opportunity for our charity. They help us raised money to provide animal therapy to children with Autism. It was great to work with a company, owner and employees that support the local community. I highly recommend attending one of the auctions to see for yourself!!

I am so thankful for Melody and her crew and for the wonderful job they did at the estate sale they did for us after my dad passed. My dad had accumulated so much stuff over the years and I had no Idea on how to go about doing an estate sale. Wow....Melody took all the anxiety out of the process. The sale went smoothly and they cleaned up the house after removing everything that was left over from the sale, even the patio was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Melody and her team.

My mother recently passed away in Mesa, AZ, and as her Personal Representative, it fell to me to liquidate her estate. Im sure many of you can relate to having parents who never threw ANYTHING away, and moms house was packed from floor to ceiling, including the attic. I live in Las Vegas, so it wasnt easy to handle her affairs long distance. I contacted several auction houses to see if they would take care of the belongings. Most of them never even called me back, or, let me know they werent interested. This was not the case with Melody Foster, General Manager of Boyds Auctions. Once I contacted her, she called me back right away and explained all the options that were open to me. She explained the costs and services clearly, and provided a worry-free contract.I decided to have Boyds organize, advertise, and run the Estate Sale. They were able to do this within three weeks of my calling them. After they had the Sale, Melody made sure that the entire house was totally cleared out, including the attic, and cleaned. WOW!! Now the house is realtor ready with a For Sale sign out front. i received a check in the mail, along with a detailed invoice of what was sold, in less than one week of the close of the sale.I cannot say enough about the professionalism and follow through of Melody, who I never even met personally. I would not hesitate to refer her to ANYONE who might need these kinds of services. They also have a location where they offer occasional auctions. Its nice to know there are still people and business out there who truly give GREAT customer service!!

I live in Canada and needed to sell all the stuff in my Arizona home quickly so that my new buyers could take possession. The staff at Boyds AZ was quick to respond and were able to handle my sale on short notice before my escrow closed. They took care of everything - I didnt even need to fly down and be involved at all! They set everything up in just two days, held a three-day sale and then removed all the leftover stuff. They even came back after everything was gone and cleaned the house - my real estate agent said I didnt need to hire a cleaning company because it was done so well. Thank you Boyds AZ!

Company is un-educated beyond belief and why a storefront is needed. Dishonest and deceptive behavior messaged me at midnight day before last day of sale jack up price already agreed upon. Voicemails left messages no answer and direct response only hours later . Wasted my time driving and gas yesterday and lift rental for large 1000$ plus item. Zero chance the reviews are actually from people who had sales. If these people had done people so right they would have an idea how to professionally cover the basics. This was more like a back of the truck offerup bidding war on an item that I had mistakingly educated the professionals Tom and melody on what it actually was. Expect eBay prices and 50% off final day to apply to only 100$ and less items . The other stuff will be randomly priced like lost children trying to get an extra dollar. As the family of the sale I was at yesterday you lost out on tons of sales at a fair price because this company reaches and rely’s on 50% off day which again makes tons of sense like 142$ items are now 100$ Or whatever Tom feels which he really needs to feel like he wins as he stated yesterday. Plenty of reputable companies that actually sell the contents and get you proceeds not give you pennies for all the mis priced items left that head on over to the retail store. Clown showYour save face response is a joke melody, I was in person at your sale with cash and you seem to negate the fact your associate had already made a deal with me and negotiated a price just to change it. You did not get your client the best price at the end of the day your lack of professionalism and knowledge had you give pennys of 1000$ to your client on an item that’s a 5000$ because your uneducated in your field and not do you clearly have any reliable professionals who could give you that info . Ofcourse I wasn’t going to renegotiate with someone who already stated a price and I agreed and asked to put a deposit that’s when your joke of a company structure kicked in to milk a couple more handfuls of change all the whole to dumb to answer the phone when I called three times left voicemails etc . You guys are a joke

Did not like the fact that when we got to the sale they said everything is 50% off in 3 hours. Drove all the way there just to turn around and leave. I understand why they didn’t put it on the page but still a bit deceiving

I recently purchased an antique bedroom set thru Boyd’s. The owners and staff could not have been more professional, helpful, courteous. My experience with Boyd’s was wonderful. A repeat customer for sure!

Save your $$$. 99% of the stuff here is more than retail. Ebay is way cheaper.

Croooks....they came to my Moms house and when I had to take phone call to set up Funeral plans they stole jewelry, leather jackets, and rare paintings....Dont trust them, they seem nice then rob you

Idiots. Wrong address in listing. Overpriced and disorganized. Waste of time. Flying by the seats of their pants.

They advertise as estate sale but in nothing more than grossly overpriced junk shop.

Not very friendly. I guess they don’t actually want to deal with the public.
