If you can suffer through these women bad attitudes, youll walk out with very nice nails. Today I just couldnt tolerate it anymore. To have the color chart tossed at me because I asked about a specific color and see this same woman change her mannerisms towards a white client was over the top!

When I called they had no openings for a Mani/Pedi. I gave them my # just in case there was a cancelation. They called me with an hour and told me to come on down. I had the CBD Pedi. It was the best! Their staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back.

I love this place! The staff is amazing! They show great hospitality and they are very kind! Their work is flawless! I really appreciate that they take their time with you and offer you hot tea or water to drink while they pamper you! And I really appreciate their professionalism; they dont ask you any of your personal business and if theyre speaking in their language, theyll translate for you in English what was said so that you dont feel uncomfortableI would DEFINITELY refer my family and friends to them! My nails were done by Nina! Shes so sweet and did an excellent job dont you think?!

I have a new home up the hill on Folsom Dr. I loved the attention and service that me and my daughter received. It’s great because it’s near where we live and they are very good at what they do! I believe it was Tina/Nina?? She was a little older not the young young girls. She has more expertise, especially waxing too. I’d like to make an appointment with her if possible. I’ll call ASAP!!!

First up, this place is small. It’s out of the way along a road that’s otherwise full of houses. They don’t have a lot of space or a ton of staff, so you do have to make an appointment in advance.I’ve been biting my nails for 30 years (yeah don’t do that) so finally decided to take care of the nubs. This place is within walking distance of where I live so I decided to try it out.Lucky me!The lady who does my nails (Tina yay!) is very gentle and attentive. When I have no clue what I want, I just say do whatever. She always picks something that works for my skin tone (mayo white) and shapes them just right for my needs (I touch-type so need them short).Love this place. If you want the five star spa experience for cheap, this isn’t the place for you. If you want a nice corner spot with a down to earth vibe, it is.

If i could give -10 stars i would the worst place that Ive ever been they dont use towels underneath your hands then Ill clean the table first I have no air circulation theyre very rude they speak to everybody but you even though youre the customer if they spent half the time and energy into you and making you feel comfortable as they do speaking to everybody else in a different language they may get better tips I went in for a manicure then I never got a massage they put a drop of lotion on the top of my hands and paid I paid extra $18 for nail polish that chipped off that day I end up paying $34 total worst job Ive ever had never what ever go back there again so judgemental by the first glance looks are very deceiving you better learn before you get sued

Did an excellent job. Took a while but I wasnt in a rush so that was ok. My hands and feet look great and everyone was pleasant to be around.

I showed the lady who did my nails the shape I wanted and it didn’t look like it at all. And then for the color, it did not look anything like what I picked on their color pallet. Then when I politely asked if we could change the color the lady rudely said no and gave a dirty look. Do not recommend this place.

That was quite possibly of the worst experiences that Ive encountered. Ive been getting my nails done since I was in elementary school. Ive now been our of high school over 20 years Ive had many manicures, usually they soak your fingers in your hands and clean them up and massage them and paint them. They barely put my hands in a little bowl of just water no soap no disinfectant or anyting they didnt massage my hands at all they put like half of a dime sized worth of lotion on the top of my hand for a half of a second while she was standing up basically leaving the table at the same time while telling me I owed 38$. It was chipping the same night. When I do my own gel it stays for 3 weeks to a month and the paint doesnt have streak lines or paint all over my fingers. The smell in there is terrible theres no ventilation Ive never been to an nail salon that smelled so bad with chemicals that my chest hurt. Yes theres always some smell but this was like theres no ventilation in there at all. The owner who took my phone call from in the first place was kind of nice other than that its a very weird atmosphere not very clean Place didnt even have towels down on the tables. Every nail salon that Ive ever been to has always had a clean towel put down before you get your nails done or anything. they had what seemed to be a student practicing on a dummy arm next to me after she was just finished with a different customer. They speak different languages to each other instead of to me in English. It was originally supposed to be $15 for a manicure, paid $38 for a gel manicure not very happy at all. To top it all off the girl acted like she didnt understand what I was saying when I walked her to put more lotion on my hands knowing that she speaks very good English I had to basically rub in my own lotion and never even got my hands massage. At all... dont understand why the neaner 5 starts

Ive gone to get my mani/pedi 4 times now and I wont go anywhere else! As a licensed nail tech I can honestly say theyre clean, sanitized, do great work, and are very polite. After going other places in past I have had either terrible service, and or horrible work. I even got a serious infection on my skin around my big toe. That required 2 surgeries, antibiotics At COLOR NAILS ON LONETREE next to chilis. I would definitely recommend Nail fever.
