I’ve never written a review before today. I would just like to mention that I had a realtor from Remax advantage in Antioch come do a walk through of my home because my husband and I are planning on selling. She was super stiff, all business and greeted me at my door with questions about my shared driveway. As she walked through my home I could see her turning up her nose in just about every room. Everything that she said was negative except that we should be able to get what we wanted for our home price wise. She pointed out unnecessary things such as light switch covers that were not on because we’ve been painting for weeks. She pointed out a couple paint marks on the ceiling and was not impressed with any of our updates. Mind you, my husband and I have completely renovated our entire home since we purchased it and it’s worth close to 400k. It was obvious our home was not up to her standards. As she left she ended the visit with “you have a lot of work to do”. This was almost 3 weeks ago and we have yet heard from her nor has she followed up with me. This was the first and only realtor we had walk through our home and quite honestly I’m skiddish to have ANYONE do a walk through now. Makes me wonder if all realtors in this office are like minded. My husband and I are proud of our home and all the WORK we put into it. No realtor should make a home owner feel less than as they do a walk through. Seriously.

They are the best! I had George Bessette and he made things happen. It’s one thing to get a offer but another to negotiate all the terms. That is when you realize if you have someone good. I have a second property and look forward to working with him again!
