I booked a ride from Apache Junction to Sky Harbor and couldnt have been more pleased. I was called the day I made the reservation AND the day prior to the trip. This provided great peace of mind. On the day of, the driver was early and waited patiently. He emerged from the van and soon as I was out the front door and helped with my bag. Van was very clean and comfortable. Ride was smooth.

Great experience! I was worried after reading some bad reviews, but our experience couldn’t have gone better. Our driver text us as soon as we landed and gave clear directions where to find her. She was there early and was a great driver throughout our 45 min ride. The van was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend this shuttle service to anyone!

This company outright lies on their website. Website says “we run to your schedule”. I called and spoke to TJ. Was rather rude and told me that I couldn’t schedule a pickup with less than 24 hours notice. Website also says drivers and dispatch run 24/7. Should update your website to not make such misleading claims. Also you should have your employee learn a little courtesy.

When we arrived the Driver was Awesome..but...when we were returning to the airport the driver called and confirmed our pick up time but at 415 am he was a no show. We called the service and another driver did come but it was 45 minutes later. I would not recommend this company.

Driver doesnt know how to maintain speed limit. He drove about 15mph under limit. Driver was constantly pressing and releasing the throttle pedal. I was car sick by the time i arrived at airport.

This review is about Stagecoach Express shuttle in Tucson. About three weeks ago, I flew into the Tucson airport to visit my parents. The pick-up was fine except for the fact that when paying up front for a roundtrip, the driver said it was too late at night to use a credit card, so I had to pay the $92 with either cash or a check. I wrote a check and asked how I would be contacted about my trip back in five days. The driver said that Stagecoach would call me the day before. Fast forward four days and I did not receive a call from Stagecoach with pick-up information. My flight the next day was fairly early in the morning, so I was getting nervous. I called THEM around 6pm to see when they were going to come and get me the next morning. No answer, but I got TJs voicemail. I left a message for them to call me back--nothing. Fortunately my sister-in-laws plans for that morning were cancelled, so she was able to step in and take me.The next morning, as I was packing my suitcase and getting ready to leave with my sister-in-law, lo and behold a Stagecoach Express van pulls into my parents driveway. HOW IN THE HELL WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THEY WOULD BE THERE AND AT WHAT TIME WHEN NOBODY CALLED TO TELL ME?!?!?!!?! I couldnt believe they would just show up like that, so I chose to continue on with my sister-in-law.As I was traveling back, my dad talked with a manager-type person with Stagecoach Express and asked that we get reimbursed for the airport trip since I had to pay upfront for a round-trip when they picked me up. The guy LIED and said that they tried to call me twice the day before. Um, hi! I have a cell phone that I carry around with me practically all day and even if I cant answer it, the phone still records MISSED CALLS which I had none the whole day. They never called me and they have the audacity to try to shift the blame onto me and refuse a refund. Unreal. They are extremely shady, so please use caution when thinking about using them for a shuttle.

Well, first of all I did use them last year and it was pleasant. On time for the most part and driver was a few minutes late but called to let me know. However, this time was much different. I paid for a round trip and the driver on the pickup to airport was late by about 30 minutes. I had to call to see what was going on and was told they were running late..not too much. So about 40 min later she arrived, apologizing profusely..and we were off. I was ok with it. She was a nice lady. From airport.. whoa. First off I had to call to confirm my pick up the night before, they never called me. And this morning after I called them after getting off my plane, the guy tells me that the driver will not be there until 8:15, 20 minutes after I was scheduled to land. I was okay with it, got off the phone and went to the area that I was supposed to be picked up. I called again at 8:20, to find out why the driver so was not there. He told me to stuck in traffic and she would be there in about 10 minutes. I did not get picked up until 8:40. Not very happy with this considering I paid in advance had did not have any way of a back-up plan in the event that no one would have picked me up since there was no communication from their dispatch with me. I realize a lot of you do not think too much of your time, but I do and coming from the airport or to the airport and paying over $100 for shuttle services I think the least they could do is be on time or communicate with me.

I used them to take me to Sky Harbor from Gold Canyon and pickup when I returned. On time and very pleasant driver. Will definitely use again!

Always arrived on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. The cost was reasonable and the drivers have so far always been very pleasant. Use them every time.

OMG!! DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE ANYWHERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIVES!! I would offer a ZERO star rating if I could! We were scared for our LIVES!! Driver was 15 minutes late, was VERY UNKEMPT with dried urine stains on his shorts!! The van was literally torn up inside! My adult daughter and I were very apprehensive to even get IN the van! He drove with the front window rolled down the entire way-no air conditioning! THE DRIVER WAS PICKING UP HIS PHONE TO CHECK FOR MESSAGES WHILE WE WERE ON THE FREEWAY! When I offered to help him make a call if he needed he put his phone down. We were swerving outside of our lane on the freeway passing many semi trucks! Afraid for our lives to say the least! We both remarked to him that his CHECK ENGINE light was flashing, the icon for low tire pressure was on AND he only had a 1/4 tank of gas to take us 45 miles to Casa Grande from the Phoenix Airport!! The van shook so bad we thought it was going to fall apart!! There was 2 huge cracks in the windshield too! He Did not help us put our luggage in the van but did get them out when we reached our destination! We nearly kissed the ground when we got out of that van! NEVER AGAIN!! Horrible Service!

I will never use this service again. We arrived at Sky Harbor late at night, I called for the shuttle, we walked outside and waited. Several phone calls and an hour and a half later it came. Last Monday I ordered a shuttle pick-up to take my grandchildren to Sky Harbor for a 6 am flight. This morning no shuttle arrived. When called my grandson was told there was no record of that order. Two strikes and youre out.As it turns out, I entered the wrong date to pick-up my grandchildren. It was my mistake and I apologize.

How this company has a 4 star rating on Google is beyond me. Read the Facebook reviews.This was our experience with this company...My 5 year old child and I booked them for a ride from the airport. This was during christmas break so delays are highly likely due to weather hence why they took our flight number... Or so I thought. Our early morning flight was delayed multiple times and we didnt arrive at Tia until very late at night. We were exhausted and ready to go home... We go to their check in desk only to be told that theyre closed and everyone went home and that my child and I could wait in the closed freezing airport for hours until they reopened in the morning and then someone could bring us home. We have no family or friends in the area who could come and get us as were from out of state. We paid for this shuttle at least a month in advance. We ended up getting a cab luckily. It took forever to get a refund. No apology, nothing. Just horrible customer service. This company KNEW they had people relying on them to get home and had all the flight info to make sure they were there for us. In this line of work delays are inevitable. Someone should have stayed. Instead my child and I were scrambling to find a way home at hours where nothing was open and during the holidays. Horrible. Ive literally been flying into Phoenix instead and using the AZ shuttle service as they are ALWAYS there for us and I never have to worry about my child and I being stranded.

This was the third time that I used Casa Grande Shuttle.Making reservations to and from Sky Harbor, using their website, is very simple. I promptly received an email confirmation and, later, the scheduled times for the rides to and from the airport. Customer Service and the drivers are very pleasant, and this shuttle service goes the “extra mile” to be timely. I have experienced delayed rides and I have also “lucked-out” with being met at the airport much earlier than scheduled when both myself and the shuttle were available.Casa Grande Shuttle accepts advance payment with credit card or payment with cash or check at the time of pickup.I recommend Casa Grande Shuttle and I will be calling them again when I need a ride to Sky Harbor, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway or Tucson International.Casa Grande Shuttle is affiliated with Stagecoach Express of Apache Junction.

Left us standing at the curb, no show. No way to contact at night. Avoid at all cost.

Will never use them again. 20 minutes late for a pick up to the airport, almost missed our flight, plane was already boarded when we got to the gate. Excuse I got was Sorry, we had to switch out vans like that would make the plane wait for us.
