I have attended a few funerals through the years at Holy Cross. It always seems well organized and respectful.

I AM SORRY FOR YOUR LOSSHOLY CROSS WAS A NIGHTMARE in moments that by themselves are devastatingthe purpose and reason for this review is to PREVENT it..I went to holy cross hoping to obtain a good service in that difficult process that was the death of my husband and what I found was a lying representative,dishonest that I do NOT respect my wishes,delivered copies of my documents to people without my authorization,making charges by phone on some certificates that I did not receive and for which I did not receive a receipt,using the impact I had when I saw my husband that day of the wake to pressure me to sign documents of which I was not aware.although an inefficient manager with no interest in responding to or preventing the misconduct acts of his employees.you deserve a support and a good service I hope you find it

While visiting family here on 06/17/21 Myself & my husband were severely attacked by little bugs (small grasshopper looking things) & my legs are all bitten up severely itchy & burning worse than a mosquito bite . Not sure what was going on but it has NEVER happened . Also when I went to visit another 2 relatives who were in the wall area there was ants galore in the cracks of each square not sure if this is just normal over time because the caskets are in the wall but they were everywhere a total infestation !

Management back in 2010 was very nice and still now. They were very kind to me to buried my unborn son even though i was financially broke. My heart gwill.always bless them.

Got to say knowing the real Ana was just the charm.Unprofessional hung up on me. Screwed my payment plan over lied and blamed me. Where is the customer service.? All she could think of was her littler survey review that apparently isn’t Anonymous . Instead of fixing the issue. Refused to help me!When we buried my mother an assistant managerCame over told us to shut off our food. He said this wasn’t a picnic . Paid $500 to reserve and use the facility and someone like him is going to come up to tell me such a thing.Surely my money was taken. Then to find out my mothers grave stuff was moved around.?!Think before you come here and lay your loved ones. Was fooled and was a first timer.

First off let me start off by saying, I feel it’s very disrespectful to remove gifts, and pictures that family members & friends leave for their dead loved ones. My friend, Bianca’s grave only can have fake flowers? And that’s all? While I see other graves have these fantastic decorations and things of that sort. I don’t understand why that is, but it is very disrespectful to those who are grieving. It’s harmless... we’re grieving. If there is a reason for this I’d love to know.

My son is buried here! The only complaint that I have is when new grave were built next to him his stone was scratched and s lot of dirt was piled on top of him. I found this disturbing and not respectful because he is a veteran! I think the scratch could have been prevented and the dirt being piled on top of him was distasteful and unrespectsble!

🌺 you pay an enormous amount of money to lay your loved one to rest thinking that they will be in goods hands, their plot area is safe, that your grass will Always be green, no weeds. the grounds kept nice & clean..On the contrare, my family paid a great deal of money to lay my mom in a more costly area by Guadelupe statue & for what? It has been 10 yrs. now & for 10 yrs. I have had to water my mamas grass by hand walking back & fourth, back & fourth fifteen sometimes twenty with a bucket just to try to make my moms grass area to look alittle green, Why? Because the sprinklers go OVER my mamas grave site giving her No water at all!! All that money we spent & I am the one taking care of my mamas site! I water w/ a bucket, I cut her grass with a pair of scissors leaving me with painful blisters, I pull her weeds... And then, you assume that it is a Catholic Cemetary & that the flowers, a rosary etc. that you put there is safe & should ONLY be removed by the family WELL, do NOT assume this because they will REMOVE & THROW AWAY in the garbage your Crucifixes, rosaries, flowers everything BUT YET they allow the grounds to be dirty & the grass to be Dry & BURNT ! ..I miss & love you Mama ! 💘🙏💘🙏💘🙏💘🙏💘
