Omg...this laundromats so clean that it makes me feel very comfortable knowing that every washer and dryer is clean on a daily basis the owner was kind of to hook me up with a $10 gift card so I can wash that was pretty cool keep up the good work management I will definitely prefer my friends to your wash and fold thank you Tom

They are very clean and they have brand new washers and dryers. I gave the 3 stars for the fact that they lock you in the building after 8:30pm it is extremely too hot to be stuck in this facility. I like to wait in my car when my clothes are washing. The guy kept pointing to the sign because he did not speak English. That is the only incovience. Other than that, I would recommend.

Toms laundry mat is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. She maintained the cleanliness of the place and they have a huge washer for heavy Korean or Mexican blankets. It can fit wash 4 big comforters comfortably. The price is reasonable.

This was the cleanest laundry matt around Pittsburg area finally my cloths where. Washed good n smelt even better Im glad I came across Toms well be back next week for sure

Out if the many years Ive been living gere in Antioch, this was my first visit to Toms and my experience was okay I can say at the least.

My neice and I went to Toms today and must say I was very pleased with the atmosphere and attitude as well as the attention mr Tom gave.. it was a very pleasant experience.. he offered every one free water or soda pop.. I thought that was very nice and thoughtful of him.. I wud definitely go bk

Have you ever washed and worked at a laundromat? Or worked at a run down business? Sunday we washed everything in our van home; cleaning up summer sand and desert dust. Now we’re preparing for fall and winter weather.We visit a different laundromat once almost every week. I have to say that for some strange reason a lot if not all laundromats look run down but not this one! I have never felt so great washing clothes anywhere. 😀👌🏽👏🏽🙏🏽 I had seen commercial washing machines of all sizes. The vending machines had great supplies and snacks and the change machine exchanged dollars for dollars 💵. I have not seen that anywhere. 💁🏾‍♀️ The customer service was very lovely and thankfully the WiFi was faster than our folding skills. 🕺🤭😜 We got it all done and enjoyed doing laundry entirely. 🧺 May this be reminder that quality matters and having a great experience is a mood booster! ✨ We’re sending gratitude to whoever owns this place!! I have two comforters that are too large to wash in my washer at home so I decided to go to Toms Wash and Fold. Because Ive seen large capacity washers at other laundromats, I assumed this place would have the same. Toms opened less than a year ago. I went on a weekday early afternoon. It wasnt too busy. The place was clean and had seating and places to fold your laundry. I was impressed when I saw that they offer several different sizes of washing machines so I was able to easily wash my comforters there. Plus the machines take credit cards as well as cash which for me is very convenient. I appreciated that there were people working there who were visible and working hard to keep everything clean. I will definitely use this laundromat the next time I need to wash my comforters and tell anyone about it who may also need a laundromat.

Still really clean and fair priced. Was great spot that had free internet access but dropped the internet now. Can see that their volume of customers has dropped heavily, losing me too once I find a spot with; internet access again.

I really dont go to laundromats often, but this one seemed very clean. The prices seem high to me, but again, I dont have much experience with this type of business.

They work hard keeping business clean and safe.

Locking half of the exits almost 2 hours before posted closing time and almost an hour before posted last load time is not only an inconvenience if you unknowingly park on that side of the building but could probably be a fire code violation as well.

Thumbs up if this is helpful. This place recently opened. It is very clean. The staff was very friendly. There is also comfortable seating. Drying is free if you wash there. The machines can even take credit cards. Large capacity washers and dryers.

One of my favorite laundrymats!!! You can use coin or credit card on machine. Of course there are change machines and bill breakers if you need them. Theres a clean restroom and the best part....Clean and maintained machines that actually WASH and dry your clothes. Smallest 2 load washer is $3.50 but doesnt charge you extra for hot water. WIFI and Tv help time pass but machines are super quick. Wash 25 min and dry 24 min. Plenty of parking and child noise has been at a minimum when Ive gone. I drive 25 minutes just to come to this location. Thank you Toms!

Some lady took my clothes out of my washer after i swiped my card and told me they were HER washers. They were empty when i came in and didnt have a sign or anything.The manager told me the lady had been there all day and CHARGED MY CARD FOR HER LAUNDRY.

Management holds certain preference for certain people and allows them to reserve machines during busy hours.They go so far as to remove your items from machines youve paid for and added soap. Further they allow the preferenced to take the machine and not even refund your money.
