Im a travel nurse from Ga that was in the area for a few months and needed a box while I was in town. Not only did Golden State Crossfit take me in, but I believe that Ive made life long friends. The coaches have great energy and everyone is very welcoming. I cant wait until Im in the east bay again - I know where Ill be doing my WODs!

I love acf. We are challenged everyday with something new. Its never boring and the coaches are the best. They take extra time with you, to make sure that you understand what you are doing. It a big fitness family.
